and deleting the data.
The configurable data unloading device for the ERP system in the embodiment provides a convenient and effective data carry-over tool for the ERP system, and avoids the occurrence of continuous expansion of data of the ERP system.
In summary, the configurable data unloading method and device for the ERP system in the above embodiments are applied to the ERP system, and a data unloading method for a big data account set is implemented. By unloading the historical data which is specified by the user and is verified, the requirement of the user on performance is met under the condition that the initial data of the new account set is correct, and the method can be widely applied to various ERP systems.
Specifically, the configurable ERP system data unloading method comprises the following steps:
1) data verification
The server determines the use authority of the user and a service module with the operation authority of the user according to the acquired user data;
at the user terminal, at least one service subsystem which can start the carry-over operation is displayed for the user to select.
The financial subsystem and supply chain subsystem are shown in FIG. 3. Wherein, in the financial subsystem, include the management module of the report form; the supply chain subsystem comprises a purchasing management module, an inventory management module, an outsourcing management module, a sales management module, a payable management module, an receivable management module and the like.
And when data transfer is carried out, the data transfer method operates step by step according to the logical structures of the service subsystem and each module in the service subsystem.
After the service scope is determined, the user-selected forward running period is further acquired. As shown in fig. 4, the expiration period of the history data transfer selected by the user is 2017 and 5 months when the account data is transferred. That is, the present carry-over operation is for data generated and stored 5 months (31 days) before 2017. The deadline of the historical data transfer takes the natural month as the minimum unit; and is also the beginning time of newly generated data after data is unloaded.
It should be understood that setting the activation time for the historical data transfer associated with each business module is also included.
And after the carry-over period is determined, the server checks the business rule for the business data to be carried over. FIG. 5 illustrates a process presentation page that detects business rules for a supply chain subsystem. Table 1 lists data verification rules that may result in failure of data offload associated with sales modules in the supply chain subsystem. Specifically, whether the current state of the business document meets the carry-over requirement or not is determined for various business documents related to the sales module.
TABLE 1 verification rules that sales modules cause data offload failures
Figure BDA0002343661060000111
Figure BDA0002343661060000121
Generating a detection log aiming at each service module in the service rule detection process aiming at the supply chain subsystem; the detection log records the starting time and the current period of each service module, and records the detection result as success or warning. For the item whose detection result is an alert, a message page as shown in fig. 6 is displayed at the user end for prompting the user that there is a check item for the alert, and the user is advised to perform a supplementary operation on the related business document, so that the data state of the business document meets the carry-over requirement.
Table 2 lists the data validation rules that generate the data offload alerts associated with the sales modules in the supply chain subsystem.
TABLE 2 sales Module data offload alert verification

Figure BDA0002343661060000131
And if the data unloading verification is unsuccessful (the business rule is not passed), terminating the starting carry-over operation. And correspondingly processing the data to be unloaded by the user according to the unloading failure item, and after the data to be unloaded is processed, restarting the data verification operation before the forwarding until all the data to be forwarded meet the forwarding requirement.
On the other hand, if the data warning check fails, prompting is carried out at the user side, and the user waits for selecting whether to continue unloading the data. It should be understood that failure of the data alert check does not affect the performance of the spin-up.
It should be understood that the data offload check and the data alert check are each independently performed in parallel; when the data is displayed to the user terminal, the data unloading verification prompt and the data warning verification prompt are displayed simultaneously so as to ensure the integrity and the correctness of the information acquired by the user.
2) Data processing
Data associated with some business subsystems and business modules in the ERP system has beginning-of-life data. For example, the inventory management module, the due management module and the due management module in the supply chain subsystem relate to the initial data, and the data to be deleted needs to be processed before the data is deleted, so that the forward-to-end data is extracted.
Specifically, the rules for the early-in-carry-forward data for the receivable management modules in the supply chain subsystem are as follows:
the method comprises the following steps of checking the documents which are not completely verified before the final date, wherein the following steps are included: the remaining uncounted amount of the initial receipt, the other receivable receipts, the initial sale invoice and the receipt, the sale invoice, the purchase invoice and the purchase invoice is transferred into the initial receipt corresponding to the next period, and the initial mark on the original receipt is updated; registering the initial document data to an account detail list to be received; and registering the remaining uncorrupted amount in the detail account, and updating the account receivable general account table according to the initial account receivable detail account.
Specifically, the rules governing the modules due in the supply chain subsystem to carry forward the beginning of the term data are as follows:
the method comprises the following steps of checking the documents which are not completely verified before the final date, wherein the following steps are included: the remaining uncounted amount of the initial payment bill, the other payable bills, the initial purchase invoice, the payment bill, the sales invoice, the purchase invoice and the purchase invoice is carried into the initial bill corresponding to the next period, and the initial mark on the original bill is updated; registering the initial receipt data in an accounts payable statement table; and registering the remaining uncorrupted amount of money into the detail account, and updating the general accounts payable table according to the initial detailed accounts payable.
3) Data offloading
And when the data is unloaded, the data associated with the service modules are unloaded one by one according to the service logic according to the logic relation between the service modules or the service subsystems.
It should be understood that, at the time of deletion or uninstallation, the execution order of the data uninstalling operation for each service module and each service subsystem is decomposed and set according to the dependency relationship or precondition relationship between the service modules or between the service subsystems according to the service logic.
Specifically, the server pre-prepares the unload data operation statement entirely in a database table. In specific implementation, the identifiers of the business modules are used as indexes to group the operation statements of the unloaded data; and unloading the data according to a preset service rule aiming at the unloading data operation statement in each group. As shown in FIG. 7, an unload data operation statement is configured for the sales management module in the supply chain subsystem.
An uninstall progress presentation page presented at the user terminal is shown in fig. 8. It should be understood that no new business documents are generated or received by the user terminals of the ERP system when offloading data.
The configurable ERP system data unloading method provided by the embodiment of the invention is used for verifying according to the time point selected by the user and unloading the data in the period specified by the user after verification. Preferably, the time point is the last day of the accounting period selected by the user, so that the requirements of the enterprise can be met more flexibly.
According to the configurable data unloading method for the ERP system, disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, during the period that a user selects the initial accounting to be reserved, basic data can be reserved after necessary data verification is carried out on the data, so that the user can conveniently continue to use the ERP system.
The configurable ERP system data unloading method provided by the embodiment of the invention provides a general method for unloading service documents in the ERP system, and can be used for configuring various currently transported ERP systems. The development process is simpler, and the module to be operated is added only by configuring the module in the database.
