Claims (6)

1. An item cost accounting system, comprising:
the project cost basic setting module is used for setting project cost basic data;
the project cost business processing module is used for establishing a project cost list and a project cost transfer list according to the project cost basic data so as to collect and calculate project cost, collect manual working hours and distribute and transfer cost;
the project cost statistical analysis module is used for generating project cost result data according to the service processing result of the project cost service processing module and finishing project cost accounting;
wherein, the project cost business processing module comprises:
a cost-transferring unit configured to perform, for each accounting cycle, cost-transferring for each accounting element of each item, wherein the cost-transferring includes performing cost-transferring according to a progress or performing cost-transferring according to a balance;
wherein, the project cost business processing module comprises:
the closing unit is used for closing accounts before settling, designating the formed cost data to specific projects or accounting elements through the project cost transfer list, and carrying out the allocation of labor fees or the allocation of directly added indirect fees;
wherein, the cost forwarding according to the progress comprises:
determining accumulated transfer cost, accumulated confirmation income, budget cost, budget income and confirmatory income according to the project cost sheet and the project cost transfer sheet;
calculating an estimated progress, a current confirmation progress, a current turning cost and a current confirmation income;
determining final progress data, cost data of the current cost transfer and confirmation income data;
wherein, the cost transfer according to balance comprises:
extracting the balance quantity and balance amount in the corresponding project cost cumulative account as the quantity and amount of the current balance;
screening sales orders;
and calculating the current confirmation income data according to the order data of the sales order, and recording the bill number of the sales order corresponding to the order data.
2. The project cost accounting system of claim 1, wherein the cost transfer unit comprises:
and a judging component for judging whether the data is empty or 0, wherein if at least one of the data of the rotatable cost, the budget cost, the confirmable income and the budget income is empty or 0, the condition of rotating the rotatable cost according to the progress is not provided.

comparing the corotatable cost with the current corotatable cost;
if the balance cost is smaller than or equal to the current balance cost, extracting the balance quantity and balance amount in the corresponding project cost cumulative account as the quantity and amount of the current balance;
if the balance cost is greater than the current balance cost, the balance is performed in order from large to small until the sum of the balance amounts of the balance is greater than or equal to the current balance cost, and the number of the current balance is calculated according to the remaining balance amount as the current balance amount.
5. The project cost accounting system of claim 1, wherein determining final validation revenue data comprises:
screening sales orders;

if the configurable income is smaller than or equal to the current configurable income, calculating the final configurable income, the final configurable quantity, the final configurable tax amount and the final configurable price tax total, and recording the bill number of the sales order corresponding to the data of the order group;
and if the configurable income is greater than the current configurable income, carrying out the forward rotation on the data of the corresponding sales order in the order from early to late according to the audit date sequence until the sum of the configurable incomes of the forward rotation is greater than or equal to the current configurable income, and calculating the final confirmation quantity, the final confirmation tax and the final confirmed price tax total by taking the remaining allocable incomes as the final confirmation incomes.
6. The project cost accounting system of claim 1, wherein the project cost base data includes accounting elements, business types, auxiliary item enablement, project document auxiliary item association, accounting element collation, general ledger score rules;
the project cost result data comprises an accounting element list, a project cost statistics list, a project cost pre-verification comparison, an accounting element balance list, a project income analysis list and a project profit analysis list.
