Description
Technical Field
The disclosure relates to an agricultural drone that sprays fertilizer or pesticide through a drone flying over an agricultural field.
Background
Unless otherwise indicated herein, the description of the elements is not admitted to be prior art to the claims in this application, and is not admitted to be prior art by inclusion in this element.
An unmanned aerial vehicle (drone) refers to a flying body in the form of an airplane or a helicopter flying by the manipulation of a wireless remote controller. The unmanned aerial vehicle is used as a target for military practice shooting, is gradually developed to a scout for scouting and monitoring due to the development of wireless technology, and is recently used as an attack weapon loaded with an offensive missile.
The unmanned aerial vehicle is developed into various flying objects having various sizes and performances according to the purpose of use thereof, for example, a large-scale unmanned aerial vehicle from a military, an unmanned aerial vehicle for shooting movies or documentaries, an unmanned aerial vehicle for personal leisure activities, and the like. Moreover, agricultural drones that spread fertilizers or pesticides over wide farming areas are also widely used.
The agricultural unmanned aerial vehicle is said to be capable of loading about 10kg of fertilizers or pesticides in various forms such as liquid, powder, tablet and solid, and spreading the fertilizers or pesticides to an area of about 4 ten thousand square meters per hour. This can replace the labour of tens of people, and such high efficiency makes it increasingly more attractive to use unmanned aerial vehicles for spreading fertilizers or pesticides.
When the agricultural drone spreads the fertilizer or pesticide in the form of powder or tablet as described above, its efficiency is lowered because the fertilizer or pesticide cannot be uniformly spread but is concentrated on a specific portion.

Fig. 1-5 illustrate one embodiment of the disclosure. Fig. 1 is a perspective view, fig. 2 is an exploded perspective view, fig. 3 and 4 are operation views, and fig. 5 is a use state view.
The components and the operation relationship of the agricultural unmanned aerial vehicle (1) with the conveyor belt discharger according to one embodiment of the disclosure will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 4.
First, please refer to fig. 1, a main body (10) of the unmanned aerial vehicle is provided. The main body (10) of the unmanned aerial vehicle flies in a wireless manner, flies in the air on the agricultural land by means of the constituent elements described later, and spreads fertilizer or agricultural chemicals on the agricultural land.
The unmanned aerial vehicle body (10) is provided with a propeller (11) which is driven by a driving motor (34) to rotate, and the unmanned aerial vehicle can remotely fly in the air of the farming land according to whether the wireless remote controller is remotely controlled. A foot rest (12) for landing and taking off is provided on the lower side, and a bracket (40) described later is fixedly mounted on the foot rest (12).
The main body (10) of the drone as described above can have various sizes and shapes, which belong to one of the drones of the prior art, and a more detailed description will be omitted for the sake of brevity.
The downside of aforementioned unmanned aerial vehicle body (10) is equipped with storage tank (20). The storage tank (20) stores fertilizer or pesticide to be spread to agricultural land. The fertilizer or pesticide (hereinafter, referred to simply as pesticide) stored in this case may be in the form of one of a powder, a tablet, and a solid, or may be in the form of a mixture of two or more kinds. The storage tank (20) has a storage space formed therein and is formed in an inverted triangular pyramid shape in which the respective side surfaces converge at the lower side.
This is to collect the pesticide remaining in the storage tank (20) to the lower side in the process of spraying the pesticide in the storage tank (20) to the outside, whereby the pesticide collected to the lower side is sequentially transferred from the inside to the outside by means of an ejector (30) described later. In one embodiment of the disclosure, the reservoir (20) is formed in the shape of an inverted triangular pyramid, but could be modified to have the shape of an inverted cone, an inverted quadrangular pyramid, or an inverted pentagonal pyramid, as a matter of course. Although not shown, a transparent window displaying a scale may be provided at one side of the storage tank (20) to check the storage amount of the pesticide stored therein.
On the other hand, referring to fig. 2 and 3, a cover (21) is disposed on one side of the top surface of the storage tank (20). The lid (21) functions as an inlet for storing the agricultural chemical in the storage space of the storage tank (20) depending on whether or not the lid is rotated. The lid (21) can be made to be a swing open/close type as in the case of the one embodiment of the disclosure, but can be made to be a slide open/close type, and can be replaced with one of the prior art lid (21) forms.
The drain (30) is operatively disposed on a side of the storage tank (20). The discharger (30) transfers the pesticide on the lower side in the storage space to the upper side according to whether the storage space is operated or not and discharges the pesticide to the outside.
The discharger (30) is attached to one side surface of the storage tank (20) having an inverted triangular pyramid shape, and the lower end thereof is close to the lower end side of the storage space so that the agricultural chemicals gathered on the lower side in the storage space are sequentially transferred upward from the lower side and discharged.
The discharger (30) as described above comprises: an idle roller (31) rotatably mounted on the upper side of one side surface of the storage tank (20); a discharge port (32) formed between the upper end of one side surface of the storage tank (20) and the idle roller (31); a driving roller 33 rotatably installed at a lower end portion of one side surface of the storage tank 20; a driving motor (34) having a driving shaft connected to the driving roller (33) for driving the driving roller (33) to rotate according to whether the driving motor is driven, a conveyor belt (35) wound around the idle roller (31) and the driving roller (33) for rotating according to whether the driving motor (34) is driven to discharge the agricultural chemicals in the storage space to the outside through a discharge port (32), and a guard (36) installed outside the conveyor belt (35) for protecting the conveyor belt (35), wherein the driving motor (34) is controlled to operate or not and to operate at a speed and the like by a wireless remote controller.
When the driving motor (34) is operated, the shaft of the driving motor (34) and the driving roller (33) engaged with the shaft rotate, and the idle roller (31) connected to the driving roller (33) through the conveyor belt (35) also rotates at the same time to rotate the conveyor belt (35) in a single direction. At this time, the direction of rotation of the conveyor (35) is such that the entire conveyor (35) continuously rotates while moving from the lower side to the upper side inside the storage space and from the upper side to the lower side outside the storage space. Therefore, the powder type or tablet type pesticide is transferred on the conveyor belt (35) by means of the conveyor belt (35) moving from the lower side to the upper side in the storage space and discharged to the outside through the discharge port (32). At this time, although not shown, the conveyor belt (35) is provided with a projection for holding the pesticide in the width direction, so that the pesticide in the form of powder or tablet moves to the discharge port (32) without slipping on the conveyor belt (35) moving upward from the lower side.
A bracket (40) is provided on the upper side of the storage tank (20). This bracket (40) lets storage tank (20) install in the lower part one side of unmanned aerial vehicle body (10) with the removable ground makes the position of storage tank (20) fix at unmanned aerial vehicle body (10). The connecting portion between the bracket (40) and the storage tank (20) can be made in a hinge form or a ball bearing form for direction change and angle adjustment.
Referring to fig. 4, a rotary member (41) is operatively disposed at a lower front side of the bracket (40). The swivel member (41) allows the storage tank (20) to swivel downward relative to the bracket (40) to adjust the angle of the discharge port (32). For this purpose, the bracket (40) is hinged at the rear to the storage tank (20), the swivel (41) is connected at its lower end to the storage tank (20) and at its upper end to the bracket (40). When the swivel member (41) is operated, the swivel member swivels with reference to the rear of the bracket (40) hinged to the storage tank (20) so as to adjust the angle of the storage tank (20) with respect to the bracket (40). The swivel member (41) as described above is based on a prior art piston mechanism, the control of which is realized by a wireless remote control.
The overall operation method of the agricultural drone (1) with conveyor discharger of one embodiment of the disclosure is described in detail below with reference to fig. 5.
Firstly, a cover (21) of a storage tank (20) arranged on a foot stool (12) of an unmanned aerial vehicle body (10) is opened, and then pesticides are stored in a storage space. Then, the unmanned aerial vehicle body (10) flies on the agricultural land to be sprayed with the pesticide by using the wireless remote controller.
When the unmanned aerial vehicle body (10) arrives over the agricultural land to be sprayed with pesticide, the driving motor (34) of the discharger (30) is operated by using the wireless remote controller. When the driving motor (34) is operated, the shaft of the driving motor (34) and the driving roller (33) engaged with the shaft rotate, and the idle rollers (31) connected to the driving roller (33) through the conveyor belt (35) also rotate at the same time to make the conveyor belt (35) rotate in a single direction.
At this time, the direction of rotation of the conveyor (35) is such that the entire conveyor (35) continuously rotates while moving from the lower side to the upper side inside the storage space and from the upper side to the lower side outside the storage space.
The pesticide in the form of powder or tablet is continuously transferred along a conveyor belt (35) moving from the lower side to the upper side in the storage space by the rotating conveyor belt (35), and the transferred pesticide is discharged to the outside through a discharge port (32) and uniformly spread on a farming place.
The main body (10) of the unmanned aerial vehicle repeatedly flies on the farm land until the agricultural chemical is spread over the whole farm land.
According to the agricultural unmanned aerial vehicle (1) with the conveyor discharger, the pesticide contained in the storage tank (20) is sequentially transferred from the lower side to the upper side by the conveyor discharger (30), and the transferred pesticide can be quantitatively discharged to the outside, so that the pesticide can be uniformly spread without being deviated to one side.
The disclosure is merely exemplary and various changes can be made by a person skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the invention as claimed, and therefore the scope of the disclosure is not limited to the specific embodiments described.
