发明提供了一种折射式LED筒灯,包括灯座及与灯座后部连接的驱动盒,所述灯壳的外壁面均布设有散热片,所述驱动盒的边缘对应散热片的位置设有对接口,所述驱动盒通过对接口和散热片相互配合插装固定在灯座后部;所述灯座内设有安装腔,所述安装腔内设有发光机构及覆盖设置在安装腔上的反光罩;所述发光机构包括反光板、安装于反光板上的发光体及盖设于所述发光体上的透光罩,所述透光罩的周向外壁设有蜂窝状壁面,所述透光罩的中部为磨砂壁面。本发明通过透光罩提高发光体的散光效果,使灯光更柔和、出光更均匀,防止眩目。

技术领域
发明涉及一种发光装置,具体涉及折射式LED筒灯。
背景技术
筒灯使用广泛,主要安装于天花板或墙壁用作照明。发光机构可以采用贴片、若干颗灯珠或一颗大功率灯珠等不同LED发光体以达到不同的光照效果,筒灯的防眩效果不好,长时间使用会产生晕眩感。因此,为了避免现有技术中存在的缺点,有必要对现有技术作出改进。
发明内容
发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的缺点与不足,提供一种发光效果好的折射式LED筒灯。
发明是通过以下的技术方案实现的:
折射式LED筒灯,包括灯座及与灯座后部连接的驱动盒,所述灯壳的外壁面均布设有散热片,所述驱动盒的边缘对应散热片的位置设有对接口,所述驱动盒通过对接口和散热片相互配合插装固定在灯座后部;所述灯座内设有安装腔,所述安装腔内设有发光机构及覆盖设置在安装腔上的反光罩;所述发光机构包括反光板、安装于反光板上的发光体及盖设于所述发光体上的透光罩,所述透光罩的周向外壁设有蜂窝状壁面,所述透光罩的中部为磨砂壁面。
其中,所述灯座在对应驱动盒的位置设有安装环,所述安装环的直径与驱动盒的内径相匹配。
其中,所述驱动盒上设有多个用于散热透气的透气孔。
其中,所述反光罩通过螺钉固定在灯座上,所述反光罩周向内壁面匀布有环状凸脊。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过透光罩提高发光体的散光效果,使灯光更柔和、出光更均匀,防止眩目。

如图1所示,折射式LED筒灯,包括灯座1及与灯座后部连接的驱动盒2,所述灯壳的外壁面均布设有散热片,所述驱动盒2的边缘对应散热片的位置设有对接口,所述驱动盒2通过对接口和散热片相互配合插装固定在灯座1后部;所述灯座1内设有安装腔,所述安装腔内设有发光机构及覆盖设置在安装腔上的反光罩3;所述发光机构包括反光板4、安装于反光板4上的发光体及盖设于所述发光体上的透光罩,所述透光罩的周向外壁设有蜂窝状壁面5,所述透光罩的中部为磨砂壁面6。本发明通过透光罩提高发光体的散光效果,使灯光更柔和、出光更均匀,防止眩目。
为了便于安装对应驱动盒2,所述灯座1在对应驱动盒2的位置设有安装环,所述安装环的直径与驱动盒2的内径相匹配。
为了增强驱动盒2的散热效果,所述驱动盒2上设有多个用于散热透气的透气孔。从而能够通过散热孔进行散热,防止内部零件烧毁。
为了便于安装反光罩3,所述反光罩3通过螺钉固定在灯座1上,所述反光罩3周向内壁面匀布有环状凸脊7。

1.折射式LED筒灯,其特征在于:包括灯座(1)及与灯座(1)后部连接的驱动盒(2),所述灯壳(1)的外壁面均布设有散热片,所述驱动盒(2)的边缘对应散热片的位置设有对接口,所述驱动盒(2)通过对接口和散热片相互配合插装固定在灯座(1)后部;所述灯座(1)内设有安装腔,所述安装腔内设有发光机构及覆盖设置在安装腔上的反光罩(3);所述发光机构包括反光板(4)、安装于反光板(4)上的发光体及盖设于所述发光体上的透光罩,所述透光罩的周向外壁设有蜂窝状壁面(5),所述透光罩的中部为磨砂壁面(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述折射式LED筒灯,其特征在于:所述灯座(1)在对应驱动盒(2)的位置设有安装环,所述安装环的直径与驱动盒(2)的内径相匹配。
3.根据权利要求1所述折射式LED筒灯,其特征在于:所述驱动盒(2)上设有多个用于散热透气的透气孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的折射式LED筒灯,其特征在于:所述反光罩(3)通过螺钉固定在灯座(1)上,所述反光罩(3)周向内壁面匀布有环状凸脊(7)。
