Claims (4)
- 반사면(11)이 형성된 판체(10)에 LED 삽입을 위한 타공홀(12)이 형성되고, 상기 타공홀(12)은 판체(10)와 단차지게 내입부(13)가 형성되어 LED를 감싸게 되면서 타공홀(12)의 측방향으로 반사벽(14)이 형성되어 그 반사벽(14)에 의하여 LED에서 측방향으로 발산되는 빛을 상측으로 반사시키게 되며, 상기 판체(10)에 형성된 타공홀(12)은 다각형으로 이루어지고 타공홀(12)의 각 모서리에 방사형의 절개선(15)이 형성되어 프레스 가공시 뒤틀림을 방지하면서 균일한 눌림이 가능하게 되는 LED등기구용 반사갓.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 판체(10)는 반사면(11)에 프리즘 방식의 반사층이 형성되면서 그 반사면(10)이 백색으로 이루어져 난반사에 의하여 빛을 균일하게 산란시키면서도 연색성이 향상됨을 특징으로 하는 LED등기구용 반사갓.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 판체(10)는 테두리의 양측 또는 사방으로 절곡되어진 판상의 보조판(10a)을 더욱 포함하여 형성되어 등기구 케이스의 내벽에 반사면(11)을 일체로 형성토록 됨을 특징으로 하는 LED등기구용 반사갓.
