本发明属于阀门技术,具体涉及一种平行式阀座斜面上装浮动球阀,包括阀体、阀座组件、球体、阀盖和阀杆,阀杆底端与球体连接,阀体的通道出口处安装出口端辅助阀座,在阀体的通道进口处安装进口端辅助阀座;辅助阀座包括一体加工的小圆柱和楔形圆柱块,楔形圆柱块端面为配合斜面,本装置降低斜面加工和研磨难度,提高生产效率;解决斜面倾斜角度不受阀座材料限制;取消球体与阀杆之间的弹簧预紧结构,降低阀杆扭矩,防止密封面磨损后球体与阀体通道轴线不重合。

技术领域
本发明属于阀门技术,具体涉及一种浮动球阀。
背景技术
球阀流阻系数比较小,球体旋转90°即可实现快速启闭动作,且球阀结构简单,密封面与球体一直处于贴合状态,密封面不易磨损密封效果好,使得球阀在阀门领域占有很大的市场;球阀按照装配方式分类,主要有侧装式和上装式两种结构,对比侧装球阀,其上装球阀的优势为在线更换内部零件,维修时间短、减少生产损失。
目前市场上的斜面上装球阀存在以下几种缺点:斜面上装球阀的阀体机加工时间长,使用配套的工装或加工中心加工阀体腔内斜面,不方便研磨;不同材料的阀座与斜面接触的摩擦系数不同,满足自锁条件的斜面角度也不同;阀杆与球体间设有弹簧,提供预紧力及密封面磨损后的密封面压缩余量补偿,此种结构容易使球体与阀座整体沿楔形面向下,球体与阀体的通道轴线不重合,流体阻力变大、密封效果降低,弹簧力过大造成阀杆扭矩变大,同时容易造成球体与阀座抱死,阀门无法开关;阀座没有限位装置的斜面上装球阀,阀门开关过程中,阀座与球体整体会沿着斜面垂直于通道方向水平滑动,密封副容易磨损。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种平行式阀座斜面上装浮动球阀,其能够降低斜面加工和研磨难度,提高生产效率。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种平行式阀座斜面上装浮动球阀,包括阀体、阀体内的阀座组件、阀体通道中心处的球体、阀体上方的阀盖和阀盖内的阀杆,所述的阀杆底端与球体连接;
阀体的通道出口处安装出口端辅助阀座,在阀体的通道进口处安装进口端辅助阀座;
出口端辅助阀座和进口端辅助阀座结构相同,相对布置,包括一体加工的小圆柱和楔形圆柱块,以及与楔形圆柱块端部的配合斜面固定连接的限位环;所述的小圆柱和楔形圆柱块内沿中心轴方向加工有孔道;
所述的阀座组件包括软阀座和其外部的支撑圈,软阀座一面与配合斜面接触,另一面与球体接触。
所述小圆柱侧面加工环形槽,槽内放置石墨垫圈,石墨垫圈与阀体接触。
所述的楔形圆柱块的圆柱侧面加工定位槽,所述的阀体上设有紧定螺钉,紧定螺钉下端位于定位槽内。
所述的配合斜面上、中心孔道端部加工一圈倒角作为防火唇。
所述的阀体上方和阀盖之间设有垫片,且阀体和阀盖通过螺柱和螺母固定。
所述的阀盖内壁加工一圈凸出的圆环板,阀杆底部的圆台和该圆环板之间设有止推垫。
所述的阀杆和阀盖之间的空隙内填充石墨填料,再通过压套压实。
所述阀杆上端设有压板,该压板压紧所述的压套。
所述的压板上通过螺钉固定安装手柄,同时在手柄上方通过垫圈和螺栓将手柄与阀杆顶部连接固定。
所述的楔形圆柱块的圆柱侧面加工若干扳手孔。
本发明的显著效果如下:
降低斜面加工和研磨难度,提高生产效率;解决斜面倾斜角度不受阀座材料限制;取消球体与阀杆之间的弹簧预紧结构,降低阀杆扭矩,防止密封面磨损后球体与阀体通道轴线不重合。
配合斜面位于楔形块上,通过线切割加工配合斜面,限位块用焊接或栓接固定在配合斜面上,或通过数控加工中心整体加工楔形块上的配合斜面和限位环,可减少机加工难度和时间,便于研磨、抛光。
利用限位环将阀座位置固定,防止密封面磨损后,球体与阀体通道仍保持轴线重合,避免阀门开关过程中阀座在斜面上滑动。
球体左右两个配合斜面为互相平行结构,可抵消介质对球体沿垂直楔形面向上的力,对于不同密封副材料无需重新设计楔角度和表面粗糙度。
利用碟形弹簧弥补球体与软阀座密封面间的间隙,自动补偿阀门长时间开关过程后密封面磨损,保证长时间密封要求。

具体实施方式
下面通过附图及具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,该浮动球阀包括阀体1,在阀体1的通道出口处安装出口端辅助阀座2,在阀体1的通道进口处安装进口端辅助阀座5。出口端辅助阀座2和进口端辅助阀座5之间通过阀座组件3安装球体4,该球体4位于阀体1通道的中心处。
阀座组件3和辅助阀座将球体4和阀体1衔接。
出口端辅助阀座2和进口端辅助阀座5分别通过紧定螺钉7与阀体1固定。
在阀体1与出口端辅助阀座2之间安装碟形弹簧6,通过碟形弹簧6提供初始预紧力,构成通道管线内部件的关位密封。
在阀体1上方通过垫片8安装阀盖9,再通过螺柱10和螺母11固定。
阀盖9中心处安装阀杆20,阀杆20底端与球体4连接。阀杆20将球体4和阀盖9衔接。
为了防止阀杆20上下移动,阀盖9内壁加工一圈凸出的圆环板,在阀杆20底部的圆台和该圆环板之间安装止推垫19。
阀杆20和阀盖9之间的空隙内填充石墨填料18,再通过压套17压实。
在阀杆20上端安装有压板16,该压板16压紧上述的压套17。
压板16上通过螺钉15固定安装有手柄12,同时在手柄12上方通过垫圈14和螺栓13将手柄12与阀杆20顶部连接固定。
左右两端的进口辅助阀座和出口辅助阀座结构相同,如图2所示,辅助阀座包括限位环21、小圆柱31和楔形圆柱块26。
小圆柱31和楔形圆柱块26一体加工成型,两者同轴且中心加工有孔道。
所述的楔形圆柱块26为圆柱形,其中外侧端面为配合斜面30,及端面与圆柱的截面具有一定角度,即配合斜面30与阀体通道的垂直截面呈一定角度。
配合斜面30上焊接限位环21,使得限位环21与配合斜面的外沿贴合。在配合斜面30上、中心孔道端部加工一圈倒角作为防火唇22。
楔形圆柱块26的圆柱侧面加工定位槽23和若干扳手孔25。
两个定位槽23在圆周方向上对称分布,若干扳手孔25在圆周方向上均匀分布。
如图1和图4所示,紧定螺钉7安装在阀体1上,下端与定位槽23接触配合限制楔形块26轴向转动及横向移动。
上述小圆柱31侧面加工环形槽,槽内放置石墨垫圈24。安装时,石墨垫圈24与阀体1接触。
如图3所示,阀座组件3包括软阀座29和其外部的支撑圈28。软阀座29一面与配合斜面30接触,另一面与球体4接触。
如图4、5所示,通过扳手27与圆柱楔形块26上的扳手孔25配合,楔形块26可绕阀体1通道轴线旋转180°,使球体左右两个配合斜面30平行,阀体1上的紧定螺钉7与定位槽23接触配合限制楔形块26轴向转动及横向移动。
图4a~图4c给出了球体4及阀座组件3安装在阀体1内出口端辅助阀座2和进口端辅助阀座5之间的过程,球体4安装到位后,扳手27控制圆柱楔形块26转动,调整阀座组件3位置。
碟形弹簧6位于阀体1与出口端辅助阀座2之间,石墨垫圈24与楔形块26、阀体1接触,软阀座29与配合斜面30、球体4接触,通过碟形弹簧6提供初始预紧力,构成通道管线内部件的关位密封;
垫片8与阀体1、阀盖9接触,螺柱10、螺母11通过压盖9将将垫片8压紧,构成阀体和阀盖间的密封;
石墨填料18与阀杆20、阀盖9接触,螺钉15通过压板16、压套17将石墨填料18压紧,构成阀杆20和阀盖9间的密封。
软阀座29烧光后,楔形块26上的防火唇22与球体4接触,与石墨填料18、垫片8及石墨垫圈24共同起到防火功能。
阀杆20设有防静电装置,将球体4上的静电传到阀盖9、阀体1上,通过螺栓13、垫圈14将手柄12与阀杆20连接起来,手柄12通过阀杆20控制球体4转动,螺钉15限制手柄12在90°范围内转动,起到阀门开关限位功能。

1.一种平行式阀座斜面上装浮动球阀,包括阀体(1)、阀体(1)内的阀座组件(3)、阀体(1)通道中心处的球体、阀体(1)上方的阀盖(9)和阀盖(9)内的阀杆(20),所述的阀杆(20)底端与球体(4)连接;
其特征在于:阀体(1)的通道出口处安装出口端辅助阀座(2),在阀体(1)的通道进口处安装进口端辅助阀座(5);
出口端辅助阀座(2)和进口端辅助阀座(5)结构相同,相对布置,包括一体加工的小圆柱(31)和楔形圆柱块(26),以及与楔形圆柱块(26)端部的配合斜面固定连接的限位环(21);所述的小圆柱(31)和楔形圆柱块(26)内沿中心轴方向加工有孔道;
所述的阀座组件(3)包括软阀座(29)和其外部的支撑圈(28),软阀座(29)一面与配合斜面(30)接触,另一面与球体(4)接触。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种平行式阀座斜面上装浮动球阀,其特征在于:所述小圆柱(31)侧面加工环形槽,槽内放置石墨垫圈(24),石墨垫圈(24)与阀体(1)接触。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种平行式阀座斜面上装浮动球阀,其特征在于:所述的楔形圆柱块(26)的圆柱侧面加工定位槽(23),所述的阀体(1)上设有紧定螺钉(7),紧定螺钉(7)下端位于定位槽(23)内。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种平行式阀座斜面上装浮动球阀,其特征在于:所述的配合斜面(30)上、中心孔道端部加工一圈倒角作为防火唇(22)。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种平行式阀座斜面上装浮动球阀,其特征在于:所述的阀体(1)上方和阀盖(9)之间设有垫片(8),且阀体(1)和阀盖(9)通过螺柱(10)和螺母(11)固定。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种平行式阀座斜面上装浮动球阀,其特征在于:所述的阀盖(9)内壁加工一圈凸出的圆环板,阀杆(20)底部的圆台和该圆环板之间设有止推垫(19)。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种平行式阀座斜面上装浮动球阀,其特征在于:所述的阀杆(20)和阀盖(9)之间的空隙内填充石墨填料(18),再通过压套(17)压实。
8.如权利要求6所述的一种平行式阀座斜面上装浮动球阀,其特征在于:所述阀杆(20)上端设有压板(16),该压板(16)压紧所述的压套(17)。
9.如权利要求8所述的一种平行式阀座斜面上装浮动球阀,其特征在于:所述的压板(16)上通过螺钉(15)固定安装手柄(12),同时在手柄(12)上方通过垫圈(14)和螺栓(13)将手柄(12)与阀杆(20)顶部连接固定。
10.如权利要求1所述的一种平行式阀座斜面上装浮动球阀,其特征在于:所述的楔形圆柱块(26)的圆柱侧面加工若干扳手孔(25)。
