Abstract
The invention discloses color clay with delicate hand feeling and a preparation method thereof, wherein the color clay comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 30-45% of flour, 6-8% of starch, 8-11% of edible salt, 1-3% of monopotassium phosphate, 1-3% of salad oil, 30-50% of purified water, 2-5% of edible pigment, 1-3% of granulated sugar, 0.08-0.15% of spice, 0.2-0.5% of sorbitol and 0.1-0.3% of sodium benzoate. The monopotassium phosphate is selected in the color mud, so that the color mud is more exquisite, has softer hand feeling when being used, is easier to be kneaded into various shapes, and has better cutting effect, thereby improving the using effect of the color mud; the citric acid is selected, so that the alkalinity in the flour can be neutralized, and the antiseptic effect is achieved, thereby preventing the color clay from going bad, and improving the service time and the safety of the color clay.

Background
The color clay is an intelligence toy for children to make creative shapes, but the technology and the material are improved by a lot compared with plasticine, and the color clay is soft and not sticky. A preparation method of color clay with fine hand feeling comprises the following preparation steps:
(1) mixing flour, starch potassium dihydrogen phosphate, edible salt and salad oil together, and stirring in a kneading machine for 10-15min to obtain a mixture;
(2) pouring purified water into the mixture formed in the step (1), wherein the temperature of the purified water is 35-60 ℃, and continuously stirring by a kneader until the mixture is stirred into a paste;
(3) adding granulated sugar, spice, sorbitol and sodium benzoate into the paste formed in the step (2), and continuously stirring until the mixture is uniformly kneaded;
(4) adding edible pigment into the uniform mud-shaped material formed in the step (3), and continuously stirring uniformly to obtain a color mud finished product;
(5) and putting the finished color clay product into a plastic box with a cover or a sealed plastic bag or a preservative film for sealed preservation.
Preferably, citric acid is further added in the step (3).
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the monopotassium phosphate is selected in the color mud, so that the color mud is more exquisite, has softer hand feeling when being used, is easier to be kneaded into various shapes, and has better cutting effect, thereby improving the using effect of the color mud;
(2) the citric acid is selected in the color clay, so that the alkalinity in the flour can be neutralized, and the anti-corrosion effect is achieved, thereby preventing the color clay from deteriorating, and improving the service time and the safety of the color clay.

The color clay with fine hand feeling comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 35% of flour, 7% of starch, 9% of edible salt, 3% of monopotassium phosphate, 2% of salad oil, 35.5% of purified water, 5% of edible pigment, 3% of granulated sugar, 0.1% of spice, 0.25% of sorbitol and 0.15% of sodium benzoate, and the preparation steps of the colored mud are as follows:
(1) mixing flour, starch potassium dihydrogen phosphate, edible salt and salad oil together, and stirring in a kneading machine for 10-15min to obtain a mixture;
(2) pouring purified water into the mixture formed in the step (1), wherein the temperature of the purified water is 35-60 ℃, and continuously stirring by a kneader until the mixture is stirred into a paste;
(3) adding granulated sugar, spice, sorbitol and sodium benzoate into the paste formed in the step (2), and continuously stirring until the mixture is uniformly kneaded;
(4) adding edible pigment into the uniform mud-shaped material formed in the step (3), and continuously stirring uniformly to obtain a color mud finished product;
(5) and putting the finished color clay product into a plastic box with a cover or a sealed plastic bag or a preservative film for sealed preservation.
Example 2
The preparation steps of the embodiment 1 are the same, wherein the color clay comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 30% of flour, 6% of starch, 8% of edible salt, 1% of monopotassium phosphate, 1% of salad oil, 50% of purified water, 2% of edible pigment, 1.05% of granulated sugar, 0.15% of spice, 0.5% of sorbitol and 0.3% of sodium benzoate.

The color clay with fine hand feeling comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 40% of flour, 6% of starch, 11% of edible salt, 1.5% of monopotassium phosphate, 1% of salad oil, 35% of purified water, 2% of edible pigment, 2.38% of granulated sugar, 0.12% of spice, 0.3% of sorbitol, 0.2% of sodium benzoate, 0.5% of citric acid and the preparation steps of the colored mud are as follows:
(1) mixing flour, starch potassium dihydrogen phosphate, edible salt and salad oil together, and stirring in a kneading machine for 10-15min to obtain a mixture;
(2) pouring purified water into the mixture formed in the step (1), wherein the temperature of the purified water is 35-60 ℃, and continuously stirring by a kneader until the mixture is stirred into a paste;
(3) adding granulated sugar, spice, sorbitol, sodium benzoate and citric acid into the paste formed in the step (2), and continuously stirring until the mixture is uniformly kneaded;
(4) adding edible pigment into the uniform mud-shaped material formed in the step (3), and continuously stirring uniformly to obtain a color mud finished product;
(5) and putting the finished color clay product into a plastic box with a cover or a sealed plastic bag or a preservative film for sealed preservation.

The preparation steps in the embodiment 3 are the same, wherein the color clay comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 45% of flour, 8% of starch, 8% of edible salt, 2% of monopotassium phosphate, 3% of salad oil, 30% of purified water, 2.22% of edible pigment, 1% of granulated sugar, 0.08% of spice, 0.2% of sorbitol, 0.1% of sodium benzoate and 0.4% of citric acid.

The preparation steps in the embodiment 3 are the same, wherein the color clay comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 42% of flour, 6.5% of starch, 10% of edible salt, 2% of potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 1.5% of salad oil, 32% of purified water, 3% of edible pigment, 1.4% of granulated sugar, 0.1% of spice, 0.4% of sorbitol, 0.3% of sodium benzoate and 0.8% of citric acid.
Preferably, the granulated sugar has a particle size larger than 250 meshes, and glucose or starch sugar with similar particle size can be selected to make the color paste more smooth.
Preferably, the spice is one or a mixture of more than two of spearmint oil, mint oil or fruit flavor edible spice, and the selection can make the color mud emit the fragrance which is liked by children and improve the use comfort of the color mud.
Preferably, the pigment is a pastry pigment, and the choice can make the colored mud more like food and improve the use interest of children.

2 to 5 percent of edible pigment
1 to 3 percent of granulated sugar
Perfume 0.08-0.15%
Sorbitol 0.2-0.5%
0.1 to 0.3 percent of sodium benzoate.

The color clay with fine hand feeling as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the color mud comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 35% of flour, 7% of starch, 9% of edible salt, 3% of monopotassium phosphate, 2% of salad oil, 35.5% of purified water, 5% of edible pigment, 3% of granulated sugar, 0.1% of spice, 0.25% of sorbitol and 0.15% of sodium benzoate.
3. The color clay with fine hand feeling as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the citric acid is further included, and the mass percent of the citric acid is 0.4-0.8%.

8. The method for preparing the color clay with fine hand feeling according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the preparation method comprises the following preparation steps:
(1) mixing flour, starch, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, edible salt and salad oil together, and stirring in a kneader for 10-15min to obtain a mixture;
(2) pouring purified water into the mixture formed in the step (1), wherein the temperature of the purified water is 35-60 ℃, and continuously stirring by a kneader until the mixture is stirred into a paste;
(3) adding granulated sugar, spice, sorbitol and sodium benzoate into the paste formed in the step (2), and continuously stirring until the mixture is uniformly kneaded;
