The invention provides a clay paste with high safety performance, which comprises the following components: glutinous rice flour, sodium chloride, water, calcium chloride, sodium benzoate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, white mineral oil, propylene glycol, flavoring agent, bitter agent, preservative and pigment.
The weight percentage of the components in the clay cement is as follows: 45-60% of glutinous rice flour, 1.5-3.5% of sodium chloride, 28-35% of water, 7-10% of calcium chloride, 0.3-0.7% of sodium benzoate, 0.1-0.5% of monopotassium phosphate, 2-6% of white mineral oil, 1-4% of propylene glycol, 0.085-0.3% of flavoring agent, 0.0005-0.0025% of bitter agent, 0.0095-0.3975% of preservative and 0.005-0.5% of pigment.
In the invention, the glutinous rice flour is also called as rice flour and is the main component of mud glue, which can not cause skin allergy, has higher safety than flour, and can absorb water after the rice flour is dried; the monopotassium phosphate is an expansion and fermentation auxiliary agent of the clay glue, so that the clay glue has soft hand feeling; the flavoring agent is almond oil essence and is prepared by mixing vanillin, ethyl vanillin, phenethyl alcohol and anisaldehyde, and is used for improving the smell of the clay gum; the bittering agent is bendinylammonium or a mixture of bendinylammonium, glycerol and water, the bittering agent is added, so that the taste of the mud gum is changed into bitter, the situation that children eat the mud gum by mistake and swallow the mud gum when putting the mud gum into mouths to bite the mud gum can be prevented, and the safety of the mud gum during playing is improved; the preservative is prepared from cis-1- (3-chloroallyl) -3,5, 7-triaza-1-chloroazaadamantane, sodium chloride, hexamethylenetetramine, sodium bicarbonate and water; the pigment adopts at least one food-grade pigment, the safety performance of the clay paste can be improved by adopting the food-grade pigment, and the pigment with the corresponding color can be selected according to the color required by the actual clay paste in the production process, or at least two pigments are selected to be mixed and prepared for use.
When the mud glue is produced, all the components are sequentially added into a stirring device according to the corresponding weight ratio and stirred for a certain time.
According to the mud gum provided by the invention, the glutinous rice flour is adopted to replace the traditional flour, and the skin allergy caused by the glutinous rice flour can be avoided, so that the allergy phenomenon when children play the mud gum in an unconscious state can be reduced; and because the rice flour has the performance of absorbing water after being dried, the mud gum can be softened by adding warm water after being dried and standing for 2-3 hours, and can be reused after being kneaded, thereby reducing waste.
