Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, an embodiment of the invention provides a method for controlling a household appliance 10. The household appliance 10 comprises a code scanner 12, a door body 16 and a cavity 18, wherein the code scanner 12 is connected with the cavity 18, the door body 16 is rotatably connected with the cavity 18, the code scanner 12 is used for scanning a target identifier to obtain a target operation of the household appliance 10, and the control method of the household appliance 10 comprises the following steps:
step S12: when the door body 16 is closed, the household appliance 10 is controlled to operate according to the target operation when the operation signal of the household appliance 10 is received;
step S14: after the door body 16 is opened, whether the target operation output by the code scanner 12 is received or not is judged;
if yes, step S16: when the door body 16 is closed again, controlling the working state of the household appliance 10 according to the opening interval duration of the door body 16 and the target operation;
if not, step S18: when the door 16 is closed again, the operation state of the household appliance 10 before the door 16 is opened is kept unchanged.
According to the control method of the household appliance 10, after the door body 16 is opened, the working state of the household appliance 10 is controlled according to the opening interval duration of the door body 16 and the target operation, so that the working state of the household appliance 10 can be controlled more accurately, the false triggering of the household appliance 10 is avoided, and the no-load operation of the household appliance 10 can be reduced or prevented.
The household appliance 10 may be an oven, a microwave oven, an electric rice cooker, an electric steam box, a yogurt maker, a soymilk maker, a washing appliance (such as a dishwasher or a washing machine), and the like. For a washing appliance, the target operation may be a target washing operation, which may include washing stages (e.g., pre-wash, main wash, rinse, dry and custody), time of washing per washing stage, temperature, and interval time between two washing stages. For a cooking appliance such as a microwave oven, an electric steamer, etc., the target operation may be a target menu including a heating power and a heating time corresponding to the heating power. For a yogurt machine, the target operation may be a target fermentation operation, which may include a fermentation temperature and a fermentation time corresponding to the fermentation temperature. For a soymilk maker, the target operation may be a target soymilk making operation, which may include a blade rotation speed, a crushing time corresponding to the blade rotation speed, a soymilk boiling temperature, and a soymilk boiling time corresponding to the soymilk boiling temperature.
For convenience of understanding, the microwave oven is exemplified in the embodiment of the present invention, but the specific kind of the home appliance 10 is not limited.
In addition, the scanner 12 may be disposed on the body of the household appliance 10, or may be separated from the household appliance 10 and connected in a wired or wireless manner. For example, the scanner 12 may be disposed on a rack for placing a microwave oven.
In addition, the front plate 182 of the cavity 18 is provided with a control panel 19, and the control panel 19 includes a display screen 192 and an input unit 194. In the illustrated embodiment, the scanner 12 is disposed below the front plate 182 of the cavity 18. Therefore, the user can place the food into the microwave oven in a proper way while scanning the code, thereby more conveniently using the microwave oven. It is understood that in other embodiments, the barcode scanner 12 may be disposed elsewhere on the household appliance 10, such as on the handle 162 of the door 16, or on an exterior side of the household appliance 10, or elsewhere.
In the present embodiment, the operation signal of the household appliance 10 may be triggered by a user by closing the door 16 of the household appliance 10. It can be understood that in the embodiment of the present invention, since the code scanner 12 is disposed below the front plate 182 of the cavity 18, the user needs to open the door 16 during code scanning, and the household appliance 10 needs to keep the door 16 closed during operation. Therefore, the operation signal can be triggered by closing the door body 16 after the target operation is obtained. Like this for the user can trigger the running signal in the lump when closing the door body 16, need not to carry out other operations for triggering the running signal in addition, and is simple and convenient, is favorable to improving user experience.
Specifically, in an example, the household appliance 10 is a microwave oven, after the door 16 is opened, and the barcode scanner 12 scans the target identifier to obtain the target menu, the user may close the door 16, so as to trigger the operation signal to start heating the microwave oven according to the target menu.
In another example, the household appliance 10 is a washing machine, after the door 16 is opened, and the target washing operation is obtained by scanning the target identifier by the barcode scanner 12, the user may close the door 16, so as to trigger the operation signal to enable the washing machine to start washing according to the target washing operation.
Of course, in other embodiments, the household appliance 10 includes a key, a knob or a microphone, and the operation signal can be triggered by the user through the key, the knob or the sound. The keys may be physical keys or virtual keys. The specific triggering method of the operation signal is not limited herein.
In step S18, "when the door 16 is closed again, the operation state of the household appliance 10 before the door 16 is opened" means that the operation state of the household appliance 10 after the door 16 is closed again in step S18 is identical to the operation state before the door 16 is opened in step S14.
In one example, the door 16 is opened during the operation of the household appliance 10, the household appliance 10 is temporarily stopped, and the household appliance 10 continues to operate after the door 16 is closed; in another example, the door 16 is opened after the operation of the electric home appliance 10 is finished, and the electric home appliance 10 is continuously maintained in an inoperative state after the door 16 is closed.
In some embodiments, the target identification includes at least one of a bar code and a two-dimensional code.
In one example, the target identification is a bar code; in another example, the target identification is a two-dimensional code; in yet another example, the target identification includes a bar code and a two-dimensional code. Additionally, the target indicia may be printed on the packaging of the food item.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments, step S16 includes:
step S161: determining whether the interval duration is in a first preset time period after the door body 16 is opened;
step S162: when the interval duration is in the first preset time period, determining whether the target operation after the door body 16 is opened is the same as the target operation before the door body 16 is opened;
step S163: when the target operation after the door body 16 is opened is the same as the target operation before the door body 16 is opened, the target operation after the door body 16 is opened is not responded;
step S164: when the target operation after the door body 16 is opened is different from the target operation before the door body 16 is opened, when the door body 16 is closed again and the operation signal is received, the household appliance 10 is controlled to operate according to the target operation after the door body 16 is opened.
Therefore, the working state of the household appliance is controlled according to the relation between the opening interval duration of the door body 16 and the first preset time period.
In one example, the household appliance 10 is a microwave oven, the target operation is a target menu, the first preset time period is 0-15s, the target menu before the door 16 is opened is "first-level fire power, five minutes", the microwave oven operates according to the "first-level fire power, five minutes", the user immediately opens the door 16, at the 4 th s after the door 16 is opened, the code scanner 12 scans the target mark and immediately closes the door 16, the interval time period is 4s, the target menu obtained after the door 16 is opened is also "first-level fire power, five minutes", the target menu after the door 16 is opened is the same as the target menu before the door 16 is opened, and the microwave oven does not respond to the target menu after the door 16 is opened.
In another example, the household appliance 10 is a microwave oven, the target operation is a target menu, the first preset time period is 0-15s, the target menu before the door 16 is opened is "first-level fire, five minutes", the microwave oven operates according to the "first-level fire, five minutes", the user immediately opens the door 16, at the 4 th s after the door 16 is opened, the code scanner 12 scans the target mark and immediately closes the door 16, the interval time period is 4s, the first preset time period is located, the target menu obtained after the door 16 is opened is "second-level fire, ten minutes", the target menu after the door 16 is opened is different from the target menu before the door 16 is opened, and the microwave oven operates according to the "second-level fire, ten minutes" when the door 16 is closed again and the operation signal is received.
It can be understood that, since the barcode scanner 12 is disposed below the front plate 182 of the cavity 18, when the user opens the door 16 to take out food, the user may scan the target identifier again to obtain a target menu that is the same as the target menu before the door 16 is opened, and after the user takes out food, the user closes the door 16, which triggers the operation signal to cause the microwave oven to operate in an idle state. Therefore, in the first preset time period, when the door 16 is opened, if the target menu after the door 16 is opened is the same as the target menu before the door 16 is opened, it can be inferred that the target menu is scanned when the user takes out food, cooking is not required, and no response is required for the target menu.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments, step S16 includes:
step S165: determining whether the interval duration is in a second preset time period after the door body 16 is opened, wherein the second preset time period is after the first preset time period;
step S166: when the interval duration is in the second preset time period, when the door 16 is closed again and the operation signal is received, the operation of the household appliance 10 is controlled according to the target operation after the door 16 is opened.
Therefore, the working state of the household appliance is controlled according to the relation between the opening interval duration of the door body 16 and the second preset time period.
In one example, the household appliance 10 is a microwave oven, the target operation is a target menu, the first preset time period is 0-15s, the second preset time period is greater than 15s, after the operation of the microwave oven is finished, the user immediately opens the door 16, the code scanner 12 scans the target identifier and immediately closes the door 16 at 17s after the door 16 is opened, the interval duration is 17s, the target menu obtained after the door 16 is opened in the second preset time period is "secondary fire, ten minutes", and then the microwave oven operates according to "secondary fire, ten minutes" when the door 16 is closed again and an operation signal is received.
It can be understood that, since the user usually takes out food immediately after the door is opened, if the target menu is scanned in a second preset time period after the first preset time period, it can be inferred that the menu is a new menu that needs to be cooked, and whether the target menu is the same as the target menu before the door is opened or not, when the door 16 is closed again and the operation signal is received, the operation of the household appliance 10 is controlled according to the target operation after the door 16 is opened.
Referring to fig. 6, in some embodiments, step S16 includes:
step S167: determining whether the interval duration is in a third preset time period after the door body 16 is opened;
step S168: and when the interval duration is in the third preset time period, the target operation after the door body 16 is opened is not responded.
Therefore, the working state of the household appliance is controlled according to the relation between the opening interval duration of the door body 16 and the third preset time period.
In one example, the household appliance 10 is a microwave oven, the target operation is a target menu, the third preset time period is 0-5s, after the operation of the microwave oven is finished, the user immediately opens the door 16, the code scanner 12 scans the target identifier and immediately closes the door 16 at the 3 rd time after the door 16 is opened, the interval duration is 3s, and the microwave oven does not respond to the target menu after the door 16 is opened in the third preset time period.
In one example, the household appliance 10 is a microwave oven, the target operation is a target menu, the third preset time period is 0-5s, after the operation of the microwave oven is finished, the user immediately opens the door 16, the 4 th scanner 12 after the door 16 is opened scans the target identifier and immediately closes the door 16, the interval duration is 4s, and the microwave oven does not respond to the target menu after the door 16 is opened in the third preset time period.
It can be understood that, since the user usually takes out the food immediately after the door is opened, and the user needs a certain operation time to take out the food and then put in new food and close the door, if the interval duration is located at the third preset time period after the door 16 is opened, it can be inferred that the interval duration is the target menu scanned by the user when the user takes out the food, and cooking is not needed, and no response is needed to the target menu.
Referring to fig. 7, in some embodiments, step S16 includes:
step S169: determining whether the interval duration is in a fourth preset time period after the door body 16 is opened, wherein the fourth preset time period is after the third preset time period;
step S16 a: when the interval duration is in the fourth preset time period, determining whether the target operation after the door body 16 is opened is the same as the target operation before the door body 16 is opened;
step S16 b: when the target operation after the door body 16 is opened is the same as the target operation before the door body 16 is opened, the target operation after the door body 16 is opened is not responded;
step S16 c: when the target operation after the door body 16 is opened is different from the target operation before the door body 16 is opened, the household appliance 10 is controlled to operate according to the target operation after the door body 16 is opened when the door body 16 is closed again and the operation signal is received.
Therefore, the working state of the household appliance is controlled according to the relation between the opening interval duration of the door body 16 and the fourth preset time period. It should be noted that, similar to the above-mentioned embodiment of controlling the operating state of the household appliance according to the relationship between the time interval of opening the door 16 and the first preset time period, the advantageous effects and the explanation of the present embodiment are not detailed herein to avoid redundancy.
Referring to fig. 8, in some embodiments, step S16 includes:
step S16 d: determining whether the interval duration is in a fifth preset time period after the door body 16 is opened, wherein the fifth preset time period is after the fourth preset time period;
step S16 e: when the interval duration is in the fifth preset time period, when the door 16 is closed again and the operation signal is received, the operation of the household appliance 10 is controlled according to the target operation after the door 16 is opened.
Therefore, the working state of the household appliance is controlled according to the relation between the opening interval duration of the door body 16 and the fifth preset time period. It should be noted that, similar to the above-mentioned embodiment of controlling the operating state of the household appliance according to the relationship between the time interval of opening the door 16 and the second preset time period, the advantageous effects and the explanation of the present embodiment are not detailed herein to avoid redundancy.
In certain embodiments, step S14 includes:
after the door 16 is opened, the scanner 12 is controlled to be closed.
In this way, the scanner 12 is closed after the door 16 is opened. It is understood that in step S14, the door 16 may be opened after the operation of the household appliance 10 is finished, and it is inferred that the user is to take out the food, rather than putting in a new food and using a new target menu for the next cooking. Thus, the scanner 12 can be controlled to be turned off, avoiding scanning the target identifier when the food is taken out, resulting in no-load operation of the household appliance 10 when the door is closed.
In step S14, the door 16 may be opened during the operation of the electric home appliance 10, and since the operation of the electric home appliance 10 is not completed, it is inferred that the user does not want to put a new target menu for new food to perform the next cooking, and thus the scanner 12 may be controlled to be closed.
Further, the scanner 12 may be controlled to be alternately opened and closed according to the opening of the door 16. In one example, after the microwave oven operates according to the target menu, the user opens the door, the code scanner 12 is closed from the open state, the user closes the door 16 after taking out the food, the door 16 is opened again, the code scanner 12 is opened from the closed state, and the user can scan a new target identifier to obtain a new target menu and put the food in for the next round of cooking.
