Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the invention provides a method for controlling a household appliance 10. The household appliance 10 includes a motor 11, and the control method of the household appliance 10 includes:
step S12: collecting the running sound of the motor 11;
step S14: it is determined whether the motor 11 is operating normally according to the operating sound.
Referring to fig. 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides a household appliance 10, which includes a controller 13, a sound collector 15 and a motor 11, wherein the controller 13 is connected to the sound collector 15 and the motor 11, the sound collector 15 is configured to collect operation sound of the motor 11, and the controller 13 is configured to determine whether the motor 11 operates normally according to the operation sound.
According to the household appliance 10 and the control method of the household appliance 10, whether the motor 11 operates normally is judged by collecting the operation sound of the motor 11, so that whether the household appliance 10 operates normally can be judged, the detection time can be shortened, and the user experience is improved.
Specifically, the household appliance 10 includes, but is not limited to, electric cookers, electric pressure cookers, ovens, microwave ovens, electric steamers, soymilk makers, washing machines, dishwashers, and other household appliances having a motor. When the household appliance 10 is an electric rice cooker or an electric pressure cooker, the motor 11 can be used for providing power for rice feeding, rice washing and other links. When the household appliance 10 is an oven or a microwave oven, the motor 11 may be used to power the heat dissipation fan. When the household appliance 10 is a soymilk maker, the motor 11 may be used to provide power for the blade that breaks the beans. When the household appliance 10 is a washing machine or a dishwasher, the motor 11 may be used to power washing, pumping and spin-drying.
The embodiment of the present invention is described by taking an electric cooker as an example, but the specific type of the home appliance 10 is not limited.
The household appliance 10 may include a rice washing chamber 171, a rice pot cover 172, a rice pot body 173, a handle 174, a control panel 175, a reminder 176, and a memory 177. The rice cooker cover 172 is provided with a feeding hole 1722, and the lower end of the rice washing cavity 171 is provided with a discharging hole (not shown). When the rice cooker body 173 is pushed into the accommodating space 1712 of the rice washing cavity 171, the discharge hole at the lower end of the rice washing cavity 171 is communicated with the feed hole 1722 on the rice cooker cover 172, so that the rice in the rice washing cavity 171 can enter the rice cooker body 173 conveniently.
The motor 11 provides power for the links of rice feeding, rice washing and the like of the rice washing cavity 171. When the rice cooker body 173 is separated from the rice washing chamber 171, the user may lift the rice cooker body 173 by the handle 174 to move the rice cooker body 173 to another position. The control panel 175 may include a display screen and keys, and the user may control the operation of the home appliance 10 through the control panel 175. The prompting device 176 may include a speaker and/or a display screen, and the household appliance 10 may prompt the user in the form of audio and/or video through the prompting device 176. The memory 177 may store the sound generated when the motor 11 is normally operated and the characteristics thereof, so as to provide a judgment basis for determining whether the motor 11 is normally operated according to the operation sound in step S14. The sound collector 15 may be a microphone or other device having a sound collecting function, and the sound collector 15 may collect not only the operation sound of the motor 11 but also the sound of the user, so as to control the household appliance 10 by the user through voice.
The controller 13 may include a Microcontroller Unit (MCU). The controller 13 may be disposed on a main control board, a computer board or a control board of the home appliance 10, and the controller 13 may be connected to the sound collector 15 in a wireless or wired manner. In the present embodiment, the sound collector 15 may be provided on the rice cooker body 173, as shown in fig. 2.
In one example, the household electrical appliance 10 is a full-automatic electric cooker with a voice recognition function, the motor 11 provides power for links of rice feeding, rice washing and the like in the cooking process of the full-automatic electric cooker, when the motor 11 operates normally, the sound emitted when the motor 11 operates normally is certain, when abnormal states such as rice blocking and the like occur, the sound of the motor 11 can change and is harsh, and therefore the sound emitted when the motor 11 operates normally can be collected in advance and stored in the memory 177. When the user uses the electric cooker, the operation sound of the motor 11 is collected through a microphone of the electric cooker, and the operation sound is compared with the sound which is stored in advance and is emitted when the motor 11 is normally operated, so that whether the motor 11 is normally operated or not is determined.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments, step S14 includes:
step S142: determining the sound characteristic of the motor 11 according to the operation sound;
step S144: whether the motor 11 is operating normally is determined based on the sound characteristics.
In some embodiments, the controller 13 is configured to determine the sound characteristic of the motor 11 based on the operating sound, and to determine whether the motor 11 is operating properly based on the sound characteristic.
Thus, it is realized to determine whether the motor 11 is operating normally based on the operating sound. Specifically, in the present embodiment, after the operation sound is collected by the sound collector 13, the operation sound may be analyzed locally at the home appliance 10 to obtain a sound characteristic, and the sound characteristic of the operation sound may be compared with a sound characteristic stored in advance when the motor 11 is normally operated, so as to determine whether the motor 11 is normally operated.
In other embodiments, the operation sound may be transmitted to the server 30, so that the server 30 analyzes the operation sound to obtain the sound characteristic, and thereafter, the server 30 transmits the sound characteristic of the operation sound to the household appliance 10, and compares the sound characteristic of the operation sound with the sound characteristic of the motor 11 in normal operation, which is stored in advance, locally in the household appliance 10, to determine whether the motor 11 is operating normally.
In other embodiments, the operation sound may be transmitted to the server 30, so that the server 30 analyzes the operation sound to obtain a sound characteristic, and compares the sound characteristic of the operation sound with a sound characteristic when the motor 11 is normally operated to determine whether the motor 11 is normally operated, and thereafter, the server 30 transmits a result of whether the motor 11 is normally operated to the home appliance 10.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments, step S144 includes:
step S1442: determining whether the sound characteristics are within a preset sound characteristic range;
step S1444: when the sound characteristic is within the sound characteristic range, determining that the motor 11 operates normally;
step S1446: when the sound characteristic is not within the sound characteristic range, it is determined that the motor 11 is abnormally operated.
In some embodiments, the controller 13 is configured to determine whether the sound characteristic is within a preset sound characteristic range; and for determining that the motor 11 is operating normally when the sound characteristic is within the sound characteristic range and for determining that the motor 11 is operating abnormally when the sound characteristic is not within the sound characteristic range.
In this way, it is achieved that whether the motor 11 is operating normally is determined based on the sound characteristics. Specifically, in step S1442, the preset sound feature range may be obtained by: the method comprises the steps of testing a plurality of household appliances 10, collecting sound emitted by a motor 11 of each household appliance 10 during normal operation through a sound collector 13 of each household appliance 10, analyzing the sound to obtain sound characteristics of each household appliance 10, and determining a sound characteristic range according to the sound characteristics of the plurality of household appliances 10.
Further, the sound characteristics of the plurality of home appliances 10 may be averaged, and the sound characteristic range may be determined based on the average. Alternatively, the maximum value and the minimum value of the sound characteristics of the plurality of home appliances 10 may be found, and the sound characteristic range may be determined based on the maximum value and the minimum value. Here, the specific determination method of the sound characteristic range is not limited.
In some embodiments, the sound feature comprises at least one of a pitch feature, a loudness feature, and a timbre feature of the sound, the sound feature range comprises at least one of a pitch range, a loudness range, and a timbre range, and step S1442 comprises at least one of:
determining whether the tonal characteristic is within a tonal range;
determining whether the loudness feature is within a loudness range;
it is determined whether the timbre features are within a timbre range.
In some embodiments, the sound feature comprises at least one of a pitch feature, a loudness feature, and a timbre feature of the sound, the sound feature range comprises at least one of a pitch range, a loudness range, and a timbre range, and the controller 13 is configured to determine whether the pitch feature is within the pitch range, and/or to determine whether the loudness feature is within the loudness range, and/or to determine whether the timbre feature is within the timbre range.
Thus, the determination of whether the sound characteristic is within the preset sound characteristic range is achieved. Specifically, "the controller 13 is configured to determine whether the pitch characteristic is in the pitch range, and/or determine whether the loudness characteristic is in the loudness range, and/or determine whether the timbre characteristic is in the timbre range" includes the following seven cases:
in the first case: the controller 13 is used to determine whether the pitch characteristic is within the pitch range. When the tone feature is within the tone range, determining that the motor 11 is operating normally; when the tone characteristic is not within the tone range, it is determined that the motor 11 is abnormally operated.
In the second case: the controller 13 is used to determine whether the loudness features are within the loudness range. When the loudness characteristic is in the loudness range, determining that the motor 11 normally operates; when the loudness characteristic is not within the loudness range, it is determined that the motor 11 is abnormally operated.
In the third case: the controller 13 is used to determine whether the timbre characteristic is within the timbre range. When the tone features are in the tone range, determining that the motor 11 runs normally; when the tone color feature is not within the tone color range, it is determined that the motor 11 is abnormally operated.
In a fourth case: the controller 13 is for determining whether the pitch characteristic is within the pitch range and for determining whether the loudness characteristic is within the loudness range. When the tone feature is within the tone range and the loudness feature is within the loudness range, determining that the motor 11 is operating normally; when the tone feature is not within the tone range and the loudness feature is within the loudness range, determining that the motor 11 is abnormally operated; when the tone feature is within the tone range and the loudness feature is not within the loudness range, determining that the motor 11 is abnormally operated; when the tone feature is not within the tone range and the loudness feature is not within the loudness range, it is determined that the motor 11 is abnormally operated.
In the fifth case: the controller 13 is for determining whether the pitch characteristic is within the pitch range, and for determining whether the timbre characteristic is within the timbre range. When the tone characteristic is within the tone range and the tone characteristic is within the tone range, determining that the motor 11 is operating normally; determining that the motor 11 is abnormally operated when the tone characteristic is not within the tone range and the tone characteristic is within the tone range; determining that the motor 11 is abnormally operated when the tone characteristic is within the tone range and the tone characteristic is not within the tone range; when the tone characteristic is not within the tone range and the tone color characteristic is not within the tone range, it is determined that the motor 11 is abnormally operated.
In the sixth case: the controller 13 is for determining whether the loudness features are within the loudness range and for determining whether the timbre features are within the timbre range. When the loudness characteristic is in the loudness range and the timbre characteristic is in the timbre range, determining that the motor 11 normally operates; when the loudness characteristic is not in the loudness range and the timbre characteristic is in the timbre range, determining that the motor 11 is abnormally operated; when the loudness characteristic is in the loudness range and the timbre characteristic is not in the timbre range, determining that the motor 11 is abnormally operated; when the loudness characteristic is not within the loudness range and the timbre characteristic is not within the timbre range, it is determined that the motor 11 is abnormally operated.
In the seventh case: the controller 13 is for determining whether the pitch feature is within the pitch range, and for determining whether the loudness feature is within the loudness range and for determining whether the timbre feature is within the timbre range. When the tone feature is in the tone range, the loudness feature is in the loudness range, and the timbre feature is in the timbre range, it is determined that the motor 11 is operating normally; when the tone feature is not within the tone range and the loudness feature is within the loudness range and the timbre feature is within the timbre range, determining that the motor 11 is abnormally operated; when the tone feature is within the tone range and the loudness feature is not within the loudness range and the timbre feature is within the timbre range, determining that the motor 11 is abnormally operated; when the tone feature is within the tone range and the loudness feature is within the loudness range and the timbre feature is not within the timbre range, determining that the motor 11 is abnormally operated; when the tone characteristic is not in the tone range and the loudness characteristic is not in the loudness range and the timbre characteristic is not in the timbre range, it is determined that the motor 11 is abnormally operated.
Similarly, "step S1442 includes at least one of: determining whether the tonal characteristic is within a tonal range; determining whether the loudness feature is within a loudness range; determining whether the timbre features are within the timbre range also includes seven similar cases, which are not described herein to avoid redundancy.
Referring to fig. 6, in some embodiments, the method for controlling the household appliance 10 includes:
step S16: when the motor 11 is abnormally operated, the motor 11 is controlled to stop operating.
In some embodiments, the controller 13 is configured to control the motor 11 to stop operating when the motor 11 is abnormally operated.
Therefore, when the motor 11 runs abnormally, measures are taken to protect the household appliance 10 in time. In one example, during the process that the motor 11 supplies power to transport the rice from the rice bin to the rice washing chamber 171, the abnormal operation of the motor 11 is determined by collecting the operation sound of the motor 11, and at this time, the controller 13 controls the motor 11 to stop the operation, and stops the transportation of the rice from the rice bin to the rice washing chamber 171.
In another example, during the rice washing process by the motor 11, the abnormal operation of the motor 11 is determined by collecting the operation sound of the motor 11, and at this time, the controller 13 controls the motor 11 to stop operation to stop the rice washing.
Of course, in other embodiments, when it is determined that the motor 11 is abnormally operated, other protective measures may be taken to protect the household appliance 10 to prevent the household appliance 10 from being damaged due to the abnormal operation of the motor 11. For example, when it is determined that the motor 11 is abnormally operated, the home appliance 10 may be protected by cutting off the power or stopping the operation, and the motor 11 may also be stopped.
In addition, when it is determined that the motor 11 is abnormally operated, the user may be prompted by the prompting device 176 that the motor 11 is abnormally operated, so that the user can know the operation state of the motor 11 in time, thereby taking measures to prevent the household appliance 10 from being damaged. As previously mentioned, the prompting device 176 may include a speaker and/or a display screen, in one example, the speaker playing a "motor abnormal operation" sound when it is determined that the motor 11 is abnormal; in another example, when it is determined that the motor 11 is abnormally operated, the display screen displays a pattern or a character of "abnormal motor operation"; in still another example, when it is determined that the motor 11 is abnormally operated, the speaker plays a sound of "motor abnormal operation", and at the same time, the display screen displays a pattern or a character of "motor abnormal operation". The specific manner of prompting the user of the abnormal operation of the motor 11 is not limited herein. Of course, when it is determined that the motor 11 is operating normally, the user may be prompted by the prompting device 176.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, in some embodiments, the method for controlling the household appliance 10 includes:
step S18: when the motor 11 is abnormally operated, the abnormal operation of the motor 11 is transmitted to at least one of the terminal 20 and the server 30.
In some embodiments, the controller 13 is configured to send a condition of abnormal operation of the motor 11 to at least one of the terminal 20 and the server 30 when the motor 11 is abnormally operated.
In this way, the abnormal operation of the motor 11 is transmitted. In particular, the terminal 20 includes, but is not limited to, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a personal computer, a wearable smart device, and the like, which can communicate with the home appliance 10. The household appliance 10 can communicate with the terminal 20 in a WIreless manner, such as bluetooth, WIreless-Fidelity (WI-FI), USB (Universal Serial Bus), and the like.
"transmitting the case where the motor 11 is abnormally operated to at least one of the terminal 20 and the server 30" includes three cases: when the motor 11 runs abnormally, the abnormal running condition of the motor 11 is sent to the terminal 20; when the motor 11 abnormally operates, the abnormal operation condition of the motor 11 is sent to the server 30; when the motor 11 is abnormally operated, the abnormal operation of the motor 11 is transmitted to the terminal 20 and the server 30.
In one example, during the automatic rice cooking process, the motor 11 transports the rice from the rice bin to the rice washing chamber 171, the rotation speed of the motor is constant under the normal operation state, the tone, loudness and timbre of the sound are stable values, if the rice is jammed during the rice feeding process, the rotation state of the motor 11 will change, the operation sound of the motor 11 will also change suddenly, for example, the operation sound becomes sharp and harsh, and the tone, loudness and timbre of the operation sound of the motor 11 will change. In the operation process of the motor 11, the microphone is started to collect the operation sound of the motor 11, the sound characteristic is analyzed, whether the characteristic is in the normal sound characteristic range or not is judged, if the characteristic is in the sound characteristic range, the motor 11 operates normally, and if the characteristic is not in the sound characteristic range, the motor 11 is in an abnormal state, at this time, the controller 13 may take protective measures, such as stopping the motor from operating and the like, so as to prevent the sound of sharp ears from being continuously generated and affecting the user experience, and meanwhile, the household appliance 10 sends the notification of the abnormal operation of the motor to the terminal 20 and/or the server 30.
In some embodiments, the household appliance 10 is an electric rice cooker, comprising:
the operation sound of the motor 11 is collected by the sound collector 15 provided in the household appliance 10.
In some embodiments, the household appliance 10 is an electric rice cooker, and the controller 13 is configured to collect the operation sound of the motor 11 through a sound collector 15 provided in the household appliance 10.
Thus, the collection of the operation sound of the motor 11 is realized. Further, the sound collector 15 may be a microphone of the full-automatic electric cooker. Of course, the sound collector 15 may also be an external device of the household appliance 10, and the specific relationship between the sound collector 15 and the household appliance 10 is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 9, in some embodiments, the method for controlling the household appliance 10 includes:
step S11: before the motor 11 operates, collecting the environmental sound of the household appliance 10;
step S14 includes:
step S146: whether the motor 11 is operating normally is determined based on the operating sound minus the environmental sound.
In some embodiments, the controller 13 is configured to collect the environmental sound of the household appliance 10 before the motor 11 is operated; and for determining whether the motor 11 is operating normally based on the operating sound minus the environmental sound.
Thus, the influence of the ambient sound can be avoided. It is understood that, in general, when collecting the operation sound, the ambient sound in the environment where the home appliance 10 is located is inevitably collected. Before the motor 11 is operated, the environmental sound of the household appliance 10 is collected, and whether the motor 11 is operated normally is determined according to the operation sound obtained by subtracting the environmental sound, so that the influence of the environmental sound can be reduced or even eliminated, and the accuracy rate of determining whether the motor 11 is operated normally is improved. Note that "subtracting" here means filtering out the ambient sound from the running sound.
It should be noted that the embodiments of the present invention may satisfy only one of the above embodiments or a plurality of the above embodiments at the same time, that is, an embodiment in which one or more of the above embodiments are combined also belongs to the scope of the embodiments of the present invention.
