在运动用品、医疗护具等中所使用的具有耐冲击性的垫体通常使用木板或塑料板等硬质板材。然而,此等板材不具有柔软性以及舒适性,而无法满足一般使用者的需求。但若采用市面上具有柔软性以及舒适性的一般材料来形成垫体,则无法兼顾机械强度以及耐冲击性。此外,一般柔软的垫体材料通常透气性较差。若为了兼顾透气性而对垫体材料进行冲孔,可能会降低垫体的机械强度,也可能会因为冲孔数量不足而造成透气性不足的问题。此外,市面上常见的垫体也无法随着使用者的需求而进行再塑形以配合不同使用者。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种垫体复合结构,具有多个网孔,包括支撑层以及织物层;支撑层包括支撑结构以及聚合物层;聚合物层设置在支撑结构上并设置在网孔中,其中聚合物层的Tm点小于70℃;织物层设置在支撑层上。
在一些实施例中,垫体复合结构还包括局部增强结构,直接设置在支撑层上或织物层上,以及设置在网孔中。在一些实施例中,局部增强结构包括至少两个局部增强单元,彼此隔开一距离。在一些实施例中,局部增强单元具有条状的形状。在一些实施例中,聚合物层在加热超过其Tm点并冷却之后,仍具有Tm点且重复多次具再现性。在一些实施例中,垫体复合结构的萧式硬度在30℃下大于45,且在70℃下小于2。在一些实施例中,聚合物层的材料包括具有链纠缠的聚合物材料。
在一些实施例中,所述支撑层具有缩孔率为50%以下的网孔结构。在一些实施例中,垫体复合结构还包括黏接着层,位于支撑层和织物层间,具有与支撑层的网孔结构一致的网孔结构。在一些实施例中,垫体复合结构还包括通过聚合物层来进行织物层与支撑层的积层。在一些实施例中,垫体复合结构还包括另一织物层,两个织物层设置在支撑层的两面。在一些实施例中,支撑层在室温下具有108Pa以上的杨氏模数。在一些实施例中,聚合物层包括聚酯、聚氨酯、聚醯胺、聚醇的无规共聚物或嵌段共聚物。
本发明实施例提供一种鞋垫,由前述垫体复合结构所构成,包括垫体部以及自垫体部拱起的足弓部。
本发明实施例提供一种护具,由前述垫体复合结构所构成,其中织物层露出一部分的支撑层。在一些实施例中,护具具有圆筒状的形状,且织物层位于护具的内侧。

首先,请参考图1A以及图1B,其中图1A是本发明一些实施例的垫体复合结构1的俯视图,而图1B是垫体复合结构1的剖面图。垫体复合结构1包括织物层100以及支撑层200,其中织物层100设置在支撑层200上。在图1A中,垫体复合结构1具有多个网孔H,从而可具有良好的透气性能。在一些实施例中,所述网孔H可具有菱形的形状。虽然在图1A中的垫体复合结构1绘制为具有条状的形状,但本发明并不以此为限。举例来说,垫体复合结构1亦可根据需求而具有片状的形状。
虽然前述实施例中,垫体复合结构1仅在支撑层200的一侧设置织物层100,但本发明并不以此为限。举例来说,请参考图1C,其显示在本发明另一些实施例中的垫体复合结构2,其中织物层300可设置在支撑层200的另一侧。因此,可进一步满足使用者对柔软性以及舒适性的不同需求。
图2A是织物层100的剖面图,图2B是支撑层200的剖面图,而图2C是织物层300的剖面图。在一些实施例中,织物层100包括中间层102以及设置在中间层102两侧的表面层101以及表面层103。表面层101以及表面层103可具有网孔(例如为菱形的网孔H),中间层102可为包括高分子合成纤维的单丝(mono yarn),并经由编织而形成。表面层101以及表面层103间可具有密网支撑,以避免发生过大的变形,进而可提升织物层100的机械性能并降低织物层100变色的程度。此外,织物层100还可用以直接接触人体,以提供柔软性以及舒适性。此外,在一些实施例中,织物层100可包括具有防水或抗菌的织物材质。织物层300可包括中间层302以及设置在中间层302两侧的表面层301以及表面层303,其结构与材料与织物层100类似,在此不再赘述。
支撑层200主要包括支撑结构202以及设置在支撑结构202两侧的表面层201以及表面层203。在一些实施例中,表面层201、支撑结构202、表面层203可由相同的材料形成。在一些实施例中,支撑结构202可具有网状的结构,并且聚合物层204可涂覆在支撑结构202的表面上。换句话说,在图2B中,从垂直于支撑层200法线的方向观察(从Y方向观察),支撑层200可具有多个孔洞205,而非由聚合物层204完全填充支撑层200的空隙。因此,可增加支撑层200的透气性质。在一些实施例中,支撑结构202可为可挠的材料所形成。
在一些实施例中,支撑层200亦可具有网孔H,且所述网孔的缩孔率为50%以下,例如为40%以下、30%以下、或20%以下。所述缩孔率的定义是:(形成聚合物层204前网孔H的平均直径-形成聚合物层204后网孔H的平均直径)/(形成聚合物层204前网孔H的平均直径)的比值。所以,可进一步提高透气性。
在一些实施例中,聚合物层204的材料可包括聚酯(例如聚己内酯(polycaprolactone,PCL))、聚氨酯(Polyurethane,PU)、聚醯胺(Polyamide,PA)、聚醇等高分子材料的无规共聚物(random copolymer)或嵌段共聚物(block copolymer)。在一些实施例中,聚合物层204的Tm点小于约70℃,从而可由微波炉或者吹风机等低温加热方式使聚合物层204的温度大于其Tm点,以便于一般使用者自行对垫体复合结构1进行加工。在一些实施例中,聚合物层204的Tm点大于约65℃,以确保聚合物层204具有良好的机械性能。在一些实施例中,聚合物层204包括链纠缠(chain entangled)的聚合物材料,以增强其机械性能以及耐冲击性。通过将聚合物层204涂覆在支撑结构202的表面上,可增强垫体复合结构1整体的机械性能。
在一些实施例中,可通过将高分子材料加热以增加加工性,从而涂覆在支撑结构202的表面上的方式来形成聚合物层204(例如通过包括热黏涂布的方式形成聚合物层204,以下简称加热方式),而不需使用低分子量(例如Mw<1000)有机化合物降低黏度,并进行混炼的方式来形成聚合物层204。因此,可避免低分子量的化合物残留在聚合物层204中,以增强聚合物层204的机械性质(例如黏着力、最大应力、硬度等),并可避免残留低分子量化合物在使用时释出,制造环保问题。
表1是在一些实施例中通过直接加热高分子材料所形成聚合物层204后的垫体复合结构1的机械性质,而表2是通过使用低分子化合物的材料混炼(以下简称混炼方式)形成聚合物层204后的垫体复合结构的机械性质的比较例。

具体来说,前述测试中的萧氏硬度(Shore Durometer,D)是由萧氏硬度计(Shorescleroscope),在与垫体复合结构的垂直方向上,使用小重锤对材料表面进行打击试验所测得的硬度。而前述最大应力测试系将具有3公分x 10公分尺寸的垫体复合结构以100mm/min的速率进行拉伸所测得的数值。前述黏着力系在不同温度下,通过将两个具有3公分x10公分尺寸的垫体复合结构以4kg/cm2的压力压合在一起之后,两个垫体复合结构末端分别留下3公分以进行拉伸测试,所测得撕裂时的应力。此外,未将聚合物层204设置在支撑层200上时,织物层100以及支撑层200的最大应力在30℃下为12.09MPa。
由表1以及表2的比较结果,可得知使用加热方式所形成的聚合物层204具有比使用混炼方式所形成的聚合物层204更佳的机械性能。举例来说,表1中的垫体复合结构1的萧式硬度在30℃下大于45,且在70℃下小于2,其黏着力在30℃下大于20MPa,且其最大应力在30℃下大于100MPa。因此,垫体复合结构1可在高温(例如约65℃至约70℃)进行形变,而在低温(例如室温)时固定其形状,并具有良好的黏着力以及耐冲击性。
表3以及表4分别是使用加热方式以及混炼方式所形成的聚合物层204的热性质数据。

前述聚合物层204的热性质是由差示扫描量热法()Differential scanningcalorimetry,DSC)的方式以进行测试。具体来说,首先以20℃/min的速率将样品从30℃升温到300℃,接着在300℃的温度下维持5分钟,之后再以20℃/min的速率将样品从300℃降温到30℃以完成测试。
由表3和表4的结果中可看出,使用加热方式所形成的聚合物层204具有比使用混炼方式所形成的聚合物层204还高的Tm点,由于材料的Tm点与其强度相关,因此亦可得知表3的聚合物层204具有比表4的聚合物层204还强的机械性质。
此外,使用混炼所形成的聚合物层204在经过单次加热(例如超过Tm点)并降温后,其会被所含的低分子量化合物所干扰而不具有链纠缠的结构,而造成失去Tm点,造成其机械强度降低。然而,使用加热方式所形成的聚合物层204在经过加热(例如超过Tm点)并降温后,由于此聚合物层204可具有链纠缠的结构,故仍可维持其结构以及Tm点。举例来说,在加热并冷却超过30次的状况下,聚合物层204仍可维持其机械强度以及Tm点,因此可将垫体复合结构1多次加热变形,以达到重复使用的目的。
在一些实施例中,还可在所述织物层100及/或支撑层200上提供额外的局部增强结构,以进一步增强垫体复合结构的机械性能。举例来说,图3A是本发明一些实施例的垫体复合结构3A的俯视图。在图3A中,垫体复合结构3A上还可具有多个条状的局部增强结构400(局部增强单元)。局部增强结构400可由例如热压合的方式设置到织物层100及/或支撑层200的网孔中。在一些实施例中,局部增强结构400系直接接触织物层100及/或支撑层200。
虽然在图3A中所绘示的局部增强结构400具有条状的形状,但本发明并不以此为限。举例来说,图3B是本发明一些实施例的垫体复合结构3B的俯视图。在图3B中,垫体复合结构3B上还可具有片状的局部增强结构410(局部增强单元)。条状的局部增强结构400可降低材料的使用量,而片状的局部增强结构410可进一步增强垫体复合结构3B的机械强度。
图3C至图3E是在一些实施例中,具有前述局部增强结构400或局部增强结构410的垫体复合结构的剖面图。局部增强结构400或局部增强结构410可设置在靠近织物层100的一侧(图3C)、靠近支撑层200的一侧(图3D)、或者亦可设置在垫体复合结构的两侧(图3E)。应注意的是,局部增强结构400或局部增强结构410系设置在织物层100或支撑层200的网孔中,且并未突出于织物层100或支撑层200。换句话说,局部增强结构400或局部增强结构410可与织物层100或支撑层200共面。
表5、表6、以及表7分别为未设置局部增强结构的垫体复合结构、设置局部增强结构400的垫体复合结构3A、以及设置局部增强结构410的垫体复合结构3B的机械性质的数据。

前述表5至表7的性质是由ASTM D790标准试验方式所测量。和表5中未设置局部增强结构的垫体复合结构相比,设置了局部增强结构400或局部增强结构410之后,垫体复合结构3A或3B的机械性质(如最大力量、最大弯曲应力、弯曲模数、弦线弯曲模数等)可得到加强。因此,可进一步加强垫体复合结构3A或3B的局部强度,以满足各种需求。
在一些实施例中,局部增强结构400或局部增强结构410的材料可包括聚己内酯、聚氨酯等高分子材料。在一些实施例中,局部增强结构400或局部增强结构410的材料可与前述聚合物层204的材料相同,以易于控制垫体复合结构3A或3B的强度。然而,本发明并不以此为限,亦可使用与前述聚合物层204的不同的材料形成局部增强结构400或局部增强结构410,取决于设计需求。
在一些实施例中,可在织物层100与支撑层200、及/或织物层300与支撑层200间设置额外的黏接着层(未绘示),所述黏接着层具有与前述网孔H一致的网孔结构。黏接着层可包括黏着剂、热熔胶等,例如包括聚己内酯、聚氨酯等高分子材料。在一些实施例中,可通过聚合物层204来进行织物层100与支撑层200、及/或织物层300与支撑层200的积层(lamination)。
由于前述垫体复合结构可在低温下加热(例如介于约65℃至约70℃)而进行变形,并在室温(例如约30℃)时具有良好的机械性质,例如具有108以上的杨式模数(Young’smodulus),且还具有可与人体亲和的织物层100,因此可将其制成护具、鞋垫等与人体接触并且一般使用者可根据需求而轻易进行变形的装置。举例来说,图4A是本发明一些实施例的垫体复合结构4的俯视图,而图4B是垫体复合结构4的剖面图。应注意的是,垫体复合结构4的织物层100未覆盖整个支撑层200,而是露出一部份支撑层200的上表面210。因此,可如图4C以及图4D所示,将垫体复合结构4在低温下(例如介于约65℃至约70℃)加热变形成圆筒状的护具(例如可作为石膏的用途),此时上表面210可设置在支撑层200的下表面220上。在降温(如降低至室温)后,上表面210与下表面220可互相贴合,且垫体复合结构4的形状可进行固定。因此,一般使用者可轻易将垫体复合结构4根据各种需求进行变形,以配适于不同的使用者(例如符合不同的人体形状)。此外,垫体复合结构4可重复进行使用以节省成本,且在不使用的时候还可摊平进行储存,可降低所需的储存空间。应注意的是,当将垫体复合结构4以如图4D的方式作为护具(例如头罩、胫骨护具、颈圈护具、护腰带等)时,织物层100系朝向内侧(朝向人体的一侧),且由于垫体复合结构4具有网孔,从而可增加透气性和使用时的舒适感。
在一些实施例中,亦可将前述垫体复合结构制成鞋垫的形状,如图5的鞋垫5。鞋垫5可具有垫体部52以及自垫体部52拱起之足弓部51。由于鞋垫5系使用前述可热变形的垫体复合结构所构成,故可通过低温加热的方式调整足弓部51的形状,以配合各种不同形状的脚掌。此外,由于在室温下所述的垫体复合结构具有良好的机械性能,可提升鞋垫5的耐用性。此外,由于前述垫体复合结构具有网孔,可增加鞋垫5的透气性,以让使用者更加地舒适。
综上所述,本发明提供了垫体复合结构以及使用此垫体复合结构的鞋垫以及护具。应注意的是,本发明并不限于此,由可在低温下加热变形并且可在室温时具有良好机械性能的垫体复合结构,可制成各种需随着使用者需求变形并且在室温使用时具有良好机械性能的产品。
虽然本发明的实施例及其优点已经揭露如上,但应该了解的是,任何所属技术领域中具有通常知识者,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,当可作更动、替代与润饰。此外,本发明之保护范围并未局限于说明书内所述特定实施例中的制程、机器、制造、物质组成、装置、方法及步骤,而任何所属技术领域中具有通常知识者可从本发明公开内容中理解现行或未来所发展出的制程、机器、制造、物质组成、装置、方法及步骤,只要可以在此处所述实施例中实施大抵相同功能或获得大抵相同结果皆可根据本发明使用。因此,本发明的保护范围包括上述制程、机器、制造、物质组成、装置、方法及步骤。另外,每一个申请专利范围构成个别的实施例,且本发明的保护范围也包括各个申请专利范围及实施例的组合。

Claims (16)

1.一种垫体复合结构,其特征在于,具有多个网孔,包括:
一支撑层,以及设置在该支撑层上的一织物层,该织物层包括一表面层,露出于所述垫体复合结构;
所述支撑层包括:一支撑结构,以及一聚合物层;所述聚合物层设置在所述支撑结构上并设置在所述网孔中,其中所述聚合物层的Tm点小于70℃,且所述聚合物层与所述织物层的所述表面层隔开。
2.如权利要求1所述的垫体复合结构,其特征在于,还包括一局部增强结构,直接设置在所述支撑层上或所述织物层上,以及设置在所述网孔中。
3.如权利要求2所述的垫体复合结构,其特征在于,所述局部增强结构包括至少两个局部增强单元,彼此隔开一距离。
4.如权利要求3所述的垫体复合结构,其特征在于,所述局部增强单元具有条状的形状。
5.如权利要求1所述的垫体复合结构,其特征在于,所述聚合物层在加热超过其Tm点并冷却之后,仍具有Tm点且重复多次仍具再现性。
6.如权利要求1所述的垫体复合结构,其特征在于,所述垫体复合结构的萧式硬度在30℃下大于45,且在70℃下小于2。
7.如权利要求1所述的垫体复合结构,其特征在于,所述聚合物层的材料包括具有链纠缠的聚合物材料。
8.如权利要求1所述的垫体复合结构,其特征在于,所述支撑层具有缩孔率为50%以下的网孔结构。
9.如权利要求8所述的垫体复合结构,其特征在于,还包括一黏接着层,位于所述支撑层和所述织物层间,具有与所述支撑层的网孔结构一致的网孔结构。
10.如权利要求9所述的垫体复合结构,其特征在于,还包括通过聚合物层来进行织物层与支撑层的积层。
11.如权利要求8所述的垫体复合结构,其特征在于,还包括另一织物层,两个织物层设置在所述支撑层的两面。
12.如权利要求8所述的垫体复合结构,其特征在于,所述支撑层在室温下具有108Pa以上的杨氏模数。
13.如权利要求8所述的垫体复合结构,其特征在于,所述聚合物层包括聚酯、聚氨酯、聚醯胺、聚醇的无规共聚物或嵌段共聚物。
14.一种鞋垫,其特征在于,由如权利要求1所述的垫体复合结构所构成,包括一垫体部以及自所述垫体部拱起的一足弓部。
15.一种护具,其特征在于,由如权利要求1所述的垫体复合结构所构成,其中所述织物层露出一部分的所述支撑层。
16.如权利要求15所述的护具,其特征在于,所述护具具有圆筒状的形状,且所述织物层位于所述护具的内侧。
