the user management unit is used for receiving registration information of the vehicle and determining a refueling rule and a settlement mode of the vehicle;
the refueling rule comprises a fuel oil number and whether the refueling amount or the amount of money is preset each time;
the settlement mode comprises automatic settlement through a pre-associated payment account, and generation and sending of a payment bill to a user side for settlement.
9. The system of claim 8, wherein:
if the user does not settle in time, the control unit is used for giving the oiling service of the user account before the user completes settlement;
the control unit is used for reminding the user to settle the unsettled payment bill when the user communicates with the video identification reader-writer on the oiling machine next time and the oiling is carried out.
10. The system of claim 6, further comprising an invoicing unit;
the invoice issuing unit is used for receiving an invoice issuing application of a user for one or more refueling settlement;
and the invoice issuing unit is used for generating an electronic invoice according to the one or more refueling settlement amounts and the user reserved invoice issuing information and sending the electronic invoice to the user side.
