The invention discloses an outdoor powder coating for automobiles and a preparation method thereof, relating to the field of automobile coatings; in order to improve the hardness and the wear resistance; the powder coating comprises the following raw materials: 180-220 parts of epoxy resin, 290-350 parts of SJ5# C polyester resin, 7.5-10.5 parts of flatting agent, 11-15 parts of brightening agent, 7.5-10.5 parts of benzoin, 290-350 parts of high-gloss barium and 180-220 parts of pigment; the preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing raw materials; weighing E-12(604) epoxy resin, SJ5# C polyester resin, 6088 flatting agent, 701B brightening agent, benzoin, high-gloss barium, R895 titanium dioxide, ultramarine and 4130 iron oxide red powder according to parts by weight. According to the invention, the high-light barium is added into the raw material composition, so that the hardness after coating can be increased when the automobile paint is used, the wear resistance is improved, and the automobile maintenance frequency is reduced.

Through retrieval, the Chinese patent application No. CN201310205459.0 discloses a powder coating for an automobile finish and a preparation method thereof, and the powder coating comprises, by weight, 3% -5% of hydroxyl acrylic resin, 0.8% -2% of epoxy resin, 12.5% -14.5% of polyether ester, 45% -50% of polyester resin, 0.3% -0.6% of dibutyltin dilaurate, 0.4% -0.6% of benzoin, 2% -2.2% of a leveling agent, 22.5% -25.5% of titanium dioxide and 8% -12% of Epsilon-caprolactam sealed isophorone diisocyanate.

s3: melt extrusion; extruding the mixed raw materials by adopting a double screw, wherein the screw arrangement is standard arrangement, and the extrusion temperature is controlled between 80 and 95 ℃;
s4: cooling and grinding; cooling the extruded raw materials to room temperature, and grinding the raw materials into particles of 30-60 um;
s5: sieving and packaging; and (4) sieving the crushed particles with a 180-mesh sieve, and finally packaging for later use. The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. by adding the high-light barium into the raw material composition, the coated hardness can be increased during use, the wear resistance is improved, the automobile maintenance frequency is reduced, and the fund is saved for a user.
2. By adding benzoin into the raw material composition, the benzoin has the effects of inducing resuscitation and inducing resuscitation, so that the benzoin can purify air in a vehicle and eliminate driving fatigue after being smeared.
3. By adding the pigment agent consisting of titanium dioxide, ultramarine and iron oxide red into the raw material composition, automobiles with various colors can be prepared, and the effect of improving the covering effect is achieved.

From the data shown in tables 1 to 4, it can be seen that the high light barium of the present invention, when used in an amount of 29.8%, has relatively excellent compression resistance, corrosion resistance and wear resistance corresponding to the powder coating while ensuring the flexibility; when the dosage of the high-light barium exceeds 29.8 percent, the pressure resistance, the corrosion resistance and the wear resistance of the powder coating are hardly improved; therefore, the effective dosage of the high-light barium of the invention is preferably 29.8%.

An outdoor powder coating used on an automobile is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 180-220 parts of epoxy resin, 290-350 parts of SJ5# C polyester resin, 7.5-10.5 parts of flatting agent, 11-15 parts of brightening agent, 7.5-10.5 parts of benzoin, 290-350 parts of high-gloss barium and 180-220 parts of pigment.
2. An outdoor powder coating for automobiles according to claim 1, wherein the pigment agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 178-216 parts of titanium dioxide, 1-2 parts of ultramarine and 1-2 parts of iron oxide red.

An outdoor powder coating for automobiles according to claim 1, wherein said raw material composition comprises, in parts by weight: 190-210 parts of epoxy resin, 310-330 parts of SJ5# C polyester resin, 8.5-9.5 parts of a leveling agent, 12-14 parts of a brightening agent, 8.5-9.5 parts of benzoin, 310-330 parts of high-gloss barium and 190-210 parts of a pigment.

An outdoor powder coating for automobiles according to claim 1, wherein said raw material composition comprises, in parts by weight: 200 parts of epoxy resin, 320 parts of SJ5# C polyester resin, 9 parts of a leveling agent, 13 parts of a brightening agent, 9 parts of benzoin, 320 parts of high-gloss barium and 202.7 parts of a pigment agent.
6. The outdoor powder coating for automobiles of claim 5, wherein the pigment agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: titanium dioxide 200 parts, ultramarine 1.5 parts, and iron oxide red 1.2 parts.
7. An outdoor powder coating for automobiles according to any of claims 1-6, wherein said epoxy resin is E-12(604) epoxy resin.
8. An outdoor powder coating for automobiles according to claim 7, wherein the leveling agent is 6088 leveling agent and the brightener is 701B brightener.
9. The outdoor powder coating for automobiles of claim 8, wherein the titanium dioxide is R895 titanium dioxide and the iron oxide red is 4130 iron oxide red powder.
10. A preparation method of an outdoor powder coating for automobiles sequentially comprises the following steps:
s1: preparing raw materials; weighing E-12(604) epoxy resin, SJ5# C polyester resin, 6088 flatting agent, 701B brightening agent, benzoin, high-gloss barium, R895 titanium dioxide, ultramarine and 4130 iron oxide red powder according to parts by weight;
s2: premixing; placing the prepared raw materials in a high-speed mixer, and mixing for 2-5 min;
