The supporting platform is a structure which is arranged on the top of the vehicle and used for fixing the radar and the protective cover. In this embodiment, it is a flat plate structure.
Specifically, the support structure includes: the first support 10 is at least partially of a strip-shaped structure, the strip-shaped structure extends along a third direction, and the first support 10 is connected with the first cover body 1 so as to install the first cover body 1 on the supporting platform through the first support 10; the second bracket 20, the second bracket 20 is connected with the second cover 2, so that the second cover 2 is mounted on the supporting platform through the second bracket 20; wherein the first bracket 10 and the second bracket 20 are located at opposite sides of the visual inspection device mounting hole 12.
The second bracket 20 is a bracket shaped like a Chinese character 'ji', the top of the bracket shaped like a Chinese character 'ji' is connected with the second cover body 2, and two bottom ends of the bracket shaped like a Chinese character 'ji' are used for being connected with the supporting platform.
Specifically, the support structure includes: the third support 30, the third support 30 includes a first horizontal support section, the first horizontal support section extends along a third direction, the first horizontal support section is located below a connection position of the first cover body 1 and the second cover body 2, and the first cover body 1 and/or the second cover body 2 contact the first horizontal support section so as to support the first cover body 1 and the second cover body 2 through the third support 30; a fourth bracket 40, wherein the fourth bracket 40 is positioned on one side of the third bracket 30 close to the visual detection device mounting hole 12, and the fourth bracket 40 is connected with the third bracket 30 so as to support one side of the third bracket 30 close to the visual detection device mounting hole 12 through the fourth bracket 40; the fourth support 40 includes a second horizontal support section, the second horizontal support section extends along the first direction and the second direction, and the first cover 1 and/or the second cover 2 are connected to the second horizontal support section so as to support the first cover 1 and/or the second cover 2 through the second horizontal support section; the number of the third brackets 30 and the number of the fourth brackets 40 are two, the two third brackets 30 are disposed on two opposite sides of the visual inspection device mounting hole 12, and the two fourth brackets 40 are disposed on two opposite sides of the visual inspection device mounting hole 12.
The first cover 1 and/or the second cover 2 are connected to the first horizontal support section. The support structure further comprises two groups of fifth supports 50, each group of fifth supports 50 comprises a plurality of fifth supports 50, the fifth supports 50 are arranged at intervals along the first direction and the second direction, and the fifth supports 50 are connected with the third cover body 3 or the fourth cover body 4 in a one-to-one correspondence mode to support the third cover body 3 or the fourth cover body 4 through the fifth supports 50.
Specifically, the first cover body 1, the second cover body 2, the third cover body 3, the fourth cover body 4, the fifth cover body 5 and the sixth cover body 6 have a predetermined rockwell hardness range, a predetermined tensile strength range and a predetermined tensile modulus range; wherein the predetermined Rockwell hardness range is 50HRB to 112HRB, the predetermined tensile strength range is 84MPa to 140MPa, and the predetermined tensile modulus range is 6.3GPa to 14 GPa. Preferably, the first cover body 1, the second cover body 2, the third cover body 3, the fourth cover body 4, the fifth cover body 5 and the sixth cover body 6 are all made of glass fiber reinforced plastic.

the protective cover is used for being arranged at the top of a vehicle and comprises a first cover body 1 and a second cover body 2 which are spliced with each other; a first radar mounting hole 11 is formed in one side, away from the second cover body 2, of the first cover body 1, and the first radar mounting hole 11 is arranged towards the first direction; the first cover body 1 is also provided with a first open slot; a second radar mounting hole 21 is formed in one side, away from the first cover body 1, of the second cover body 2, the second radar mounting hole 21 is arranged towards the second direction, and a second groove is formed in the second cover body 2; wherein the first direction and the second direction are opposite directions; the first slot is spliced with the second slot to form a visual inspection device mounting hole 12 for mounting a visual inspection device. When the protection casing uses, with first cover body 1 and the concatenation of second cover body 2, at the first cover body 1 and the second cover body 2 in-process that is close to relatively, partly wearing out to the outside of first cover body 1 through first radar mounting hole 11 of first radar, partly wearing out to the outside of second cover body 2 through second radar mounting hole 21 of second radar, partly wearing out to the outside of protection casing through visual detection device mounting hole 12 of visual detection device. In this way, the first radar, the second radar and the visual detection device can be protected without disassembling the first radar, the second radar and the visual detection device, the installation is convenient, and the problem of inconvenience in installation of the protective cover in the prior art is solved; and the installation accuracy of the first radar, the second radar and the visual detection device can be ensured, and the accuracy of data acquisition is improved.

Claims (16)

1. A protective hood, characterized in that it is intended to be mounted on the roof of a vehicle, said hood comprising a first hood body (1) and a second hood body (2) which are spliced to each other;
a first radar mounting hole (11) is formed in one side, away from the second cover body (2), of the first cover body (1), and the first radar mounting hole (11) is arranged towards a first direction; the first cover body (1) is also provided with a first open slot;
a second radar mounting hole (21) is formed in one side, away from the first cover body (1), of the second cover body (2), the second radar mounting hole (21) is arranged towards a second direction, and a second groove is formed in the second cover body (2);
wherein the first direction and the second direction are opposite directions; the first slot and the second slot are spliced to form a visual detection device mounting hole (12) for mounting a visual detection device;
the protective cover comprises a third cover body (3) and a fourth cover body (4), the third cover body (3) and the fourth cover body (4) are arranged at intervals along a third direction, and the third direction is perpendicular to both the first direction and the second direction; the first cover body (1) and the second cover body (2) are both positioned between the third cover body (3) and the fourth cover body (4); the third cover body (3) is spliced with the first cover body (1) and the second cover body (2), and the fourth cover body (4) is spliced with the first cover body (1) and the second cover body (2); wherein a third radar mounting hole (31) is formed in the third cover body (3); and a fourth radar mounting hole (41) is formed in the fourth cover body (4).
2. Protective hood according to claim 1, characterized in that the first hood body (1) is provided with a first cut surface (13) for avoiding the field of view of a first radar; the number of the first tangent planes (13) is multiple, and the first tangent planes (13) are arranged around the first radar mounting hole (11); and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
a second tangent plane (22) for avoiding the view field of a second radar is arranged on the second cover body (2); the number of the second tangent planes (22) is multiple, and the second tangent planes (22) are arranged around the second radar mounting hole (21).

Protective hood according to claim 2, characterized in that a recess (14) is provided in the first hood (1), said recess (14) being located on the side of the first radar mounting hole (11) facing away from the second hood (2) to avoid the field of view of the first radar through said recess (14).

Protective cover according to claim 1, wherein a first flange is provided on the first cover (1) along the edge of the first slot, and a second flange is provided on the second cover (2) along the edge of the second slot, the first flange and the second flange being joined to form a first annular flange (15); the bore diameter of the inner bore of the first annular flange (15) tapers in a direction away from the main body portion of the shield.

Protective cover according to claim 6, characterized in that a third slot is provided on the first protrusion (33) and a fourth slot is provided on the second protrusion (43); the shield comprises a fifth shield (5) spliced to the first tab (33) and a sixth shield (6) spliced to the second tab (43); a fifth slot is formed in the fifth cover body (5), and the third slot and the fifth slot are spliced to form a first GPS antenna mounting hole (34); and a sixth groove is formed in the sixth cover body (6), and the fourth groove and the sixth groove are spliced to form a second GPS antenna mounting hole (44).
8. The shield of claim 7, wherein the shield has a first recess (35) and a second recess (45), the first GPS antenna mounting hole (34) extending to the first recess (35), and the second GPS antenna mounting hole (44) extending to the second recess (45).

The shield according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the first shield (1) is provided with a first boss (17), the first boss (17) being provided protruding towards a side of the first shield (1) remote from the vehicle, the first slot being provided on the first boss (17); the second cover body (2) is provided with a second protruding portion (23), the second protruding portion (23) faces the second cover body (2) and is far away from one side of the vehicle in a protruding mode, and the second groove is formed in the second protruding portion (23).

The hood according to any of claims 6 to 8, wherein the edge of the side of the hood close to the vehicle matches the shape of the roof of the vehicle; one side of the third cover body (3) close to the vehicle and one side of the fourth cover body (4) close to the vehicle are both arc-shaped structures.

The shield of any one of claims 1 to 8 including a mounting structure provided on a side of the shield adjacent the vehicle, the mounting structure being connected to the shield for securing the shield to the vehicle by connecting the mounting structure to a support platform mounted on the vehicle.
12. The shield of claim 11, wherein the mounting structure comprises:
the first bracket (10), at least part of the first bracket (10) is a strip-shaped structure, the strip-shaped structure extends along a third direction, and the first bracket (10) is connected with the first cover body (1) so as to mount the first cover body (1) on the supporting platform through the first bracket (10);
a second bracket (20), wherein the second bracket (20) is connected with the second cover body (2) so as to install the second cover body (2) on the supporting platform through the second bracket (20);
wherein the first bracket (10) and the second bracket (20) are located on opposite sides of the visual inspection device mounting hole (12).
13. The shield of claim 12, wherein the mounting structure comprises:
the third support (30) comprises a first horizontal support section, the first horizontal support section extends along a third direction, the first horizontal support section is positioned below the connection position of the first cover body (1) and the second cover body (2), and the first cover body (1) and/or the second cover body (2) are/is in contact with the first horizontal support section so as to support the first cover body (1) and the second cover body (2) through the third support (30);
a fourth bracket (40), wherein the fourth bracket (40) is positioned on one side of the third bracket (30) close to the visual inspection device mounting hole (12), and the fourth bracket (40) is connected with the third bracket (30) so as to support one side of the third bracket (30) close to the visual inspection device mounting hole (12) through the fourth bracket (40); the fourth support (40) comprises a second horizontal support section, the second horizontal support section extends along a first direction and a second direction, and the first cover body (1) and/or the second cover body (2) are connected with the second horizontal support section so as to support the first cover body (1) and/or the second cover body (2) through the second horizontal support section;
the number of the third supports (30) and the number of the fourth supports (40) are two, the two third supports (30) are arranged on two opposite sides of the visual inspection device mounting hole (12), and the two fourth supports (40) are arranged on two opposite sides of the visual inspection device mounting hole (12).

Protective hood according to claim 7, characterized in that said first hood (1), said second hood (2), said third hood (3), said fourth hood (4), said fifth hood (5), said sixth hood (6) have a predetermined Rockwell hardness range, a predetermined tensile strength range, a predetermined tensile modulus range; wherein the predetermined Rockwell hardness is in the range of 50HRB to 112HRB, the predetermined tensile strength is in the range of 84MPa to 140MPa, and the predetermined tensile modulus is in the range of 6.3GPa to 14 GPa.
15. A vehicle, characterized in that the roof of the vehicle is fitted with a protective hood according to any one of claims 1 to 14.
16. The vehicle of claim 15, comprising a cushion disposed between the protective hood and a support platform of the vehicle roof.
