Abstract

本发明公开了一种便于贮运的盆栽调节剂,所述该调节剂分为粉剂型和液剂型两种规格;所述粉剂型调节剂含:有壳聚糖10份、载体75份、吲哚丁酸3份、香豆素2份、6‑BA含量1‑3份、水4‑6份、丁酰肼3份和表面活性剂,最终总量为100份。本发明还提出一种便于贮运的盆栽调节剂的制备方法,包括粉剂型调节剂的制备方法和液剂型调节剂的制备方法。本发明提出的便于贮运的盆栽调节剂,其中添加了吲哚丁酸,促进植物生根,并抑制新梢生长,同时添加了6‑BA,具有抑制植物叶内叶绿素、核酸、蛋白质分解,保绿防老,使盆栽植物长途贮存后颜色鲜艳,添加了香豆素天然抑制剂,可以使植物在运输过程中休眠,降低新陈代谢速度,最大的程度减少低温、底光照对植物的伤害。

一种便于贮运的盆栽调节剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及植物调节剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种便于贮运的盆栽调节剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
盆栽定义是指栽在盆里的,有生命的植物总称;盆栽必须是活体植物。大部分盆栽植物需长途运输,在采后贮运过程中,光照强度、温度和湿度等常与正常的生长环境条件有差异而引起其观赏价值降低,具体表现为:叶片黄化和脱落,新梢过度生长,花蕾和花朵脱落,花蕾不开放等。
正确的处理措施为:栽培者采前对植株进行适当处理通常在贮运前1-5周减少光照、控制灌水、少施或停止施肥、降低温度等,以调节植物内的生理状况,使之适应运输期间及出售后室内环境状况,减轻采后环境变化造成的损失在采后的整个环节中尽量能保持盆花最低的生理活动。
以上做法无疑是最科学的,但是我们需要考虑人工成本和盆栽植物的价值,因此价格较低的盆栽植物,往往在只是在采后发货前添加一下营养液,并不能应对运输环境,导致很多盆栽在运输过程中损伤较大。
因此我们研发一种针对于贮运的盆栽植物调节剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种便于贮运的盆栽调节剂及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种便于贮运的盆栽调节剂,所述该调节剂分为粉剂型和液剂型两种规格;所述粉剂型调节剂含:有壳聚糖10份、载体75份、吲哚丁酸 3份、香豆素2份、6-BA含量1-3份、水4-6份、丁酰肼3份和表面活性剂,最终总量为100份;所述液剂型调节剂含有:壳聚糖15-20份、聚谷氨酸1份、6-BA含量1-3份、香豆素2份、稳定剂2份、吲哚丁酸 3份、丁酰肼3份、工业酒精25-30份以及余量的水;最终总量为100份。
优选地,所述表面活性剂包含山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯、蔗糖脂肪酸酯和木皂素中的一种或多种,所述稳定剂的成分为柠檬酸50%、海藻酸钠20%、六偏磷酸钠30%。
优选地,所述载体是由腐叶土粉末10%、砻糠灰20%、淀粉30%、40%玉米粉末组成。
本发明还提出一种便于贮运的盆栽调节剂的制备方法,所述粉剂型调节剂的制备方法为:
S1、配制载体:将腐叶土采用粉碎机粉碎后晒干,与砻糠灰、淀粉、玉米粉末按照规定的比例混合,过200目筛,得到混合粉末;
S2、配制混合液:将壳聚糖、吲哚丁酸、香豆素、6-BA、丁酰肼和水放入反应釜进行搅拌反应,反应釜加热至90℃保温1-2小时,自然冷却得到混合液;
S3、配置粉剂泥:将混合粉末加入搅拌机,并加入配置好的混合液,加入适量的表面活性剂,搅拌3-5小时,得到混合原料泥;
S4、制作粉剂:将混合原料泥放入颗粒制粒机加工,成型干燥后,制作调节剂粉剂。
优选地,所述液剂型调节剂的制备方法为:
S1、制作混合原料:将壳聚糖、聚谷氨酸、6-BA、香豆素、吲哚丁酸、丁酰肼和水加入反应釜反应,并加热至60℃,搅拌均匀,反应3-5小时;
S2、兑入稳定剂:将步骤S1得到的混合原料冷却至室温,兑入稳定剂,搅拌均匀静置30-40min;
S3、制备成品调节剂:将S2制备好的混合液冷却至10摄氏度,按照规定的比例兑入工业酒精,得到成品液剂型调节剂。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、在粉剂调节剂制作的过程中,不同的工艺步骤和工艺参数,将不同量的原料进行一定温度的混合反应,将反应后的混合物加入其他原料并进行一定时间的搅拌,使得各个原料的使用能达到协同增效的效果,使混合剂更具有更好的效果。
2、本发明提出的便于贮运的盆栽调节剂,其中添加了壳聚糖,壳聚糖能引起植物的生理效应,可提高作物的叶绿素含量,提高植物中的贮藏蛋白含量,对作物碳、氮代谢具有一定生调节功能,满足长途运输贮存是植物的消耗。
3、本发明提出的便于贮运的盆栽调节剂,其中添加了吲哚丁酸,促进植物生根,并抑制新梢生长,同时添加了6-BA,具有抑制植物叶内叶绿素、核酸、蛋白质分解,保绿防老,使盆栽植物长途贮存后颜色鲜艳,添加了香豆素天然抑制剂,可以使植物在运输过程中休眠,减新陈代谢,最大的程度减少低温、底光照对植物的影响。
具体实施方式

粉剂型实施例:
实施例1

S2、兑入稳定剂:将步骤S1得到的混合原料冷却至室温,兑入稳定剂,搅拌均匀静置30min;
S3、制备成品调节剂:将S2制备好的混合液冷却至10摄氏度,按照规定的比例兑入工业酒精,得到成品液剂型调节剂。

壳聚糖20份、聚谷氨酸1份、6-BA含量3份、香豆素2份、稳定剂2份、吲哚丁酸 3份、丁酰肼3份、工业酒精30份以及余量的水;最终总量为100份。
S1、制作混合原料:将壳聚糖、聚谷氨酸、6-BA、香豆素、吲哚丁酸、丁酰肼和水加入反应釜反应,并加热至60℃,搅拌均匀,反应5小时;
S2、兑入稳定剂:将步骤S1得到的混合原料冷却至室温,兑入稳定剂,搅拌均匀静置40min;
S3、制备成品调节剂:将S2制备好的混合液冷却至10摄氏度,按照规定的比例兑入工业酒精,得到成品液剂型调节剂。
二、检测部分
调节剂选材:选取本发明实施例中提出的粉剂型调节剂(a和b)以及液剂型调节剂(c和d)四种调节剂;
a为实施例1,b为实施例2,c为实施例3,d为实施例4,e为粉剂调节剂未经过工艺步骤和工艺参数,f为液体调节剂未经过工艺步骤和工艺参数,g、h为不施加调节剂
实验盆栽:处于花苞初期的杜鹃花(夏娟)800盆;
实验过程:将800盆杜鹃花施加同一种营养液,将每100盆杜鹃花分别施加一种调节剂,剩余200盆不施加调节剂,并放置在室内,24小时后将实验盆栽放置在密封的空气不流通的黑暗室内,保持室温13±3℃静置48h,48小时候取出置于弱光室外24小时后加有本发明提出的调节剂的盆栽,我们施加唤醒调节剂(激动素为主要成分)进行唤醒,观察盆栽情况,以及后续开花情况作出以下记录。

由上述记录数据得出,粉剂调节剂中实施例1所制得的调节剂的效果更好,液体调节剂中实施例4所制得的调节剂的效果更好,所以可以看出,通过不同时间的反应,搅拌可以是的调节剂原料的添加产生更好的协同增效的效果,提高调节剂的效果,
本发明提出的调节剂对于能使盆栽植被在贮运期间休眠,延缓发育,使其新陈代谢变慢,防止弱光和低温对盆栽植被的伤害,能大幅度增加贮运后植物的成活率,最大程度减少贮运期间植被的伤害,同时减少盆栽者的体力劳动,提高收入。

所述液剂型调节剂含有:壳聚糖15-20份、聚谷氨酸1份、6-BA含量1-3份、香豆素2份、稳定剂2份、吲哚丁酸 3份、丁酰肼3份、工业酒精25-30份以及余量的水;最终总量为100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于贮运的盆栽调节剂,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂包含山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯、蔗糖脂肪酸酯和木皂素中的一种或多种,所述稳定剂的成分为柠檬酸50%、海藻酸钠20%、六偏磷酸钠30%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于贮运的盆栽调节剂及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述载体是由腐叶土粉末10%、砻糠灰20%、淀粉30%、40%玉米粉末组成。
