技术领域
本发明涉及农产品种植技术领域,具体涉及一种构树植物活性剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
构树别名褚桃等,为落叶乔木,高10~20m,树皮暗灰色,小枝密生柔毛。树冠张开,卵形至广卵形,树皮平滑,浅灰色或灰褐色,不易裂,全株含乳汁,为强阳性树种,适应性特强,抗逆性强。构树外貌虽较粗野,但枝叶茂密且有抗性、生长快、繁殖容易等许多优点,果实酸甜,可食用,是城乡绿化的重要树种,尤其适合用作矿区及荒山坡地绿化,亦可选做庭荫树及防护林用,为抗有毒气体强的树种,可在大气污染严重地区栽植。
构树种植通常是前期用种子或扦插育苗,待其长成幼苗后,将树苗移栽进行定植。当采用扦插育苗时,由于扦插时使用的枝条均事先经过裁剪,其吸水吸肥能力均大幅度减弱,在扦插后很难直接吸收土壤中的有益物质,从而容易萎死,影响构树的生长培育。
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种构树扦插后使用的植物活性剂,以解决现有技术的构树扦插后吸水能力弱的缺陷。
一种构树植物活性剂,原料由油菜素内酯、茉莉酸甲酯和水杨酸组成,所述原料的重量份数为:油菜素内酯5~15份、茉莉酸甲酯50~100份和水杨酸10~20份。
本发明的构树植物活性剂,仅有上述三种植物调节剂组成,其一油菜素内酯,油菜素内酯2α、3α、22R、23R四羟基24S-甲基-β-高-7-氧杂-5α-胆甾烷-6-酮),是当前公认为活性极高、功能最全的植物内源生长调节剂,它能提高植物自身免疫功能,而且可促进植株根系发达,吸收肥料和水分的能力强;它可提高植物的叶绿素含量,增强植物吸收二氧化碳和光能的能力,提高光合作用效率。更为独特的是天然芸苔素能在植株生长的全过程中,有效的调节植物均衡生长。为独特的是天然芸苔素能在植株生长的全过程中,有效的调节植物均衡生长。
其二水杨酸具有诱导合成抗病毒蛋白、合成抗毒素、诱导气孔关闭、诱导开化的效果,能促进种子萌发、促进NP的吸收、有机物的运输和光合作用。抑制Rebiosco生物合成,抑制伤信号的传递的效果。
其三茉莉酸甲酯具有促进植物呼吸、气孔关闭、叶子平展、叶绿素降解、果皮和叶片的衰老的作用。具有诱导生物碱合成、PLA活性、叶子储存蛋白质、功能不明的叶片保护、植物抗毒素合成、叶蛋白的抑制Ⅰ+Ⅱ、微管分裂、卷须盘绕、块茎形成的作用。控制胚胎生殖、花粉种子萌芽、正常细胞蛋白质的转移、核酮糖二磷酸化酶-加氧酶的合成、正常细胞蛋白质的复制、花芽分化、色素形成以及光合作用的作用。
本发明的构树植物活性剂,是以茉莉酸甲酯为主要原料加入水杨酸和油菜素内酯精制而成的复配制剂,单用任何一种生长调节剂或者添加除了这三个物质以外的成分,其效果都无法与之相比;该配备的活性剂能有效激活根系的生长基因,促进根系生长,增强根系吸收水、肥的能力,避免移栽后萎死;同时还可以优化植物自身的抗病、抗逆基因,增强光合作用效率,使叶片叶绿素含量增加,叶片变厚、叶色浓绿,进而促进植物蛋白质、脂肪、糖份、维生素、矿物质等营养物质的合成、吸收、积沉,增加干物质含量,大大提高构树的存活率及营养价值。
优选的,所述原料的重量份数为:油菜素内酯5份、茉莉酸甲酯50份和水杨酸10份。
优选的,所述原料的重量份数为:油菜素内酯10份、茉莉酸甲酯85份和水杨酸15份。
优选的,所述原料的重量份数为:油菜素内酯15份、茉莉酸甲酯100份和水杨酸20份。
优选的,油菜素内酯为天然的油菜素内酯。
构树植物活性剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将茉莉酸甲酯用乙醇溶解,制得茉莉酸甲酯溶液;之后向茉莉酸甲酯溶液中加入油菜素内酯和水杨酸,搅拌,混合均匀乳化后得到构树植物活性剂。
进一步,本发明的构树植物活性剂,将茉莉酸甲酯溶解到乙醇中,形成溶液,之后再将油菜素内酯和水杨酸放入溶液中搅拌混匀,最后乳化使乙醇挥发之后获得构树植物活性剂。
在使用的时候,每亩只需要60g构树植物活性剂,移栽定根时10g兑水30~50㎏即可,当叶面喷施时10g兑水15~20㎏;每隔10天施用1次。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式进一步详细说明:
实施例1,构树植物活性剂的制备方法,准备油菜素内酯5份、茉莉酸甲酯50份和水杨酸10份,将茉莉酸甲酯用乙醇溶解,制得茉莉酸甲酯溶液;之后向茉莉酸甲酯溶液中加入油菜素内酯和水杨酸,搅拌,混合均匀乳化后得到构树植物活性剂。
实施例2,构树植物活性剂的制备方法,准备油菜素内酯10份、茉莉酸甲酯85份和水杨酸15份,将茉莉酸甲酯用乙醇溶解,制得茉莉酸甲酯溶液;之后向茉莉酸甲酯溶液中加入油菜素内酯和水杨酸,搅拌,混合均匀乳化后得到构树植物活性剂。
实施例3,构树植物活性剂的制备方法,准备油菜素内酯15份、茉莉酸甲酯100份和水杨酸20份,将茉莉酸甲酯用乙醇溶解,制得茉莉酸甲酯溶液;之后向茉莉酸甲酯溶液中加入油菜素内酯和水杨酸,搅拌,混合均匀乳化后得到构树植物活性剂。
对比例1与本发明的区别是仅有油菜素内酯。
对比例2与本发明的区别是仅有茉莉酸甲酯。
对比例3与本发明的区别是仅有水杨酸。
对比例4与实施例1的区别是加有生根粉。
对比例5与实施例1的区别是加有吲哚乙酸。
对比例6与实施例1的区别是加有生长素。
对比例7与实施例1的区别是加有赤霉素。
对比例8与实施例1的区别是加有脱落酸。
将本发明实施例1~实施例3的活性剂与对比例1~8的物质作用在移栽后的构树上,经过一段时间的培养,与什么都不施的对比,对一亩地上的构树苗的存活率检测如下。

本发明的构树活性剂,参看实施例1~3,其存活率都在98%以上,远远高于现有技术不做处理时的75%,在参看对比例1~8,无论是减少本发明的原料还是在本发明原料的基础上添加其他原料,其存活率都只为80~10%之间,都低于本发明的实施例,因此本发明的三组原料经科学配比后更能满足构树生长的需求。

1.一种构树植物活性剂,其特征在于,原料由油菜素内酯、茉莉酸甲酯和水杨酸组成,所述原料的重量份数为:油菜素内酯5~15份、茉莉酸甲酯50~100份和水杨酸10~20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的构树植物活性剂,其特征在于:所述原料的重量份数为:油菜素内酯5份、茉莉酸甲酯50份和水杨酸10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的构树植物活性剂,其特征在于:所述原料的重量份数为:油菜素内酯10份、茉莉酸甲酯85份和水杨酸15份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的构树植物活性剂,其特征在于:所述原料的重量份数为:油菜素内酯15份、茉莉酸甲酯100份和水杨酸20份。
5.根据权利要求1~4任一所述的构树植物活性剂,其特征在于:油菜素内酯为天然的油菜素内酯。
6.根据权利要求5所述的构树植物活性剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:将茉莉酸甲酯用乙醇溶解,制得茉莉酸甲酯溶液;之后向茉莉酸甲酯溶液中加入油菜素内酯和水杨酸,搅拌,混合均匀得到构树植物活性剂。
