For each user attribute tag of the target user, comparing the user attribute weight of the user attribute tag with the activity attribute weight of the same user attribute tag of the target item; if the user attribute weight is greater than or equal to the activity attribute weight, the score of the user attribute tag of the target user is equal to the activity attribute score of the user attribute tag corresponding to the target item; if the user attribute weight is smaller than the activity attribute weight, the score of the user attribute label of the target user is: the user attribute tag corresponds to the activity attribute score of the target item x the user attribute weight +.. The preset operation rule may be set by a technician according to actual experience, and the embodiment is not specifically limited herein. For example, the result of multiplying the percentage of the number of owners of each user attribute tag of an activity item to the total number of first users by 100 is taken as the activity attribute weight of that user attribute tag, and so on.
In this embodiment, before determining the potential user group of the activity item according to the matching degree score of each user and the activity item, the method further includes: calculating the loyalty score of each user on the activity item according to the loyalty prediction model and the historical consumption behavior information of each user; and/or calculating the repurchase period of each user corresponding to the activity item according to the repurchase period prediction model and the historical consumption behavior information of each user; and calculating the repurchase period score of each user corresponding to the activity item according to the activity time of the activity item and the repurchase period of each user corresponding to the activity item.
The value range of the loyalty score is as follows: [0.1,1]. The loyalty prediction model may be set by a technician according to actual experience, or the loyalty prediction model may be implemented by any model in the prior art for calculating the loyalty of the user to a certain activity item (for example, a brand or commodity category corresponding to the activity item) according to the historical consumption behavior information of the user, which is not specifically limited herein.
The repurchase period prediction model may be set by a technician according to actual experience, or the repurchase period prediction model may be implemented by any one of the models in the prior art for calculating the repurchase period of a user for an activity item (for example, a brand or commodity category corresponding to the activity item) according to the historical consumption behavior information of the user, and the embodiment is not specifically limited herein.
Optionally, the repurchase period score of the user corresponding to the activity item is calculated according to the relationship between the end time of the repurchase period of the user corresponding to the activity item and the activity time of the activity item. For example, if the end time of the user's repurchase period corresponding to the activity item is within the activity time of the activity item, the repurchase period score of the activity item is set to a first preset score (e.g., 1 score); if the end time of the repurchase period of the activity item corresponding to the user is not within the activity time of the activity item and the interval time between the end time and the activity time of the activity item is smaller than the first preset duration (for example, 1 month), setting the repurchase period score of the activity item to be a second preset score (for example, 1 minute); if the interval time between the end time of the repurchase period of the activity item corresponding to the user and the activity time of the activity item is greater than or equal to a first preset duration (for example, 1 month) and less than a second preset duration (for example, 2 months), setting the repurchase period score of the activity item to be a second preset score (for example, 0.8 score); if the interval time between the end time of the repurchase period of the activity item corresponding to the user and the activity time of the activity item is greater than or equal to the second preset duration (for example, 2 months) and less than the third preset duration (for example, 3 months), setting the repurchase period score of the activity item to be a third preset score (for example, 0.6 score); if the interval between the end time of the repurchase period of the activity item corresponding to the user and the activity time of the activity item is greater than or equal to a third preset duration (e.g., 3 months), the repurchase period score of the activity item is set to a fourth preset score (e.g., 0.4 score).
The first preset time length, the first preset score, the second preset time length, the third preset score and the fourth preset score can be set by a technician according to actual experience, and the embodiment is not particularly limited herein.
Accordingly, according to the matching degree score of each user and the activity item, the potential user group of the activity item is determined, and the method can be realized in the following way: calculating the comprehensive interest score of each user on the activity item according to the loyalty score of each user on the activity item and/or the repurchase period score of each user corresponding to the activity item and the matching degree score of each user and the activity item; and determining the potential user group of the activity item according to the comprehensive interest score and the number of the released users of the activity item.
For example, the user's composite interest score for an activity item may be the product of the user's matching score for the activity item and the user's loyalty score for the activity item; alternatively, the user's composite interest score for an activity item may be the product of the user's matching score for the activity item and the user's repurchase period score for the activity item; alternatively, the user's composite interest score for an activity item may be the product of the user's matching score for the activity item and the user's loyalty score for the activity item and the repurchase period score.
For example, table 1 provides an exemplary set of data for a target user and a target item.

In this embodiment, if the order meets the preset delivery rule of only one activity item, the generated associated delivery information of the order is used to associate the order with the to-be-delivered information of the activity item that the order meets.
If the order meets the preset delivery rules of a plurality of activity items, one possible implementation of this step is:

Optionally, the information to be delivered of the activity item may include a picture and/or text, such as a two-dimensional code picture. The two-dimensional code may be a fixed two-dimensional code or a non-fixed two-dimensional code. That is, the fixed two-dimensional code means that the obtained information of different scanned two-dimensional codes is the same; the unfixed two-dimensional code means that when different users scan the two-dimensional code, a viewing instruction is sent to the server, and the server can display different information to different users according to the identification of the user scanning the two-dimensional code.
In step S204, the order processing device provides the order information and the associated delivery information of the order to the delivery device, so that the delivery device delivers the information to be delivered associated with the order to the logistics surface order of the order.

According to the embodiment of the invention, the matching degree score of each user and the activity item is calculated according to the historical consumption behavior information and the user attribute information of each user and the activity attribute information of the activity item; determining a potential user group of the activity item according to the matching degree score of each user and the activity item; when information is put in, if a submitting user of an order belongs to a potential user group of an activity item, the fact that the matching degree of the user and the activity item is high is indicated, and information to be put in of the activity item can be put in the logistics face sheets of the order of the user with the high matching degree with the activity item; meanwhile, the order to be put can be filtered according to the specified putting rules such as the receiving address, and the information is put on the order which accords with the specified putting rules, so that the information is put more accurately.

Fig. 6 is an interaction flow chart of an information delivery method according to a third embodiment of the present invention. On the basis of the second embodiment, in this embodiment, the interaction flow of the multiple devices involved in the information delivery process is described as an example, the interaction flow shown in fig. 6 is only one possible implementation, and other embodiments may also be used in other embodiments, where this embodiment is not limited specifically.
As shown in fig. 6, the information delivery method includes the following steps:
step S301, a cloud server stores preset release rules and information to be released of an activity item in advance;

Example IV
Fig. 7 is a flowchart of an information delivery method according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. Aiming at the problems that the existing method for throwing information on express packages can only throw fixed throwing information, cannot accurately and individually throw information for different users and different throwing information and is poor in information throwing effect, the embodiment of the invention provides an information throwing method.
The method in this embodiment is applied to a delivery device, which may be a terminal device capable of communicating with a printer for printing a logistics sheet of an order and controlling the printer to perform a printing operation.
As shown in fig. 7, the method specifically comprises the following steps:
in step S401, the release device acquires order information of an order to be processed and associated release information, where the associated release information is used to associate the order with the information to be released of the activity item.
The order processing equipment determines whether the order meets the preset release rule of the activity item according to the order information of the order to be processed; if the order meets the preset release rule of the activity item, generating the associated release information of the order, and providing the associated release information of the order and the order information of the order to release equipment corresponding to the order.
In this embodiment, the delivery device corresponding to the order can communicate with the printer for printing the logistics face order of the order, and can control the printer to perform printing operation.
Optionally, after generating the associated release information of the order, the order processing device may directly send the associated release information of the order to the release device corresponding to the order together with the order information of the order. The delivery device may receive order information and associated delivery information sent by the order processing device.
Optionally, after generating the associated release information of the order, the order processing device may store the associated release information of the order and the order information in the cloud server. The delivery device can acquire order information and associated delivery information of the order from the cloud server.
For example, the delivery device may download order information and associated delivery information for the order from the cloud server and store it locally.
Step S402, the throwing device judges whether the information to be thrown of the activity item is thrown according to the activity item corresponding to the associated throwing information of the order.
Alternatively, the associated placement information for the order may include an activity item identification associated with the order, or a storage address for placement information associated with the order, or a download link for placement information associated with the order, and so forth.
In this step, if the information to be delivered of the activity item is not delivered according to the determination result, step S403 is executed.
If the information to be delivered of the activity item has been delivered, step S404 is performed. In this embodiment, the delivery device first determines whether to-be-delivered information of an activity item corresponding to associated delivery information of an order is locally stored; if the information to be released of the activity item corresponding to the associated release information of the order is stored locally, the information to be released associated with the order is obtained locally according to the associated release information of the order. If the information to be released of the activity item corresponding to the associated release information of the order is not stored locally, the information to be released of the activity item corresponding to the associated release information of the order is obtained from the cloud server according to the associated release information of the order, and the information to be released associated with the order is obtained.
In addition, the information to be delivered of the activity item in this embodiment may be advertisement information of the activity item; or the user submits the release information when submitting the order according to the release requirement of the activity project information, for example, when the order is a gift selected by the user for the lifetime or friends, the user submits a blessing word or blessing picture as the release information when submitting the order; or other information of the activity item, the present embodiment is not particularly limited herein.
Optionally, the information to be delivered of the activity item may include a picture and/or text, such as a two-dimensional code picture. The two-dimensional code may be a fixed two-dimensional code or a non-fixed two-dimensional code. That is, the fixed two-dimensional code means that the obtained information of different scanned two-dimensional codes is the same; the unfixed two-dimensional code means that when different users scan the two-dimensional code, a viewing instruction is sent to the server, and the server can display different information to different users according to the identification of the user scanning the two-dimensional code.
Step S403, if the information to be released is not released, the releasing device acquires the information to be released of the activity item from the activity information base according to the associated releasing information, and stores the information to be released of the activity item locally.
If the judgment result in the step S402 is that the information to be released has not been released yet, the releasing device obtains the information to be released of the activity item from the activity information base of the cloud server, and stores the information to be released of the activity item locally; when the information to be put in of the same activity item is put in again later, the information to be put in of the activity item stored locally is directly obtained, and the information putting efficiency can be improved.
The activity information base at least includes a rule of delivering an activity item and information to be delivered, and may also include other information of the activity item, which is not specifically limited herein.
Step S404, if the information to be released of the activity item is released, the releasing device acquires the locally stored information to be released of the activity item.
If the result of the determination in step S402 is that the information to be released has been released, it may be determined that the information to be released of the activity item has been stored locally, and the releasing device directly obtains the information to be released of the activity item stored locally. And step 405, the throwing equipment throws the information to be thrown associated with the order on the logistics face sheet of the order.
After the delivery equipment acquires the order information and the associated delivery information of the order, the information to be delivered associated with the order can be acquired according to the associated delivery information of the order, and the corresponding printer is controlled to print the information to be delivered associated with the order on the logistics surface order of the order.
Specifically, the delivery device may send a delivery print instruction including order information and information to be delivered to the printing device, so that the printing device prints the logistics face sheet including the information to be delivered of the order according to the delivery print instruction.
Optionally, the corresponding printer may be controlled to print information to be put associated with the order to a put information area on the logistics surface sheet of the order, and print logistics information of the order to a logistics information area on the logistics surface sheet of the order. In addition, the delivery information area is not overlapped or partially overlapped with the logistics information area.
In addition, the shapes of the delivery information area and the logistics information area may be rectangular, circular, triangular, or the like, and the shapes of the delivery information area and the logistics information area may be the same or may be different, and the shapes of the delivery information area and the logistics information area are not particularly limited herein in this embodiment.
For example, the delivery information area and the logistics information area may be distributed side by side up and down (as shown in fig. 2A), or the delivery information area and the logistics information area may be distributed side by side left and right (as shown in fig. 2B); or the delivery information area and the logistics information area may be distributed in other manners, which is not specifically limited herein.
Alternatively, the information to be delivered may include two parts, that is, guide information and body information. After the order processing device obtains the information to be placed associated with the order according to the information to be placed associated with the order, the guiding information and the logistics information of the information to be placed associated with the order can be printed on a first layer order (as shown in fig. 3), and the main body information of the information to be placed associated with the order can be printed on a second layer order (as shown in fig. 3). When a user signs an order, the user can intuitively see the guide information and is guided by the guide information to check the main body information of the second layer, so that the interactivity with the user and the interestingness of the information to be released are improved, and the information releasing effect can be improved. In addition, the second layer sheet can be a laser jet printing sheet.
FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram of the results of a dual layer ticket provided by an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the double-deck sheet includes a first deck sheet, a second deck sheet, and an adhesive layer. The guiding information on the first layer list is used for guiding the user to continuously check the second layer list, and the main body information on the second layer list is the release main body information of the activity item. For example, the guiding information on the first layer sheet may be a question (such as "tear off and reveal answer" etc.) related to the activity item and capable of raising the interest of the user, and the main body information on the second layer sheet may use the main body information of the activity item as an answer to the question, or be two-dimensional code information of the activity item, etc.
Optionally, after the throwing device throws the information to be thrown associated with the order on the logistics surface sheet of the order, the throwing device may receive the printing success message of the throwing information fed back by the printing device, and record the throwing times of the information to be thrown of the activity item.
Optionally, the throwing device sends the throwing times of the information to be thrown of the recorded activity item to the cloud server, so that the cloud server stores or updates the throwing times of the information to be thrown of the activity item.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the order processing equipment generates the associated release information of the order, and the information to be released of the activity item is associated with the order; then, order information and associated delivery information of the order are provided for the delivery equipment; the method comprises the steps that firstly, a throwing device judges whether information to be thrown of an active item corresponding to associated throwing information of an order is thrown, if the judging result is that the information to be thrown is not thrown, the throwing device obtains the information to be thrown of the active item from an active information base of a cloud server, and the information to be thrown of the active item is stored locally; when the information to be put in of the same activity item is put in again later, the information to be put in of the activity item stored locally is directly obtained, and the information putting efficiency can be improved.
Example five
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of an information delivery device according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention. The information delivery device provided by the embodiment of the invention can execute the processing flow provided by the embodiment of the information delivery method. As shown in fig. 8, the apparatus 50 includes: a placement policy module 501, a matching module 502 and an association module 503.
Specifically, the delivery policy module 501 is configured to determine a potential user group of the activity item according to activity attribute information of the activity item, and historical consumption behavior information and user attribute information of all users.
The matching module 502 is configured to determine, according to order information of an order to be processed, whether the order meets a preset delivery rule of an activity item, where the preset delivery rule at least includes that a submitting user of the order belongs to a potential user group of the activity item.
The association module 503 is configured to generate association release information of the order if the order meets a preset release rule of the activity item, where the association release information is used to associate information to be released of the activity item with the order, and provide the association release information of the order to the release device, so that the release device releases the information to be released associated with the order onto a logistics surface of the order.
The apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present invention may be specifically used to perform the method embodiment provided in the first embodiment, and specific functions are not described herein.
The embodiment of the invention firstly determines the potential user group of the activity item before information release is carried out through order processing equipment, wherein the potential user group comprises a plurality of potential users possibly participating in the activity item. In this way, when information is put in later, the information to be put in of the activity item is put in an order of submitting the user belonging to the potential user group, that is, the information to be put in is put in the potential user of the activity item in a targeted manner, rather than being put in all users in a non-targeted manner, so that the conversion rate of information put in can be improved; meanwhile, unnecessary information delivery to non-potential users can be avoided, and resource waste caused by the unnecessary information delivery is reduced.
Example six
On the basis of the fifth embodiment, in this embodiment, the matching module is further configured to: judging whether at least one target activity item exists according to order information of an order, wherein a submitting user of the order belongs to a potential user group of the target activity item, and a receiving address of the order is in a delivery area of the target activity item; if at least one target activity item exists, determining that the order meets the preset delivery rule of the at least one target activity item.
The delivery strategy module is also used for: calculating the matching degree score of each user and the activity item according to the historical consumption behavior information and the user attribute information of each user and the activity attribute information of the activity item; a set of potential users for the activity item is determined based on the matching score for each user to the activity item.
Optionally, the association module is further configured to: if the order meets the preset delivery rules of a plurality of activity items, calculating the matching degree score of the submitting user of the order and each activity item according to the historical consumption behavior information and the user attribute information of the submitting user of the order and the activity attribute information of each activity item; the associated release information of the order is used for associating the information to be released of the activity item with the highest matching degree score with the submitting user of the order with the order.
Optionally, the delivery policy module and the association module are further configured to: determining a user attribute label and a user attribute weight of the target user according to the historical consumption behavior information and the user attribute information of the target user and the user portrait model; acquiring historical similar activities of the target item according to activity attribute information of the target item, wherein the historical similar activities of the target item refer to historical activity items with at least one activity attribute consistent with the target item; determining a user attribute tag and an activity attribute weight of a target item according to a user attribute tag of a first user with feedback behavior on the release information of the historical similar activities; and calculating the matching degree score of the target user and the target item according to the user attribute label and the user attribute weight of the target user and the user attribute label and the activity attribute weight of the target item.
Optionally, the information to be delivered of the activity item includes: preset release information of the activity item and/or information submitted by a user when submitting the order.
Optionally, the delivery policy module is further configured to: calculating the loyalty score of each user on the activity item according to the loyalty prediction model and the historical consumption behavior information of each user; and/or calculating the repurchase period of each user corresponding to the activity item according to the repurchase period prediction model and the historical consumption behavior information of each user; and calculating the repurchase period score of each user corresponding to the activity item according to the activity time of the activity item and the repurchase period of each user corresponding to the activity item.
Optionally, the delivery policy module is further configured to: calculating the comprehensive interest score of each user on the activity item according to the loyalty score of each user on the activity item and/or the repurchase period score of each user corresponding to the activity item and the matching degree score of each user and the activity item; and determining the potential user group of the activity item according to the comprehensive interest score and the number of the released users of the activity item.
Optionally, the delivery policy module is further configured to: determining a user attribute tag of an activity item according to the user attribute tag of the first user with feedback behavior on the release information of the historical similar activity; calculating the number of owners of each user attribute tag of the activity item in the first user; and calculating the activity attribute weight of each user attribute label of the activity item according to the proportion of the number of the owners of each user attribute label of the activity item to the total number of the first user.
Optionally, the delivery policy module is further configured to: taking all the user attribute tags of the first users as the user attribute tags of the active items; or, taking the preset number of user attribute tags with the largest number of people as the user attribute tags of the activity items.

According to the embodiment of the invention, the matching degree score of each user and the activity item is calculated according to the historical consumption behavior information and the user attribute information of each user and the activity attribute information of the activity item; determining a potential user group of the activity item according to the matching degree score of each user and the activity item; when information is put in, if a submitting user of an order belongs to a potential user group of an activity item, the fact that the matching degree of the user and the activity item is high is indicated, and information to be put in of the activity item can be put in the logistics face sheets of the order of the user with the high matching degree with the activity item; meanwhile, the order to be put can be filtered according to the specified putting rules such as the receiving address, and the information is put on the order which accords with the specified putting rules, so that the information is put more accurately.

Fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of an information delivery device according to a seventh embodiment of the present invention. The information delivery device provided by the embodiment of the invention can execute the processing flow provided by the embodiment of the information delivery method. As shown in fig. 9, the information delivery apparatus 70 includes: the system comprises a first acquisition module 701, a second acquisition module 702 and an information delivery module 703.
Specifically, the first obtaining module 701 is configured to obtain, by a delivery device, order information of an order to be processed and associated delivery information of the order, where the associated delivery information is used to associate the order with the order to be delivered of the activity item.

The embodiment of the invention firstly determines the potential user group of the activity item before information release is carried out through order processing equipment, wherein the potential user group comprises a plurality of potential users possibly participating in the activity item. Claims (18)

1. An information delivery method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
determining a potential user group of the activity item according to activity attribute information of the activity item, historical consumption behavior information of all users and user attribute information;
determining whether the order meets a preset delivery rule of the activity item according to order information of an order to be processed, wherein the preset delivery rule at least comprises a potential user group of the activity item, to which a submitting user of the order belongs;
if the order meets a preset release rule of the activity item, generating associated release information of the order, wherein the associated release information is used for associating information to be released of the activity item with the order, providing the order information of the order and the associated release information to release equipment so that the release equipment releases the information to be released associated with the order on a logistics surface order of the order, wherein the information to be released of the activity item is release information submitted by a user when submitting the order according to the release requirement of the activity item information, the information to be released comprises guide information and main body information, the guide information and the logistics information of the information to be released are positioned on a first layer order, and the main body information is positioned on a second layer order;
Determining a potential user group of the activity item according to activity attribute information of the activity item, historical consumption behavior information of all users and user attribute information, wherein the potential user group comprises:
calculating the matching degree score of each user and the activity item according to the historical consumption behavior information and the user attribute information of each user and the activity attribute information of the activity item;
determining a potential user group of the activity item according to the matching degree score of each user and the activity item;
according to the historical consumption behavior information and user attribute information of a certain target user and the activity attribute information of a certain target item, calculating a matching degree score of the target user and the target item, wherein the matching degree score comprises the following steps:
determining a user attribute label and a user attribute weight of the target user according to the historical consumption behavior information and the user attribute information of the target user and a user portrait model;
acquiring historical similar activities of the target item according to the activity attribute information of the target item, wherein the historical similar activities of the target item refer to historical activity items with at least one activity attribute consistent with the target item;
Determining the user attribute label and the activity attribute weight of the target item according to the user attribute label of the first user with feedback behavior on the throwing information of the historical similar activities;
and calculating the matching degree score of the target user and the target item according to the user attribute label and the user attribute weight of the target user and the user attribute label and the activity attribute weight of the target item.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining whether the order meets a preset delivery rule for an activity item based on order information for an order to be processed comprises:
judging whether at least one target activity item exists according to order information of the order, wherein a submitting user of the order belongs to a potential user group of the target activity item, and a receiving address of the order is in a delivery area of the target activity item;
and if at least one target activity item exists, determining that the order meets the preset delivery rule of the at least one target activity item.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after determining whether the order meets a preset delivery rule for an activity item according to order information of an order to be processed, further comprising:
If the order meets the preset release rules of a plurality of active items, calculating the matching degree score of the submitting user of the order and each active item according to the historical consumption behavior information and the user attribute information of the submitting user of the order and the activity attribute information of each active item;
and the associated release information of the order is used for associating the information to be released of the activity item with the highest matching degree score with the submitting user of the order with the order.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the information to be placed for the activity item comprises:
and the preset release information of the activity item and/or information submitted by a user when submitting the order.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising, prior to determining the set of potential users of the activity item based on the matching score for each user to the activity item:
calculating the loyalty score of each user on the activity item according to the loyalty prediction model and the historical consumption behavior information of each user;
and/or the number of the groups of groups,
calculating the repurchase period of each user corresponding to the activity item according to the repurchase period prediction model and the historical consumption behavior information of each user;
And calculating the repurchase period score of each user corresponding to the activity item according to the activity time of the activity item and the repurchase period of each user corresponding to the activity item.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein determining the set of potential users of the activity item based on the match score of each user to the activity item comprises:
calculating the comprehensive interest score of each user on the activity item according to the loyalty score of each user on the activity item and/or the repurchase period score of each user corresponding to the activity item and the matching degree score of each user and the activity item;
and determining a potential user group of the activity item according to the comprehensive interest score and the number of the released users of the activity item.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the user attribute tags for the activity items and their activity attribute weights based on the user attribute tags for the first user having feedback on the historical activity-like delivery information comprises:
determining the user attribute label of the activity item according to the user attribute label of the first user with feedback behavior on the throwing information of the historical similar activity;
Calculating the number of owners of each user attribute tag of the activity item in the first user;
and calculating the activity attribute weight of each user attribute label of the activity item according to the proportion of the number of the owners of each user attribute label of the activity item to the total number of the first user.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein determining the user attribute tags for the activity items based on the user attribute tags for the first user having feedback on the historical activity-like delivery information comprises:
taking all the user attribute tags of the first users as the user attribute tags of the active items;
or,
and taking the preset number of user attribute tags with the largest number of people as the user attribute tags of the activity items.
9. The method as recited in claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring order information of an order to be processed and associated release information, wherein the associated release information is used for associating the information to be released of an activity item with the order;
judging whether information to be released of the activity items is released or not according to the activity items corresponding to the associated release information of the order;
