本发明涉及一种高温六方孔耐磨球阀,包括阀体、阀盖、球体和阀杆,球体设置在阀体的内腔内,阀盖固定在阀体的内腔前侧,阀杆连接球体上端,内腔位于球体前、后侧设置前、后阀座,后阀座通过阀座压环压紧固定在阀体内,阀座压环通过螺栓固定在阀体内,前阀座穿在阀盖内,且阀盖与前阀座之间设置使前阀座压紧球体的蝶形弹簧组,球体内开设六方孔流道,配合的前、后阀座均开设六方孔流道,阀杆与阀体之间密封安装阀杆轴承,阀杆上端延伸至阀体外侧,并键连驱动套,驱动套转动连接支架,支架固定在阀体上端,所述高温六方孔耐磨球阀,增大开启瞬间的流通面积,降低介质流速,提升球体耐冲刷性,延长阀门的使用寿命,降低日常维护成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及球阀,尤其涉及一种高温六方孔耐磨球阀。
背景技术
球阀是常见的阀门之一,其启闭件为球体,球体内开设流动,通过阀杆带动球体转动,通过球体的流道与前、后阀座的流通连通或断开,实现阀门启闭,传统的球阀球体的流道和前、后阀座的流道均为圆形流道,在阀门打开瞬间介质的流速非常快,对球口冲刷非常严重,容易造成球体损坏,从而造成阀门损坏,缩短阀门的使用寿命,提高日常维护成本。
发明内容
本申请人针对以上缺点,进行了研究改进,提供一种高温六方孔耐磨球阀。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种高温六方孔耐磨球阀,包括阀体、阀盖、球体和阀杆,所述球体设置在阀体的内腔内,所述阀盖通过螺柱螺母固定在阀体的内腔前侧,所述阀杆连接球体上端,所述内腔位于球体前、后侧设置前阀座和后阀座,所述后阀座通过阀座压环压紧固定在阀体内,所述阀座压环通过螺栓固定在阀体内,所述前阀座穿在阀盖内,且阀盖与前阀座之间设置使前阀座压紧球体的蝶形弹簧组,所述球体内开设六方孔流道,配合的所述前阀座和后阀座均开设六方孔流道,所述阀杆与阀体之间密封安装阀杆轴承,所述阀杆上端延伸至阀体外侧,并键连驱动套,所述驱动套转动连接支架,所述支架固定在阀体上端。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进:
所述阀盖与阀体之间还设置C形圈和缠绕垫片。
所述蝶形弹簧组两侧分别支撑填料压圈和防尘填料压环,所述填料压圈与前阀座之间填充填料,所述防尘填料压环远离蝶形弹簧组一端支撑在垫环一侧上,且所述垫环另一侧支撑在阀盖上设置的台阶上,所述垫环和防尘填料压环之间填充防尘填料。
所述阀杆上设置阀杆支撑座,所述阀杆位于阀杆支撑座与阀体之间套设推力垫。
所述阀杆位于阀杆轴承上设置用于密封的填料,所述填料上方设置压紧填料的填料压套,所述填料压套上端延伸至阀体外侧,且所述填料压套上设置填料压板,所述填料压板通过螺杆和螺母与阀体连接。
所述填料压板的螺杆上位于螺母和填料压板之间套设防松组件,所述防松组件包括蝶形限位套和蝶形弹簧。
所述支架与阀体通过定位销定位连接,并通过螺钉和防松垫片与阀体固定连接。
所述支架上开设定位安装孔,所述定位安装孔上固定连接定位板,所述驱动套穿在定位板的通孔内,且所述定位板和驱动套之间设置驱动套轴承,所述支架上还连接用于固定执行机构的螺柱、螺母和防松垫圈。
所述定位板与支架通过定位销定位连接,并通过螺钉和防松垫片与支架固定连接。
本发明的有益效果如下:所述高温六方孔耐磨球阀球体、前阀座和后阀座的流道均采用六方孔流道,将球口从传统的局部冲刷优化为面冲刷,增大开启瞬间的流通面积,降低介质流速,提升球体耐冲刷性,随着开启角度的增大,流道形状为平行六边形,流通截面积逐渐增大,降低流体对球体和流道的冲击,球体不易损坏,延长阀门的使用寿命,降低日常维护成本。

下面结合附图,说明本实施例的具体实施方式。
如图1至图5所示,本实施例的高温六方孔耐磨球阀,包括阀体1、阀盖2、球体3和阀杆4,球体3设置在阀体1的内腔11内,阀盖2通过螺柱螺母固定在阀体1的内腔11前侧,阀盖2与阀体1之间还设置用于密封的C形圈21和缠绕垫片22,阀杆4连接球体3上端,内腔11位于球体3前、后侧设置前阀座5和后阀座6,后阀座6通过阀座压环61压紧固定在阀体1内,且后阀座6背面与阀体1与后阀座6接触的平面经过精细研磨,保证后阀座6与阀体1之间的平面密封,阀座压环61通过螺栓和防松垫片固定在阀体1内,前阀座5穿在阀盖2内,且阀盖2与前阀座5之间设置使前阀座5压紧球体3的蝶形弹簧组51,蝶形弹簧组51两侧分别支撑填料压圈52和防尘填料压环53,填料压圈52与前阀座5之间填充填料,防尘填料压环53远离蝶形弹簧组51一端支撑在垫环54一侧上,且垫环54另一侧支撑在阀盖2上设置的台阶上,垫环54和防尘填料压环53之间填充防尘填料,防尘填料包括防尘填料A和防尘填料B,通过蝶形弹簧组51压紧两侧的防尘填料A/B和填料,实现前阀座5和阀盖2之间的防尘密封,球体3内开设六方孔流道7,配合的前阀座5和后阀座6均开设六方孔流道7,且球体3、前阀座5和后阀座6的六方孔流道7均经过硬化特殊处理,可提高六方孔流道7的耐磨耐冲刷性能,阀杆4与阀体1之间密封安装阀杆轴承41,阀杆4上端延伸至阀体1外侧,并键连驱动套8,阀体1上通过定位销定位连接支架9,且支架9通过螺钉和防松垫片与阀体1固定连接,支架9上开设定位安装孔,定位安装孔上通过定位销定位连接定位板91,且定位板91通过螺钉和防松垫片与支架9固定连接,驱动套8穿在定位板91的通孔内,且定位板91和驱动套8之间设置驱动套轴承92,支架9上还连接用于固定执行机构的螺柱、螺母和防松垫圈。
阀杆4上设置阀杆支撑座42,阀杆4位于阀杆支撑座42与阀体1之间套设推力垫43,阀杆4位于阀杆轴承41上设置用于密封的填料,填料上方设置压紧填料的填料压套44,填料压套44上端延伸至阀体1外侧,且填料压套44上设置填料压板45,填料压板45通过螺杆和螺母与阀体1连接,填料压板45的螺杆上位于螺母和填料压板45之间套设防松组件,防松组件包括蝶形限位套46和蝶形弹簧47,防松组件可提供持续的预紧力,防止温度交变填料松弛影响密封。
本实施例的高温六方孔耐磨球阀使用时,将驱动套8上端与执行机构的驱动端连接,再通过支架9上的螺柱、螺母和防松垫圈与执行机构连接,即可通过支架9将高温六方孔耐磨球阀与执行机构连接,阀盖2前段和阀体1后端均连接输送管道,通过执行机构的驱动端即可带动驱动套8、阀杆4和球体3进行90°回转运动,即可实现球阀的启闭动作。

1.一种高温六方孔耐磨球阀,其特征在于:包括阀体(1)、阀盖(2)、球体(3)和阀杆(4),所述球体(3)设置在阀体(1)的内腔(11)内,所述阀盖(2)通过螺柱螺母固定在阀体(1)的内腔(11)前侧,所述阀杆(4)连接球体(3)上端,所述内腔(11)位于球体(3)前、后侧设置前阀座(5)和后阀座(6),所述后阀座(6)通过阀座压环(61)压紧固定在阀体(1)内,所述阀座压环(61)通过螺栓固定在阀体(1)内,所述前阀座(5)穿在阀盖(2)内,且阀盖(2)与前阀座(5)之间设置使前阀座(5)压紧球体(3)的蝶形弹簧组(51),所述球体(3)内开设六方孔流道(7),配合的所述前阀座(5)和后阀座(6)均开设六方孔流道(7),所述阀杆(4)与阀体(1)之间密封安装阀杆轴承(41),所述阀杆(4)上端延伸至阀体(1)外侧,并键连驱动套(8),所述驱动套(8)转动连接支架(9),所述支架(9)固定在阀体(1)上端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高温六方孔耐磨球阀,其特征在于:所述阀盖(2)与阀体(1)之间还设置C形圈(21)和缠绕垫片(22)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高温六方孔耐磨球阀,其特征在于:所述蝶形弹簧组(51)两侧分别支撑填料压圈(52)和防尘填料压环(53),所述填料压圈(52)与前阀座(5)之间填充填料,所述防尘填料压环(53)远离蝶形弹簧组(51)一端支撑在垫环(54)一侧上,且所述垫环(54)另一侧支撑在阀盖(2)上设置的台阶上,所述垫环(54)和防尘填料压环(53)之间填充防尘填料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高温六方孔耐磨球阀,其特征在于:所述阀杆(4)上设置阀杆支撑座(42),所述阀杆(4)位于阀杆支撑座(42)与阀体(1)之间套设推力垫(43)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高温六方孔耐磨球阀,其特征在于:所述阀杆(4)位于阀杆轴承(41)上设置用于密封的填料,所述填料上方设置压紧填料的填料压套(44),所述填料压套(44)上端延伸至阀体(1)外侧,且所述填料压套(44)上设置填料压板(45),所述填料压板(45)通过螺杆和螺母与阀体(1)连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的高温六方孔耐磨球阀,其特征在于:所述填料压板(45)的螺杆上位于螺母和填料压板(45)之间套设防松组件,所述防松组件包括蝶形限位套(46)和蝶形弹簧(47)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高温六方孔耐磨球阀,其特征在于:所述支架(9)与阀体(1)通过定位销定位连接,并通过螺钉和防松垫片与阀体(1)固定连接。
