The system for online closed cleaning and detection of the flame arrester as claimed in claim 5, further comprising a seventh cut-off valve and a ninth cut-off valve, wherein the seventh cut-off valve and the ninth cut-off valve are respectively disposed on the first sewage drain line and the second sewage drain line.
7. A process method for online closed cleaning and detection of a flame arrester, which is implemented on the basis of the system for online closed cleaning and detection of a flame arrester as claimed in claim 6, is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) when the flame arrester normally works, the first cut-off valve, the second cut-off valve, the third cut-off valve and the fourth cut-off valve are normally opened; the fifth cut-off valve, the sixth cut-off valve, the seventh cut-off valve, the eighth cut-off valve and the ninth cut-off valve are normally closed; the differential pressure gauge measures the differential pressure before and after the flame arrester in real time;
entering a cleaning process when the differential pressure measured by the differential pressure gauge reaches an alarm value;
(2) the cleaning process comprises a water washing process;
when the water is washed, the first cut-off valve, the second cut-off valve, the third cut-off valve and the fourth cut-off valve are closed, the fifth cut-off valve and the seventh cut-off valve are opened, water in the water pipe network is reversely injected into the cavity of the flame arrester, and large-particle attachments on the fire resisting disc are flushed away by the water and then are discharged to an oily sewage outlet through the seventh cut-off valve, so that the large-particle attachments are discharged to the outside of the system.
8. The process method for the online closed cleaning and detection of the flame arrester as claimed in claim 7, wherein the cleaning process further comprises a steam purging process;
when steam purging is performed, the first cut-off valve, the second cut-off valve, the third cut-off valve and the fourth cut-off valve are closed, the eighth cut-off valve and the ninth cut-off valve are closed, and the fifth cut-off valve is closed; and the seventh cut-off valve is opened, the sixth cut-off valve is opened, steam in the steam tank is reversely injected into the cavity of the flame arrester, and the sticky attachments attached to the flame-retardant disc are heated and blown by the steam and then discharged to the oily sewage outlet through the seventh cut-off valve, so that the sticky attachments are discharged out of the system.
9. The process method for the online closed cleaning and detection of the flame arrester as claimed in claim 7 or 8, wherein the cleaning process further comprises a nitrogen purging process;
when nitrogen is blown, the first cut-off valve, the second cut-off valve and the fifth cut-off valve are closed; the sixth cut-off valve and the seventh cut-off valve are closed; and opening a third stop valve, a fourth stop valve, an eighth stop valve and a ninth stop valve, reducing the pressure of the nitrogen through the eighth stop valve, then entering a flame arrester cavity, and discharging the nitrogen to an oily sewage outlet through the ninth stop valve so as to discharge the nitrogen to the outside of the system.
10. The process method for online closed cleaning and detection of the flame arrester as claimed in claim 9, wherein during nitrogen purging, the differential pressure gauge measures the differential pressure before and after the flame arrester, and if the differential pressure value of the differential pressure gauge does not meet a set value, the cleaning process is repeated; if the differential pressure value of the differential pressure gauge meets a set value, the flame arrester is washed to be qualified, the cleaning process of the flame arrester is completed, the eighth cut-off valve and the ninth cut-off valve are closed, the first cut-off valve and the second cut-off valve are opened, the system is recovered to be normal, and the flame arrester enters into normal work.
