Description

Disassembly-free online self-cleaning system and method for pipeline equipment
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of equipment for collecting, conveying, storing and treating chemical oil gas and chemical oil, in particular to a disassembly-free online self-cleaning system and method for pipeline equipment.
Background
Various pipeline devices such as flame arresters and filters exist on pipelines for conveying combustible gas in refining enterprises, and pipeline device blockage is easily caused when more impurities exist in the conveyed gas, such as gas phase pipeline flame arresters of crude oil tanks, waste oil tanks and intermediate oil tanks, pipeline fluid circulation is not smooth due to pipeline device blockage, pipeline pressure drop is increased, normal circulation of pipeline media is influenced, and production stability of the device is influenced; for example, a filter for filtering impurities and dirty materials in a pipeline is used for filtering heavy materials such as crude oil, asphalt, residual oil, wax oil and the like, and impurities, particles, colloid and the like carried in the materials are easy to block a core piece of cleaned equipment, increase the pressure drop of the pipeline, influence the normal circulation of pipeline media and cause the fault of rear-end equipment.
Usually, these pipeline equipments need regularly to be cleared up, because pipeline equipment installs on fuel gas pipeline, the clearance needs to be demolishd pipeline equipment every time, installs after the clearance is accomplished, and the operating procedure is loaded down with trivial details. And the hidden danger of fuel gas leakage exists every time the equipment is dismantled, which not only causes resource waste, but also easily causes safety accidents such as fire and the like, and has safety risk. In addition, in actual operation, there is a possibility that the apparatus cannot be disassembled due to clogging by mechanical impurities and corrosion of media. Therefore, it has become desirable to provide a disassembly-free online cleaning system.
CN 111167771A discloses an online closed cleaning and detecting system and a process method for a flame arrester, the method firstly utilizes the characteristic of impurities causing blockage in the flame arrester, and through designing a reasonable cleaning sequence, firstly utilizes fresh water to remove large-particle impurities attached in a fire-resisting disc, then utilizes high-temperature steam to remove viscous impurities in the fire-resisting disc, and finally utilizes nitrogen to complete pipeline purging and scale removal effect detection. CN 209725850U discloses a flame arrester cleaning system, which comprises: the purging device is connected to the fuel gas pipeline, is positioned at the downstream of the flame arrester and is used for introducing purging gas; the low-point condensation discharging device is connected to the fuel gas pipeline, is positioned at the upstream of the flame arrester and is used for discharging swept impurities; the fuel gas cut-off valve comprises a fuel gas upstream cut-off valve and a fuel gas downstream cut-off valve, the fuel gas upstream cut-off valve is positioned at the upstream of the low-point condensate discharging device, and the fuel gas downstream cut-off valve is positioned at the downstream of the purging device; and the high-point emptying device is positioned on the fuel gas pipeline, and the bottom of the high-point emptying device is connected with the fuel gas pipeline.
Through the method, although the flame arrester can be cleaned in an online closed manner, all cleaning media such as fresh water, high-temperature steam, nitrogen and the like are supplied from the outside, so that the treatment cost is increased; furthermore, neither of the above methods discloses a subsequent treatment of the cleaning medium.
CN 109708518A discloses a cleaning agent for a desalted sewage heat exchanger, an online cleaning method and a system, wherein the method comprises the following steps: (1) When the pressure drop value of the inlet and the outlet of a certain heat exchanger in the heat exchanger group is monitored to rise and exceed a reasonable range, the heat exchanger is cut out of the heat exchanger group through a bypass; (2) Starting a dosing system, and feeding a cleaning agent into the heat exchanger for flushing through a agent conveying pipeline; (3) When the pressure drop of the inlet and the outlet of the heat exchanger returns to normal, the dosing system and the bypass are closed, and the heat exchanger is merged into the heat exchanger group again. The method realizes the online cleaning of the heat exchanger group, and simultaneously discloses a self-made cleaning agent, but the cleaning agent needs to be prepared by adopting a chemical agent, so that the treatment cost is increased; in addition, the method is applied to the technical field of cleaning of sewage heat exchangers, and is different from the technical field of equipment for collecting, conveying, storing and treating chemical oil gas and chemical oil.
Therefore, how to provide a disassembly-free and online self-cleaning process method applied to the technical field of chemical oil and gas and chemical oil collecting, conveying, storing and treating equipment becomes a problem to be solved urgently.
