Abstract

After the flame arrester is blocked, the scale removal problem of the flame arrester can be effectively solved without dismantling the flame arrester; according to the process route, by utilizing the characteristic of impurities which cause blockage in the flame arrester, through a reasonable design cleaning sequence, firstly, large-particle impurities attached to a flame retardant plate are removed by utilizing fresh water, viscous impurities in the flame retardant plate are removed again by utilizing high-temperature steam, and finally, purging of a pipeline and inspection of a descaling effect are completed by utilizing nitrogen; through the design of the process flow, the on-line airtight cleaning and the self-checking function of the state after cleaning of the flame arrester can be completed, the descaling efficiency of the flame arrester of the device can be effectively improved, the construction risk of operators is reduced, and the safety and the reliability of the process are ensured.

Technical Field

Background
The pipeline for conveying combustible gas of refining enterprises is required to be provided with a flame arrester according to standard requirements, when more impurities are conveyed in the gas, the flame arrester is extremely easy to block (for example, a gas-phase pipeline flame arrester of an original oil tank, a sewage oil tank and a middle oil tank), the blocking of the flame arrester causes unsmooth fluid circulation of a pipeline, and the pressure difference of the flame arrester is particularly increased. Because the main impurity causing the blockage of the flame arrester is oil sludge, the flame arrester is difficult to clean by fresh water in the cleaning process, and the oil sludge can be blown out after being heated by steam if necessary. The disassembly-free cleaning and descaling method belongs to a flame arrester, is particularly applied to the flame arrester for conveying a gas pipeline containing VOCs, automatically cleans and removes scale on the flame arrester through cleaning mediums such as fresh water, high-pressure steam and the like of a system, and finally judges the cleaning effect of the flame arrester through a nitrogen purging self-checking system.

the cleaning process further comprises a steam purging process;
during steam purging, the first shut-off valve, the second shut-off valve, the third shut-off valve and the fourth shut-off valve are closed, the eighth shut-off valve and the ninth shut-off valve are closed, and the fifth shut-off valve is closed; the seventh cut-off valve is opened, the sixth cut-off valve is opened, steam in the steam tank is reversely injected into the cavity of the flame arrester, and the viscous attachments attached to the flame arrester disk are heated and purged by the steam and then discharged to an oily sewage outlet through the seventh cut-off valve, so that the viscous attachments are discharged to the outside of the system;
the cleaning process also comprises a nitrogen purging process;
during nitrogen purging, the first shut-off valve, the second shut-off valve and the fifth shut-off valve are closed; the sixth shut-off valve and the seventh shut-off valve are closed; and opening a third cut-off valve, a fourth cut-off valve, an eighth cut-off valve and a ninth cut-off valve, decompressing by the eighth cut-off valve, and then enabling nitrogen to enter the cavity of the flame arrester, and discharging the nitrogen to an oily sewage outlet through the ninth cut-off valve, so that the nitrogen is discharged outside the system.
2. The process method for online airtight cleaning and detection of a flame arrester according to claim 1, wherein the pressure difference meter measures the pressure difference before and after the flame arrester when nitrogen is purged, and if the pressure difference value of the pressure difference meter does not meet a set value, the cleaning process is continuously repeated; if the pressure difference value of the pressure difference meter meets the set value, the fire arrestor is cleaned qualified, the cleaning process of the fire arrestor is finished, the eighth cut-off valve and the ninth cut-off valve are closed, the first cut-off valve and the second cut-off valve are opened, the system is recovered to be normal, and the fire arrestor enters normal operation.
