Abstract

The oil device pipeline flame arrester with the self-cleaning function comprises a flame arrester body and a control panel; electric butterfly valves are respectively arranged on pipelines at two ends of the flame arrester body, the top of the flame arrester body is connected with a cleaning agent box through a cleaning agent inlet pipe, and the bottom of the flame arrester body is connected with a sewage collection box through a sewage discharge pipe; the cleaning agent inlet pipe and the sewage discharge pipe are both provided with electric ball valves; and the signal input ends of the electric butterfly valve and the electric ball valve are connected with the signal output end of the control panel.

2. The bottom of the flame arrester body 1 is connected with a sewage collection tank 6 through a sewage discharge pipe 5; the position of the detergent inlet pipe 3 along the medium flowing direction in the pipeline is positioned at the front end of the position of the sewage discharge pipe 5 along the medium flowing direction in the pipeline. Therefore, the flow direction of the cleaning agent can be ensured to be consistent with the flow direction of the medium in the pipeline.
The cleaning agent inlet pipe 3 and the sewage discharge pipe 5 are both provided with an electric ball valve 7; and the signal input ends of the booster pump 9, the electric butterfly valve 2 and the electric ball valve 7 are connected with the signal output end of the control panel. The external gas source 11 may also be provided with a plurality of line connections so that it can be switched between different gas sources during cleaning. After cleaning with the cleaning agent, the inside of the flame arrester body 1 can be cleaned through high-pressure steam or compressed air, so that the cleaning effect is better.
The gas inlet pipe 10 is provided with an electric ball valve 7, and the signal input end of the electric ball valve 7 is connected with the signal output end of the control panel. The control panel can control the switch of the external gas source 11 by controlling the corresponding electric ball valve 7, and the electric ball valve 7 is closed after cleaning is completed.
The oil device pipeline flame arrester with the self-cleaning function can timely clear away the blocking object in the flame arrester core, avoids the problems of time and labor consumption in disassembly and assembly, difficult operation, high labor intensity and low efficiency caused by disassembling and processing the flame arrester, and does not influence the service life of the flame arrester without disassembly and assembly.
