Abstract

The invention discloses a skin disinfection combined medicament, a preparation method and a use method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of disinfection. It comprises the following medicaments: potassium hydrogen peroxymonosulfate disinfection powder, skin disinfection solution, skin antibacterial solution and/or iodophor disinfection solution. The invention takes the skin antibacterial liquid as the main part and takes the skin disinfectant and the iodophor disinfectant as the auxiliary parts to prevent and treat tinea pedis and onychomycosis; the potassium hydrogen peroxymonosulfate sterilizing powder is used for killing residual pathogenic microorganisms on shoes, socks and basins and preventing disease recurrence.

Description

Skin disinfection combined medicament and preparation method and use method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of disinfection, in particular to a skin disinfection combined medicament and a preparation method and a use method thereof.
Background
Human feet are wrapped by shoes and socks, so that the secretion is much, bacteria are easy to grow on the feet, and the bacteria cause foot diseases (tinea pedis and onychomycosis) and harm the human health. Correctly disinfect and protect, is beneficial to eradicating beriberi and maintaining foot health. At present, the medicaments for treating tinea pedis and onychomycosis mainly have the following defects: (1) single efficacy, failure of comprehensive protection and easy relapse. (2) Strong irritation, and adverse reactions such as skin crack and desquamation.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a skin disinfection combined medicament, a preparation method and a use method thereof, and aims to solve the problems of single effect and strong irritation of the existing medicament for treating tinea pedis and onychomycosis.
The technical scheme for solving the technical problems is as follows:
a skin sanitizing combination comprising the following: potassium hydrogen peroxymonosulfate disinfection powder, skin disinfection solution, skin antibacterial solution and/or iodophor disinfection solution.
The invention uses potassium hydrogen peroxymonosulfate disinfection powder to disinfect shoes, socks and foot basins, uses skin disinfection solution to disinfect foot skin and nails, uses skin antibacterial solution to carry out antibacterial treatment on the surface and shallow layers of the foot skin and the nails, and uses iodophor to treat onychomycosis and skin wounds. The invention takes the skin antibacterial liquid as the main component and takes other three medicaments as the auxiliary components, thereby preventing and treating tinea pedis and onychomycosis, having comprehensive efficacy, more thorough protection, high cure rate and relapse prevention.
Further, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the skin disinfection solution includes: 0.4-0.6% of chlorhexidine acetate, 0.4-0.6% of traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution, 0-0.1% of salicylic acid, 0-0.1% of benzoic acid, 0.05-0.2% of thymol, 0.4-0.6% of borneol, 0.4-0.7% of menthol, 46-50% of ethanol, 1-5% of propylene glycol, 0.2-0.22% of eucalyptus oil, 0.2-0.22% of wintergreen oil, 0.05-0.06% of oil-soluble azone, 0.3-0.4% of hydrogenated castor oil polyoxyethylene ether, 0.1-0.2% of penetrating agent JFC and the balance of distilled water.
The skin disinfectant disclosed by the invention contains chlorhexidine acetate, ethanol, a traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution, salicylic acid and benzoic acid as main sterilization components, and has the sterilization and disinfection effects. In addition, thymol, eucalyptus oil, wintergreen oil, borneol and menthol are added to achieve the effects of relieving itching and removing peculiar smell, and meanwhile, the disinfectant has a certain bactericidal effect and can assist the main bactericidal components in synergism to improve the bactericidal effect. In addition, the added ethanol can also shorten the drying time of the disinfectant, and the use is more convenient.
In order to improve the permeability of the skin disinfectant, oil-soluble azone is added as a skin penetrating agent, which is beneficial to the effective ingredients of the medicine to permeate into the superficial layer of the skin. In addition, the added propylene glycol, hydrogenated castor oil polyoxyethylene ether and penetrating agent JFC can increase the solubility of oil-soluble ingredients such as borneol, menthol and the like in water, are beneficial to preparing products into uniform liquid, and have a certain moisturizing effect and prevent skin chapping.
Further, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the method for preparing the skin disinfection solution comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing the traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution, thymol, borneol, menthol, propylene glycol, eucalyptus oil, wintergreen oil, oil-soluble azone, hydrogenated castor oil polyoxyethylene ether and penetrant JFC according to a ratio, heating to 50-55 ℃, stirring until the mixture is dissolved and transparent, and continuously stirring for 10-15min at a constant temperature to obtain a first disinfection solution;
(2) mixing chlorhexidine acetate, salicylic acid, benzoic acid and ethanol, and stirring at normal temperature until the chlorhexidine acetate, salicylic acid, benzoic acid and ethanol are dissolved and transparent to obtain a second disinfection solution;
(3) adding the first solution into the second solution, and stirring for 5-10 min;
(4) cooling to room temperature, supplementing water to 100%, stirring for 5-10min, and filtering to obtain the skin disinfectant.

Meningococcus, shigella dysenteriae, typhoid bacillus, diphtheria bacillus and the like have strong inhibiting effect, and can inhibit bacteria at low concentration and kill bacteria at high concentration. The radix Sophorae Flavescentis extract contains matrine, sophocarpine, oxysophocarpine, sophoridine, etc. as main ingredients, and has the highest content of matrine and oxysophocarpine. Has effects of clearing heat, promoting urination, killing parasite, eliminating dampness, resisting virus, tumor and allergy. The osthole extracted from fructus Cnidii contains pinene, camphene, isoborneol isovalerate, isoborneol, methoxy parsley phenol, osthole, cnidium lactone, and broad-spectrum antibacterial effect, and has spasmolytic, blood pressure lowering, arrhythmia resisting, immunity enhancing, and antibacterial effects.
