Abstract
The invention discloses a pure traditional Chinese medicine mask for relieving rash related to tumor-targeted drugs, which comprises the following traditional Chinese medicine components in parts by mass: 30-40 parts of dandelion, 20-30 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis, 15-25 parts of honeysuckle, 15-20 parts of fructus forsythiae, 20-25 parts of radix rehmanniae, 15-20 parts of lithospermum and 10-12 parts of raw liquorice. The invention is designed by the diagnosis of medical experts in oncology, aiming at the characteristics of excessive dampness and heat in the body of a rash patient caused by a targeted medicament and the like, and obtains good effect in early-stage tests. Therefore, the invention is more suitable for the rash caused by the targeted medicament. Because the traditional Chinese medicine ointment is mainly applied to the face of a patient, the long-term effect after treatment must be considered, compared with the traditional hormone and antibacterial ointment, the traditional Chinese medicine ointment is a pure traditional Chinese medicine component, does not cause adverse reactions such as allergy, pigmentation and the like, and can avoid worries of the patient. The invention is easy to be decocted, has low price and is suitable for more patients to use.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a pure traditional Chinese medicine mask for relieving rash related to tumor-targeted drugs and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Currently, targeted therapy for epidermal growth factor brings improvement of curative effect and survival period to more and more tumor patients, but simultaneously, brings side reactions such as rash, mainly manifested as rash/acne-like rash, dry skin, pruritus and the like, bleeding and infection can occur due to careless treatment, the image and comfort of the patients are seriously affected, and meanwhile, interruption of subsequent treatment can also be caused when the rash is serious. At present, hormone and anti-inflammatory ointment are mainly smeared as a relieving means for the part of patients, and side effects such as potential pigmentation exist. The pure traditional Chinese medicine mask is used for relieving the rash and the discomfort of a patient, relieving the psychological burden of the patient, increasing the comfort, increasing the chances for subsequent treatment of the patient and having small safety side effects. Because of the specificity of the patient population and the special mechanism of rash formation, the current facial mask scheme on the market is not designed for the patients, the only similar facial mask is only for the common acne patients, and the research shows that the medicine for the acne type has no effect on the patients, such as the condition that the improper application can aggravate the infection.
At present, a mask aiming at the rash caused by the targeted medicament is not found, only partial mask scheme design aiming at the common acne is provided, the mechanism and the expression of the two are different, the common acne is mostly caused by the exuberant secretion of grease, a T-shaped area is the main part, the rash caused by the targeted medicament is caused by the excessive growth of the epidermis to cause the internal heat and the excessive dampness, although the acne expression exists, the acne expression is dry, itchy and heat in the expression, the area of the rash is wider, the rash can be seen on the whole face, and the degree is heavier.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a pure traditional Chinese medicine mask for relieving rash related to tumor-targeted drugs and a preparation method thereof.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
the invention discloses a pure traditional Chinese medicine mask for relieving rash related to tumor-targeted drugs, which comprises the following traditional Chinese medicine components in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of dandelion, 20-30 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis, 15-25 parts of honeysuckle, 15-20 parts of fructus forsythiae, 20-25 parts of radix rehmanniae, 15-20 parts of lithospermum and 10-12 parts of raw liquorice.
Preferably, the traditional Chinese medicine components in the mask comprise the following components in parts by weight: 30 parts of dandelion, 20 parts of sophora flavescens, 15 parts of honeysuckle, 15 parts of fructus forsythiae, 20 parts of radix rehmanniae, 15 parts of lithospermum and 10 parts of raw liquorice.
Preferably, the traditional Chinese medicine components in the mask comprise the following components in parts by weight: 40 parts of dandelion, 30 parts of sophora flavescens, 25 parts of honeysuckle, 20 parts of forsythia, 25 parts of radix rehmanniae, 20 parts of lithospermum and 12 parts of raw liquorice.
Preferably, the traditional Chinese medicine components in the mask comprise the following components in parts by weight: 35 parts of dandelion, 25 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis, 20 parts of honeysuckle, 18 parts of fructus forsythiae, 22 parts of radix rehmanniae, 18 parts of lithospermum and 11 parts of raw liquorice.
The invention also discloses a preparation method of the pure traditional Chinese medicine mask for relieving the rash related to the tumor-targeted drug, which comprises the following steps:
s1, adding radix sophorae flavescentis, fructus forsythiae, radix rehmanniae, lithospermum and raw liquorice into clear water in proportion, and decocting for 15-25 minutes with strong fire;
s2, adding honeysuckle and dandelion, decocting the honeysuckle and the dandelion together with slow fire for 8-12 minutes, and decocting the mixture to form mask liquid;
and S3, soaking the facial mask paper in the facial mask liquid for 5 minutes, and taking out the facial mask paper.
In step S1, the temperature of the strong fire is 300-380 ℃; in the step S2, the temperature of the slow fire is 150-180 ℃; in step S2, the mask liquid is decocted and filtered through a 50-80 mesh screen.
Preferably, step S2 further includes: and (3) placing the facial mask liquid at room temperature for 1 hour, and then placing at the temperature of 0-5 ℃ for storage.
The Chinese medicine experts look to find out and diagnose the skin rash of the patients caused by internal heat and excessive dampness. In the invention: the dandelion, the honeysuckle, the forsythia, the radix rehmanniae, the lithospermum and the raw liquorice have the effects of clearing heat and removing toxicity, and the efficacies are mutually enhanced in a synergistic way. The dandelion and the radix rehmanniae are monarch drugs, and the dandelion is the most important drug for clearing heat, detoxifying, reducing swelling and dissipating stagnation mainly aiming at heat symptoms, and is beneficial to relieving heat manifestations such as dry itching and heat. The dried rehmannia root plays a role in eliminating dampness and nourishing yin aiming at dampness, and is also beneficial to relieving dryness and itching. The lithospermum is a ministerial drug, has the curative effects of cooling blood and promoting eruption, and is beneficial to promoting the repair of rash. Fructus forsythiae and flos Lonicerae can be used for clearing heat, and radix Sophorae Flavescentis can be used for eliminating dampness. In the invention, the raw licorice is a guiding drug, and mainly plays a role in harmonizing various drugs to enable the drugs to play a role more synergistically and relieve the toxicity and the intensity of other drugs.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
the invention is designed aiming at the characteristics of in vivo heat, excessive dampness and the like of a rash patient caused by a targeted medicament, and obtains good effect in early-stage tests.
