Abstract
本发明公开了一种橄榄叶提取物制备方法及应用,所述橄榄叶提取物制备方法包括:a、将橄榄叶用乙醇水溶液提取,取滤液备用;b、将所得药渣加乙醇重复提取;c、合并滤液,于恒温水浴蒸干得橄榄叶提取物。本发明所述橄榄叶提取物中主要含有裂环烯醚萜及其苷、黄酮及其苷、双黄酮及其苷、低分子单宁等成分,裂环烯醚萜类为主要活性成分。具有广谱抗菌作用和消炎抗氧化作用。

本发明涉及生物提取技术领域,特别涉及一种橄榄叶提取物制备方法。
背景技术
油橄榄是木犀科木犀榄属常绿乔木,是世界著名的木本油料兼果用树种,栽培品种有较高食用价值,含丰富优质食用植物油——油橄榄油,为著名亚热带果树和重要经济林木,主要分布于地中海国家,希腊、意大利、突尼斯、西班牙为集中产地。橄榄叶提取物是内服的广谱抗菌成分。目前为止在橄榄叶中鉴定出最具活性的物质是洋橄榄苦甙,一类被归于裂环烯醚萜类的苦味单帖类皂甙。洋橄榄苦甙和其水解产物对橄榄叶的抗菌功能而言,具有独特的重要意义。在欧美等国家,橄榄叶提取物主要做为膳食补充剂,用于调节免疫力。橄榄叶提取物具有以下功能:(1)广谱抗菌作用(2)抗氧化作用:橄榄苦甙可以保护皮肤细胞不受紫外线的伤害(3)加强免疫系统(4)预防心血管疾病。
发明内容
基于以上目的,本发明提供一种橄榄叶提取物制备方法。
本发明涉及一种橄榄叶提取物,所其制备方法包括:
a、橄榄叶1.5 kg,加 3 倍体积 95% 乙醇超声波提 取 30 min,取滤液备用;
b、将所得药渣加 95% 乙醇重复提取 2 次;
c、合并3次滤液,于60℃恒温水浴蒸干,得橄榄叶乙醇提取物288g,提取率为19.2%。
具体实施方式
以下将结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
橄榄叶1.5 kg,加 3 倍体积 95% 乙醇超声波提取30 min,取滤液,药渣加 95% 乙醇重复提取 2 次,合并3次滤液,于 60℃ 恒温水浴蒸干,得橄榄叶乙 醇提取物 288 g,提取率为 19.2% 。
实施例2
橄榄叶1.5 kg,加 3 倍体积 95% 乙醇超声波提取40min,取滤液,药渣加 95% 乙醇重复提取3次,合并3次滤液,于60℃恒温水浴蒸干,得橄榄叶乙醇提取物 294 g,提取率为19.6% 。
Claims (4)
1.一种橄榄叶提取物制备方法,其特征在于,所述橄榄叶提取物制备方法包括:a、将橄榄叶用乙醇水溶液提取,取滤液备用;b、将所得药渣加乙醇重复提取;c、合并滤液,于恒温水浴蒸干得橄榄叶提取物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的步骤a中乙醇水溶液浓度为95%,用量为橄榄叶3倍体积量,超声波提取30min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的步骤b中乙醇水溶液浓度为95%,重复提取2次。
4.根据权利要求1所述的步骤c中合并3次滤液,于60℃恒温水水浴蒸干。
