Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of circuit board testing, and particularly discloses a signal analysis testing adapter which is used for connecting an MB board to be tested and a small board to be tested and comprises an FPC board, and an interface male head and an interface female head which are arranged on the FPC board and electrically connected with each other; in the interface male head and the interface female head, one of the interface male head and the interface female head is electrically connected with an MB plate interface of an MB plate, and the other interface female head is electrically connected with a small plate interface of a small plate. The signal analysis test adapter can realize staggered connection between an upper layer circuit board and a lower layer circuit board, so that signal analysis measurement is convenient, use is convenient, and time and labor are saved.

at least two locking screws are respectively in threaded connection with the FPC board and the corresponding connecting rods.
Furthermore, one end of each connecting rod, which is close to the FPC board, is provided with a positioning groove, and the FPC board is convexly provided with a plurality of positioning blocks which are respectively matched with the positioning grooves.

As shown in fig. 2-3, a signal analysis test adapter is used to connect the MB board 10 to be tested and the small board 20 to be tested; the signal analysis test adapter comprises an FPC board 30, an interface male head 31 and an interface female head 32 which are arranged on the FPC board 30 and are electrically connected with each other; one of the interface male head 31 and the interface female head 32 is electrically connected to the MB board interface of the MB board 10, and the other is electrically connected to the small board interface of the small board 20.
In order to leave a sufficient space between the FPC board 30 and the MB board 10 and the small board 20, the male connector 31 and the female connector 32 may be provided at both ends of the FPC board 30. The length of the FPC board 30 and the distance between the male connector 31 and the female connector 32 can be selected according to actual conditions. In addition, two sets of PIN needles 40 can be additionally arranged on the signal analysis test adapter, one ends of the two sets of PIN needles 40 are respectively and electrically connected with the interface male connector 31 and the interface female connector 32, and the other ends of the two sets of PIN needles are respectively and electrically connected with the MB board interface and the small board interface in an inserting mode.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, one end of each of the two sets of PIN PINs 40 is respectively plugged into the male connector 31 and the female connector 32 to achieve electrical conduction, so that the use is convenient. Of course, one end of each of the two sets of PIN PINs 40 may be electrically connected to the male connector 31 and the female connector 32 by soldering.
Further, a connecting component is arranged between the interface male head 31 and/or the interface female head 32 and the PIN needle 40; the connecting component comprises an insulating cushion block 50 and a conductive connecting piece embedded in the insulating cushion block 50; the insulating pad block 50 is connected with the FPC board 30; the conductive connector is electrically connected with the corresponding PIN 40 and the corresponding male connector 31 or female connector 32. By additionally arranging the insulating cushion blocks 50 and the conductive connecting pieces, the space between the FPC board 30 and the MB board 10 and the small board 20 can be further enlarged, and the PIN PINs 40 can be firmly connected with the FPC board 30.
In order to improve the stability of the test, the signal analysis test adapter further comprises two connecting members 60; one of the connecting assemblies connects the FPC board 30 and the MB board 10; the other connecting component is connected with the FPC board 30 and the small board 20; both connecting assemblies comprise at least two connecting rods 61 and at least two locking screws 62. Wherein each connecting rod 61 is perpendicular to the FPC board 30; each locking screw 62 is screwed to the FPC board 30 and the corresponding connection rod 61, respectively.
In order to realize accurate connection between each connecting rod 61 and the FPC board 30, a positioning groove may be formed at one end of each connecting rod 61 close to the FPC board 30, and a plurality of positioning blocks 33 respectively engaged with the positioning grooves are protrudingly formed on the FPC board 30. When the connection is performed, the positioning blocks 33 are respectively clamped into the corresponding positioning grooves.

A signal analysis test adapter is used for connecting an MB board to be tested and a small board to be tested; the signal analysis test adapter is characterized by comprising an FPC board, and an interface male head and an interface female head which are arranged on the FPC board and electrically connected with each other; one of the interface male head and the interface female head is electrically connected with the MB board interface of the MB board, and the other is electrically connected with the small board interface of the small board.

The signal analysis and test adapter according to claim 1, further comprising two sets of PIN PINs, wherein one end of each PIN is electrically connected to the male connector and the female connector, and the other end of each PIN is electrically connected to the MB board interface and the small board interface.
3. The signal analysis and test adapter of claim 2, wherein one end of each of the two sets of PIN PINs is electrically connected to the male connector and the female connector.

The signal analysis test adapter according to claim 2 or 3, wherein a connecting component is arranged between the interface male head and/or the interface female head and the PIN needle; the connecting assembly comprises an insulating cushion block and a conductive connecting piece embedded in the insulating cushion block; the insulating cushion block is connected with the FPC board; the conductive connecting piece is electrically connected with the corresponding PIN needle and the corresponding interface male head or interface female head.
5. The signal analysis test adapter of claim 1, further comprising two connection assemblies; one of the connecting assemblies connects the FPC board and the MB board; the other connecting component is connected with the FPC board and the small board; two the coupling assembling all includes:
at least two connecting rods, each connecting rod is perpendicular to the FPC board; and
at least two locking screws are respectively in threaded connection with the FPC board and the corresponding connecting rods.
6. The signal analysis and test adapter according to claim 5, wherein one end of each of the connecting rods adjacent to the FPC board is provided with a positioning groove, and the FPC board is provided with a plurality of positioning blocks protruding thereon and respectively engaged with the positioning grooves.
