Abstract
本发明公开了一种原浆本色卫生纸的加工工艺,先制作粗木浆和粗竹浆备用,然后选取质量比为2:1粗木浆与粗竹浆,对其进行碎浆和磨浆,然后通过真空网笼的抽吸使纸页成型,然后对成型的纸页进行烘干、切割、收卷,即可制得成品,本发明由于竹浆的撕裂度和松厚度高,将其与木浆进行混合使用,能够提高卫生纸的抗撕拉强度,解决了现有纸张易断的现象,对竹料与木料进行分开蒸煮,提高原料的使用率,在木浆中添加竹浆,降低纸张的成本,在竹料进行蒸煮时,采用不同的蒸煮液,提高其木素的脱除率,加入湿强剂以及造纸分散剂,提高卫生纸的松厚度以及湿强度,制得的卫生纸在具有良好柔软度的同时吸水性较好,同时能够使得纸张的颜色均匀。

技术领域
本发明涉及卫生纸加工相关领域,具体为一种原浆本色卫生纸的加工工艺。
背景技术
目前市面上的卫生纸几乎都是经漂白处理的,其所使用的漂白剂大都有致癌、致突变性等,不益于身体健康,且对水环境也造成很大的影响。随着人们环保、健康意识的增强,本色卫生纸为适应需求而产生,目前一般采用纯木浆进行制作,使得制作成本较高,不利于人们长期使用,且纸张的撕裂度和松厚度低,给人们使用卫生纸带来许多麻烦。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种原浆本色卫生纸的加工工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种原浆本色卫生纸的加工工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1、粗木浆制备:选取一到两年生的野生灌木枝条,通过切割设备将其切成长度为35-60mm,然后通过破碎设备对其进行破碎,将破碎后的原料进行蒸煮处理、搅拌、筛选和过滤后,制得粗木浆;
S2、粗竹浆制备:选取一年生的竹子,通过切割设备将竹子切制长度为35-70mm,厚度为3-4mm的竹片,将处理后的竹片放入蒸煮设备中,蒸煮设备中加入的蒸煮液与绝干竹片的质量比为1:4,然后进行破碎、搅拌和过滤处理,制得粗竹浆;
S3、选取质量比为2:1粗木浆与粗竹浆;加入一定量的水对混合浆进行搅拌、过滤,除去混合浆中的杂质,然后将混合浆加入碎浆机中,对其进行碎浆,同时加入一定的反应剂;
S4、将碎浆后的浆料输送至双面磨盘中进行磨浆,磨浆后进行洗涤;
S5、在洗涤后的浆料中加入浓度为0.2-0.5%的湿强剂以及浓度为0.05-0.07%造纸分散剂,进行搅拌混合,然后通过压力流浆箱将浆料喷至真空网笼中,经真空网笼的抽吸使纸页成型,然后对成型的纸页进行烘干、切割、收卷,即可制得成品。
优选的,步骤S1中通过破碎装置将枝条处理成厚度为2-8mm木料片,进行蒸煮处理,选取自来水与绝干木料片的质量比为2.5:1,将其放入蒸煮锅中进行蒸煮110-200mi即可。
优选的,步骤S2中分两次进行蒸煮竹片,第一次蒸煮竹片的温度保持在110-118℃,蒸煮时间为40-60min,第二次蒸煮竹片的温度保持在120-130℃,蒸煮时间为25-350min,整个蒸煮过程中,需要对竹片进行不断搅拌。
优选的,步骤S2中蒸煮液是由氢氧化钠、亚硫酸钠、硼氢化钠、烷基聚葡糖苷和水组成。
优选的,步骤S3中碎浆浓度为7-14%,叩解度18-20°SR。
优选的,步骤S3中反应剂是由氢氧化钾、打浆酶和增强剂组成,氢氧化钾、打浆酶和增强剂三者的质量比为3:7:1,反应剂的用量为绝干竹片质量的1.5%。
优选的,步骤S4中磨浆浓度为3-4%,叩解度21-25°SR。
优选的,步骤S5中湿强剂为三聚氰胺-甲醛树脂、脲醛对脂和聚丙烯酰胺-乙二醛树脂一种或者多种组合。
优选的,步骤S5中造纸分散剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和聚丙烯酸钠中的一种或者多种组合。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:由于竹浆的撕裂度和松厚度高,且竹浆为中等纤维长度的纸浆,将其与木浆进行混合使用,能够提高卫生纸的抗撕拉强度,解决了现有纸张易断的现象,对竹料与木料进行分开蒸煮,提高原料的使用率,在木浆中添加竹浆,降低纸张的成本,在竹料进行蒸煮时,采用不同的蒸煮液,提高其木素的脱除率,在洗涤后的浆料中加入浓度为0.2-0.5%的湿强剂以及浓度为0.05-0.07%造纸分散剂,提高卫生纸的松厚度以及湿强度,制得的卫生纸在具有良好柔软度的同时吸水性较好,同时能够使得纸张的颜色均匀。

本发明提供一种技术方案:一种原浆本色卫生纸的加工工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1、粗木浆制备:选取一到两年生的野生灌木枝条,通过切割设备将其切成长度为35-60mm,然后通过破碎设备对其进行破碎,将破碎后的原料进行蒸煮处理、搅拌、筛选和过滤后,制得粗木浆;
S2、粗竹浆制备:选取一年生的竹子,通过切割设备将竹子切制长度为35-70mm,厚度为3-4mm的竹片,将处理后的竹片放入蒸煮设备中,蒸煮设备中加入的蒸煮液与绝干竹片的质量比为1:4,然后进行破碎、搅拌和过滤处理,制得粗竹浆;
S3、选取质量比为2:1粗木浆与粗竹浆;加入一定量的水对混合浆进行搅拌、过滤,除去混合浆中的杂质,然后将混合浆加入碎浆机中,对其进行碎浆,同时加入一定的反应剂;
S4、将碎浆后的浆料输送至双面磨盘中进行磨浆,磨浆后进行洗涤;
S5、在洗涤后的浆料中加入浓度为0.2-0.5%的湿强剂以及浓度为0.05-0.07%造纸分散剂,进行搅拌混合,然后通过压力流浆箱将浆料喷至真空网笼中,经真空网笼的抽吸使纸页成型,然后对成型的纸页进行烘干、切割、收卷,即可制得成品。

工作原理:由于竹浆的撕裂度和松厚度高,且竹浆为中等纤维长度的纸浆,将其与木浆进行混合使用,能够提高卫生纸的抗撕拉强度,解决了现有纸张易断的现象,对竹料与木料进行分开蒸煮,提高原料的使用率,在木浆中添加竹浆,降低纸张的成本,在竹料进行蒸煮时,采用不同的蒸煮液,提高其木素的脱除率,在洗涤后的浆料中加入浓度为0.2-0.5%的湿强剂以及浓度为0.05-0.07%造纸分散剂,提高卫生纸的松厚度以及湿强度,制得的卫生纸在具有良好柔软度的同时吸水性较好,同时能够使得纸张的颜色均匀。

Claims (9)
1.一种原浆本色卫生纸的加工工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1、粗木浆制备:选取一到两年生的野生灌木枝条,通过切割设备将其切成长度为35-60mm,然后通过破碎设备对其进行破碎,将破碎后的原料进行蒸煮处理、搅拌、筛选和过滤后,制得粗木浆;
S2、粗竹浆制备:选取一年生的竹子,通过切割设备将竹子切制长度为35-70mm,厚度为3-4mm的竹片,将处理后的竹片放入蒸煮设备中,蒸煮设备中加入的蒸煮液与绝干竹片的质量比为1:4,然后进行破碎、搅拌和过滤处理,制得粗竹浆;
S3、选取质量比为2:1粗木浆与粗竹浆;加入一定量的水对混合浆进行搅拌、过滤,除去混合浆中的杂质,然后将混合浆加入碎浆机中,对其进行碎浆,同时加入一定的反应剂;
S4、将碎浆后的浆料输送至双面磨盘中进行磨浆,磨浆后进行洗涤;
S5、在洗涤后的浆料中加入浓度为0.2-0.5%的湿强剂以及浓度为0.05-0.07%造纸分散剂,进行搅拌混合,然后通过压力流浆箱将浆料喷至真空网笼中,经真空网笼的抽吸使纸页成型,然后对成型的纸页进行烘干、切割、收卷,即可制得成品。
