Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field related to wall surface cleaning agents, in particular to a saltpetering cleaning and alkali inhibiting agent for brick walls and stone surfaces.
Background
At present, in more and more cultural relics and buildings, the phenomena of efflorescence after the surfaces of brick walls and stones are cleaned are serious in the repairing process. The main reason is that natural stone and brick crystals are relatively thick, many capillaries cannot be seen by naked eyes exist, and water is transmitted to the other side through the capillary immersed surface in the stone. The characteristics and capillary pores of the natural stone provide channels for the permeation and precipitation of substances such as water, alkali, salt and the like in the bonding material and the formation of whiskering. The generation of alkali, salt and other component substances in the bonding material is a direct substance source for generating saltpetering by permeating pores of the stone and the brick. When the building is built, moisture-proof treatment is not carried out, so that water vapor permeates upwards along the wall body and is also the main reason for generating saltpetering.
The invention provides a whiskering cleaning and alkali inhibiting agent for brick wall and stone surface, which uses oxalic acid, alkyl polyglucoside, fatty acid glucamide, alkylphenol ethoxylate, alkyl amine oxide or ethoxylated amine, alkyl benzene sulfonate, taurine salt, alkyl sulfate, ethoxyl sulfonate or alkyl ether sulfate, water-miscible glycol, soluble alkali metal, phenoxyethanol, glycol ether or dipropylene glycol n-propyl ether, catalyst and deionized water to continuously mix and match and adjust the best cleaning time, removes the soluble alkali or salt, ensures no damage to the material surface, and simultaneously uses high permeability, fast curing and other sealing materials to brush to reduce whiskering phenomenon after repairing, thereby achieving the purpose of protecting the antique building wall surface and the stone surface.
