The cloth material distributing device not only can improve the stability of cloth materials, but also has the advantages of good cloth material ventilating effect, high cloth material comfort, high working efficiency and low production cost.

The heating pre-foaming temperature in the step C is 90-110 ℃, the pressure of a heating plate is 0MPa, and the heating time is 1-2 min; in the hot-pressing foaming process, the pressure of a heating plate is 0.39-0.59 MPa, the hot-pressing time is 30-60S, and the hot-pressing temperature is 90-110 ℃; the vacuum cooling and shaping in the step D are to utilize two shaping plates to shape the double-layer composite cloth, wherein the shaping pressure is 0.39MPa to 0.59 MPa; then the double-layer composite cloth passes through three vacuum chambers in sequence, wherein the temperature of the first vacuum chamber is 80-90 ℃ and the time is 5-10 seconds; the temperature of the second vacuum chamber is 50-70 ℃ and the time is 10-20S; the temperature of the third vacuum chamber is 10-20 ℃ and the time is 5-10S; the enzyme washing treatment in the step A is to wash the cotton base fabric for 5 times by using water with the temperature of 75-85 ℃; then soaking the cotton base cloth after washing in oxalic acid solution with the temperature of 65-70 ℃ and the concentration of 15g/kg for 6-10 min; after soaking, washing for 3 times by using water at the temperature of 60-65 ℃ to finish enzyme washing; and the drying temperature in the step B is 60-80 ℃, and the drying is carried out until the water content of each 1000 ml of the adhesive liquid is 4-6%.

The heating pre-foaming temperature in the step C is 110 ℃, the pressure of a heating plate is 0MPa, and the heating time is 1 min; in the hot-pressing foaming process, the pressure of a heating plate is 0.39MPa, the hot-pressing time is 60S, and the hot-pressing temperature is 110 ℃; the vacuum cooling and shaping in the step D are to utilize two shaping plates to shape the double-layer composite cloth, wherein the shaping pressure is 0.39 MPa; then, the double-layer composite cloth passes through three vacuum chambers in sequence, wherein the temperature of the first vacuum chamber is 90 ℃ and the time is 5S; the temperature of the second vacuum chamber is 70 ℃ and the time is 10S; the temperature of the third vacuum chamber is 20 ℃ and the time is 5S; the enzyme washing treatment in the step A is to wash the cotton base cloth with water at the temperature of 85 ℃ for 5 times; then soaking the washed cotton base cloth in oxalic acid solution with the temperature of 70 ℃ and the concentration of 15g/kg for 6 min; after soaking, washing for 3 times by using water at the temperature of 65 ℃ to finish enzyme washing; and the drying temperature in the step B is 80 ℃, and the drying is carried out until the water content of the adhesive liquid per 1000 ml is 4%.
