(4) mixing: putting the cattle bone peptide powder, the deer bone peptide powder, the soybean peptide powder and the pea peptide powder weighed in the step (1), the aspartame powder obtained in the step (2) and the black ginseng extract powder obtained in the step (3) into a container for mixing, and stirring uniformly to obtain mixed powder;
(5) and (3) granulating: and (4) granulating the mixed powder obtained in the step (4) to obtain the solid beverage of black ginseng, bovine bone peptide, deer bone peptide, soybean peptide and pea peptide.
Example 3:
a solid beverage containing black ginseng, fish peptide and wheat peptide and its preparation method are provided:
1. the feed is prepared from the following raw materials: 120g of black ginseng with the water content of 3.5%, 35g of fish peptide powder, 40g of wheat peptide powder, 2g of aspartame and 2g of xylitol.
2. The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing materials: weighing black ginseng, fish peptide powder, wheat peptide powder, aspartame and xylitol according to the mass parts for later use;
(2) crushing: respectively crushing the black ginseng, the aspartame and the xylitol weighed in the step (1), and sieving the crushed black ginseng, the aspartame and the xylitol by a 150-mesh sieve to obtain black ginseng powder, aspartame powder and xylitol powder for later use;
(3) milling:
1) preparing an extracting solution: putting the black ginseng powder obtained in the step (2) into a hot reflux extraction concentrator, adding 1200g of drinking water, heating and refluxing the drinking water for extraction for 3 hours, and filtering to obtain filtrate and dregs of a decoction; adding 1080g of drinking water into the above residues, heating, refluxing, extracting for 2h, and filtering to obtain filtrate and residues; adding 960g drinking water into the residue, heating and reflux-extracting for 1 hr, and filtering to obtain filtrate and residue; mixing the above 3 filtrates to obtain black ginseng extractive solution;
2) preparing dry paste: drying and concentrating the black ginseng extract obtained in the step 1) at the drying temperature of 73 ℃ and the vacuum degree of (-0.06) — (-0.08) until the relative density of the thick paste reaches 1.32 (89 ℃ by heat measurement) to obtain black ginseng dry paste;
3) grinding: crushing the black ginseng dry paste obtained in the step 2), and sieving the crushed black ginseng dry paste with a 150-mesh sieve to obtain 36g of black ginseng extract powder for later use;
(4) mixing: putting the fish peptide powder and the wheat peptide powder weighed in the step (1), the aspartame powder and the xylitol powder obtained in the step (2) and the black ginseng extract powder obtained in the step (3) into a container, mixing, and uniformly stirring to obtain mixed powder;
(5) and (3) granulating: and (4) granulating the mixed powder obtained in the step (4) to obtain the solid beverage of black ginseng, fish peptide and wheat peptide.

Claims (2)
1. A solid beverage taking black ginseng and peptide as raw materials is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials (in terms of mass grams): 100-120% of black ginseng, 5-45% of animal peptide powder, 5-45% of plant peptide powder and 0-5% of sweetening agent, wherein the water content of the black ginseng is less than 5.0%; the animal peptide powder is one or more of bovine bone peptide powder, deer bone peptide powder, fish peptide powder or other animal peptide powder; the plant peptide powder is one or more of soybean peptide powder, pea peptide powder, wheat peptide powder or other plant peptide powder; the sweetener is one or more of stevioside, aspartame, xylitol or other sweeteners (the raw materials meet the national standard of food safety).
2. The solid beverage taking black ginseng and peptide as raw materials is characterized in that the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing materials: weighing black ginseng, animal peptide powder, plant peptide powder and a sweetening agent according to parts by weight for later use;
(2) crushing: respectively crushing the black ginseng and the sweetener weighed in the step (1), and sieving with a sieve of 150-200 meshes to obtain black ginseng powder and sweetener powder for later use;
(3) milling:
1) preparing an extracting solution: putting the black ginseng powder obtained in the step (2) into a hot reflux extraction concentrator, adding 10 times of drinking water, heating and refluxing for extraction for 3 hours, and filtering to obtain filtrate and dregs; adding drinking water 9 times the amount of black ginseng powder into the above residue, heating and reflux-extracting for 2 hr, and filtering to obtain filtrate and residue; adding 8 times of drinking water into the residue, heating and reflux-extracting for 1 hr, and filtering to obtain filtrate and residue; mixing the above 3 filtrates to obtain black ginseng extractive solution;
2) preparing dry paste: drying and concentrating the black ginseng extract obtained in the step 1) at the drying temperature of 60-75 ℃ and the vacuum degree of (-0.06) — (-0.08) until the relative density of the thick paste reaches 1.25-1.35 (80-90 ℃ by thermal test) to obtain black ginseng dry paste;
3) grinding: crushing the black ginseng dry paste obtained in the step 2), and sieving with a sieve of 150-200 meshes to obtain black ginseng extract powder for later use (30 g of black ginseng extract can be obtained by extracting 100g of black ginseng);
(4) mixing: placing the animal peptide powder and the plant peptide powder weighed in the step (1), the sweetener powder obtained in the step (2) and the black ginseng extract powder obtained in the step (3) into a container for mixing, and uniformly stirring to obtain mixed powder;
(5) and (3) granulating: and (4) granulating the mixed powder obtained in the step (4) to obtain the solid beverage.
