Abstract
本发明公开了一种高产蛋鸡预混料及其生产方法,每吨预混料中含有石粉120‑200kg,磷酸氢钙160‑220kg,食盐60‑65kg,复合微量元素35‑45kg,复合维生素5‑7kg,维生素C 2‑3kg,25‑羟基维生素D3 0.1‑0.3kg,氯化胆碱30‑36kg,元明粉20‑30kg,蛋氨酸25‑35kg,赖氨酸硫酸盐20‑30kg,乙氧基喹啉0.8‑1kg,乳酸片球菌1‑2kg,植酸酶2‑4kg,禽用复合酶2‑4kg,复方中草药5‑10kg,麦饭石50‑300kg,稻壳粉50‑150kg。预混料由各组分混合制成。本发明生产工艺简单;提高了产蛋率,改善鸡蛋品质,降低死淘率及破蛋率。

技术领域
本发明涉及饲料加工技术领域,特别是涉及一种高产蛋鸡预混料及其生产方法 。
背景技术
蛋鸡预混料是全价配合日粮的核心部分,其品质高低对蛋鸡产蛋率、蛋品质及鸡群状况具有重要影响。预混料中微量元素和维生素参与鸡营养代谢过程,是许多酶的重要辅助因子。蛋氨酸参与蛋白质合成、羽毛生长维持等,此外,预混料配方对产蛋率和蛋重大小的影响也不可忽视,配方直接决定了配制后全价日粮的能量和蛋白水平,如达不到要求将会增加采食量,影响产蛋高峰期。现有技术中的蛋鸡预混料主要包括钙、磷、微量元素、氨基酸、复合维生素、胆碱等成分。预混料在蛋鸡养殖中需配合玉米、豆粕、麸皮、豆油等原料使用。随着育种技术的发展,蛋鸡的遗传潜能得以不断发掘。目前高产蛋鸡产蛋能力已逐渐向700天500枚的目标靠拢,普通预混料产品按照常规标准设置营养参数,已不能满足现代高产蛋鸡的需求。高产蛋鸡预混料除了要求满足高产蛋率的营养要求,产蛋周期也大幅延长。预混料中各种营养成分需要强化,另外还需要添加部分功能性成分以增强鸡抗应激能力和免疫力,以应对环境应激、疫病侵袭和产蛋负荷,使鸡群稳定,保持高产稳产。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于克服上述不足,提供营养成分强化,同时包含乳酸片球菌和复方中草药的蛋鸡预混料,能够显著提高蛋鸡免疫力和抗应激能力,保持鸡群健康稳定,进而实现高产稳产,并延长产蛋高峰期的一种高产蛋鸡预混料及其生产方法 。
为达到上述目的,本发明是按照以下技术方案实施的:
一种高产蛋鸡预混料,所述预混料由下述重量配比的原料制备而成,每吨预混料中含有:石粉120-200kg,磷酸氢钙160-220kg,食盐60-65kg,复合微量元素35-45kg,复合维生素5-7kg,维生素C 2-3kg,25-羟基维生素D3 0.1-0.3kg,氯化胆碱30-36kg,元明粉20-30kg,蛋氨酸25-35kg,赖氨酸硫酸盐20-30kg,乙氧基喹啉0.8-1kg,乳酸片球菌1-2kg,植酸酶2-4kg,禽用复合酶2-4kg,复方中草药5-10kg,麦饭石50-300kg,稻壳粉50-150kg。
优选的每吨预混料中含有:石粉160-200kg,磷酸氢钙180-220kg,食盐60-63kg,复合微量元素35-40kg,复合维生素5-6kg,维生素C2.5-3kg,25-羟基维生素D3 0.2-0.3kg,氯化胆碱32-36kg,元明粉25-30kg,蛋氨酸30-35kg,赖氨酸硫酸盐25-30kg,乙氧基喹啉0.9-1kg,乳酸片球菌1-1.5kg,植酸酶3-4kg,禽用复合酶3-4kg,复方中草药7-10kg,麦饭石170-270kg,稻壳粉100-150kg
优选的,所述复合微量元素每千克含:铜4-6g,铁32-48g,锰48-72g,锌35-54g,硒0.15-0.25g,碘0.35-0.65g,余量为稻壳粉。
优选的,所述复合维生素每千克含:维生素A 45000000IU,维生素D3 1000000IU,维生素E 40g,维生素K3 2g,维生素B1 5g,维生素B2 20g,维生素B6 10g,维生素B120.05g,D-生物素0.1g,D-泛酸钙20g,乙氧基喹啉0.5g,余量为稻壳粉。
优选的,所述禽用复合酶每克含:纤维素酶 500U,β-葡聚糖酶2000U,木聚糖酶10000U,蛋白酶5000U,余量为稻壳粉。
优选的,所述每千克复方中草药含:黄芪120-200g,党参100-150,防风50-80g,腐殖酸钠50-120g,金银花50-100g、白术50-100g,陈皮50-100g,山楂50-80g,松针100-150g,芦根60-120g,贯众50-100g。
一种高产蛋鸡预混料的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,将微粉碎至100-120目的复方中草药、复合维生素、维生素C、25-羟基维生素D3、乙氧基喹啉、乳酸片球菌、植酸酶和禽用复合酶用腰鼓混合机混合5min,得到混合料;
S2,将 S1得到的混合料、石粉、磷酸氢钙、复合微量元素、蛋氨酸、赖氨酸硫酸盐、食盐、麦饭石、稻壳粉、元明粉和氯化胆碱加入混合机中混合3min,得到所述高产蛋鸡预混料。
本发明中按照上述组分配方以及生产方法获得高产蛋鸡预混料,在使用时,按照蛋鸡的不同生长周期选取不同配方比例的预混料与玉米、豆粕、麸皮,豆油,石粉一起使用,配制成全价日粮后饲喂。
本发明的作用原理:高产蛋鸡需要充足的营养供应,本发明在满足鸡产蛋高峰期微量元素、氨基酸等常规养分需要的基础上,强化了常规维生素供给,提高了营养物质在鸡体内的代谢效率。另外,额外补充的25-羟基维生素D3 ,增加了钙、磷的吸收沉积。此外乳酸片球菌能够在肠道定植,抑制肠道致病微生物增殖,改善肠道健康水平,最终提高了养分吸收效率。复方中草药增加了腐殖酸钠、防风、贯众等,与其他中草药相互裨益,具有补中益气的功效,复方中草药和预混料的其他组份混合,互相配合,使中草药细胞壁组分降解,释放中草药生物活性成分,能大幅提高中草药的利用率,添加后提高了蛋鸡免疫力和抗应激能力,使吸收的营养物质主要转化为鸡蛋,提高了饲料利用率。这些要素综合作用,最终保障了高产蛋率,同时改善了蛋壳质量,减少了破蛋率,降低了死淘率。
本发明的预混料的各组分结合独特的复方中草药组份,能使复方中草药活性成分充分释放。制成全价日粮饲喂具有显著的作用效果,提高了营养物质在鸡体内的代谢效率,能大幅提高蛋鸡的产蛋率,提高抗应激能力及免疫力,减少抗生素等药物使用。符合中草药组分中,防风具有祛风除湿的作用,贯众具有清热解毒的作用,腐殖酸钠可促进生长发育,帮助营养元素的吸收且具有收敛、抗腹泻的作用。复方中草药有助于提高饲料利用率,进而提高蛋鸡养殖效率和食品安全水平。
本发明的高产蛋鸡预混料在使用时,按照蛋鸡的不同生长周期选取不同配方比例的预混料与玉米、豆粕、麸皮,豆油,石粉一起使用,配制成全价日粮后饲喂。

本发明的预混料组分和生产方法简单,生产方便;营养成分强化,同时包含乳酸片球菌和复方中草药的蛋鸡预混料,能够显著提高蛋鸡免疫力和抗应激能力,保持鸡群健康稳定,进而实现高产稳产,并延长产蛋高峰期,且具有提高饲料利用率,提高蛋鸡产蛋率,改善鸡蛋品质,降低死淘率,降低破蛋率的作用。

下面以具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述,在此发明的示意性实施例以及说明用来解释本发明,但并不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例1
一种高产蛋鸡预混料:每吨预混料中含有石粉200kg,磷酸氢钙220kg,复合微量元素40kg,蛋氨酸35kg,赖氨酸硫酸盐25kg,食盐60kg,麦饭石175.8kg,稻壳粉150kg,元明粉30kg,氯化胆碱36kg,100-120目的复方中草药10kg,复合维生素6kg,维生素C 3kg,25-羟基维生素D3 0.2 kg,乙氧基喹啉1kg,乳酸片球菌1kg,植酸酶3kg,禽用复合酶4kg。
一种高产蛋鸡预混料的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,将微粉碎至100-120目的中草药混合物10kg、复合维生素6kg、维生素C 3kg、25-羟基维生素D3 0.2 kg、乙氧基喹啉1kg、乳酸片球菌1kg、植酸酶3kg、禽用复合酶4kg、用50kg腰鼓混合机混合5min,得到混合料;
S2,将 S1得到的混合料、石粉200kg、磷酸氢钙220kg、复合微量元素40kg、蛋氨酸35kg、赖氨酸硫酸盐25kg、食盐60kg、麦饭石175.8kg、稻壳粉150kg、元明粉30kg和氯化胆碱36kg加入混合机中混合3min,得到所述高产蛋鸡预混料。
实施例2
一种高产蛋鸡预混料:每吨预混料中含有石粉170kg,磷酸氢钙180kg,复合微量元素35kg,蛋氨酸30kg,赖氨酸硫酸盐25kg,食盐60kg,麦饭石260.8kg,稻壳粉150kg,元明粉30kg,氯化胆碱32kg,100-120目的复方中草药10kg,复合维生素5kg,维生素C 3kg,25-羟基维生素D3 0.2 kg,乙氧基喹啉1kg,乳酸片球菌1kg,植酸酶3kg,禽用复合酶4kg。
一种高产蛋鸡预混料生产方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,将微粉碎至100-120目的中草药混合物10kg,复合维生素5kg,维生素C 3kg,25-羟基维生素D3 0.2 kg,乙氧基喹啉1kg,乳酸片球菌1kg,植酸酶3kg,禽用复合酶4kg,用50kg腰鼓混合机混合5min,得到混合料;
S2,将 S1得到的混合料、石粉170kg、磷酸氢钙180kg、复合微量元素35kg、蛋氨酸30kg、赖氨酸硫酸盐25kg、食盐60kg、麦饭石260.8kg、稻壳粉150kg、元明粉30kg和氯化胆碱32kg加入混合机中混合3min,得到所述高产蛋鸡预混料。
本发明中按照上述组分配方以及生产方法获得高产蛋鸡预混料,在使用时,按照蛋鸡的不同生长周期选取不同配方比例的预混料与玉米、豆粕、麸皮,豆油,石粉一起使用,配制成全价日粮后饲喂。具体配比如下:
蛋鸡生长18-55周的全价日粮包括以下重量份的原料:玉米61份,豆粕25份,豆油1份,石粉8份,实施例1中的预混料5份。
蛋鸡生长56周-淘汰的全价日粮包括以下重量份的原料:玉米62份,豆粕23份,麸皮2份,石粉8份,实施例2中的预混料5份。
动物实验验证:
(一)高峰期鸡群验证试验
1、实验方法及分组 :
将2000只150日龄的海兰褐蛋鸡随机分为两组,每组1000只鸡。第一组设为对照组,对照组饲喂普通预混料配制的全价日粮。第二组为试验组,试验组饲喂实施例1中的预混料组成的全价日粮,两组全价日粮除预混料外其余成分一致,饲养周期30天。
2、评价指标:
根据成活率、平均产蛋率、破蛋数量评估鸡群抗应激能力和产蛋性能,根据蛋料比评估投入产出比。

按照实施例1中制备获得的高产蛋鸡预混料被产蛋高峰期蛋鸡使用后,其产蛋率和蛋品质明显优于对照组普通预混料。
(二)产蛋后期老龄鸡群验证试验
1、实验方法及分组 :
将2000只420日龄的海兰褐蛋鸡随机分为两组,每组1000只鸡。第一组设为对照组,对照组饲喂普通预混料配制的全价日粮。第二组为试验组,试验组饲喂实施例2中的的预混料组成的全价日粮,两组全价日粮除预混料外其余成分一致,饲养周期30天。
2、评价指标:
根据成活率、平均产蛋率、破蛋数量评估鸡群抗应激能力和产蛋性能,根据蛋料比评估投入产出比。

4、结果分析
按照实施例2中制备获得的高产蛋鸡预混料被产蛋后期老龄鸡使用后,其产蛋率和蛋品质明显优于对照组普通预混料。
本发明的技术方案不限于上述具体实施例的限制,凡是根据本发明的技术方案做出的技术变形,均落入本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种高产蛋鸡预混料,其特征在于:所述预混料由下述重量配比的原料 制备而成,每吨预混料中含有:石粉120-200kg,磷酸氢钙160-220kg,食盐60-65kg,复合微量元素35-45kg,复合维生素5-7kg,维生素C 2-3kg,25-羟基维生素D3 0.1-0.3kg,氯化胆碱30-36kg,元明粉20-30kg,蛋氨酸25-35kg,赖氨酸硫酸盐20-30kg,乙氧基喹啉0.8-1kg,乳酸片球菌1-2kg,植酸酶2-4kg,禽用复合酶2-4kg,复方中草药5-10kg,麦饭石50-300kg,稻壳粉50-150kg。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高产蛋鸡预混料,其特征在于:每吨预混料中含有:石粉160-200kg,磷酸氢钙180-220kg,食盐60-63kg,复合微量元素35-40kg,复合维生素5-6kg,维生素C 2.5-3kg,25-羟基维生素D3 0.2-0.3kg,氯化胆碱32-36kg,元明粉25-30kg,蛋氨酸30-35kg,赖氨酸硫酸盐25-30kg,乙氧基喹啉0.9-1kg,乳酸片球菌1-1.5kg,植酸酶3-4kg,禽用复合酶3-4kg,复方中草药7-10kg,麦饭石170-270kg,稻壳粉100-150kg。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种高产蛋鸡预混料,其特征在于:所述复合微量元素每千克含:铜4-6g,铁32-48g,锰48-72g,锌35-54g,硒0.15-0.25g,碘0.35-0.65g,余量为稻壳粉。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种高产蛋鸡预混料,其特征在于:所述复合维生素每千克含:维生素A 45000000IU,维生素D3 1000000IU,维生素E 40g,维生素K3 2g,维生素B15g,维生素B2 20g,维生素B6 10g,维生素B12 0.05g,D-生物素0.1g,D-泛酸钙20g,乙氧基喹啉0.5g,余量为稻壳粉。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种高产蛋鸡预混料,其特征在于:所述禽用复合酶每克含:纤维素酶 500U,β-葡聚糖酶2000U,木聚糖酶 10000U,蛋白酶5000U,余量为稻壳粉。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种高产蛋鸡预混料,其特征在于:所述每千克复方中草药含:黄芪120-200g,党参100-150g,防风50-80g,腐殖酸钠50-120g,金银花50-100g、白术50-100g,陈皮50-100g,山楂50-80g,松针100-150g,芦根60-120g,贯众50-100g。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的一种高产蛋鸡预混料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1,将微粉碎至100-120目的复方中草药、复合维生素、维生素C、25-羟基维生素D3、乙氧基喹啉、乳酸片球菌、植酸酶和禽用复合酶用腰鼓混合机混合5min,得到混合料;
S2,将 S1得到的混合料、石粉、磷酸氢钙、复合微量元素、蛋氨酸、赖氨酸硫酸盐、食盐、麦饭石、稻壳粉、元明粉和氯化胆碱加入混合机中混合3min,得到所述高产蛋鸡预混料。
