Description
技术领域
本发明属于家禽养殖技术领域,涉及一种复合预混料其制备方法以用法,具体涉及一种用于产蛋鸡的复合预混料其制备方法及用法。
背景技术
蛋鸡复合预混料是蛋鸡全价饲料的核心,在饲料成本中占比例较小,但作用关键,配合以科学的配方,能够满足高产蛋鸡生产的需要,但市场上蛋鸡复合预混料配方不合理,易导致蛋鸡生产性能下降。
枯草芽孢杆菌菌体在生长过程中产生的枯草菌素、多粘菌素、制霉菌素、短杆菌肽等活性物质,对致病菌或内源性感染的条件致病菌有明显的抑制作用;枯草芽孢杆菌,降低肠道PH值,间接抑制其它致病菌生长;刺激免疫器官的生长发育,激活T、B淋巴细胞,提高免疫球蛋白和抗体水平,增强细胞免疫和体液免疫功能,提高群体免疫力;枯草芽孢杆菌菌体自身合成α-淀粉酶、蛋白酶、脂肪酶、纤维素酶等酶类,在消化道中与动物体内的消化酶类一同发挥作用;能合成维生素B1、B2、B6、烟酸等多种B族维生素,提高动物体内干扰素和巨噬细胞的活性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术所存在的上述不足,提供一种用于产蛋鸡的5%复合预混料其制备方法及用法,本发明将芽孢杆菌科学引入到复合预混料中,不但能改善蛋鸡肠道健康,维持正常微生物体系,提高抗病力,而且,促进不同营养物质的吸收利用,促使蛋鸡养殖最佳生产性能的发挥。
其技术方案为:
一种用于产蛋鸡的复合预混料,每1千克复合预混料主要营养成分含量为:维生素A170000IU、维生素D350000IU、维生素E 200IU、维生素K3(以甲萘醌计)30mg、维生素B140mg、维生素B2110mg、维生素B680mg、维生素B120.2mg、叶酸15mg、生物素3.6mg、烟酸700mg、泛酸250mg、铁1800mg、铜160mg、锌1400mg、锰1300mg、碘10mg、硒7mg、蛋氨酸18000mg、氯化胆碱6000mg、植酸酶4000mg、枯草芽孢杆菌100000mg。
一种用于产蛋鸡的复合预混料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)先按配方准确称量维生素A、维生素D3、维生素E、维生素K3、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、叶酸、生物素、烟酰胺、泛酸钙,硫酸亚铁、硫酸铜、硫酸锌、硫酸锰、碘化钾、亚硒酸钠、蛋氨酸、氯化胆碱、植酸酶、及枯草芽孢杆菌充分混合8分钟,得到预混合物;
2)再准确称量磷酸氢钙100g、食盐60g、碳酸氢钠20g、沸石粉360g,余量使用稻壳粉补齐,与步骤1)所得混合物共同搅拌混合10分钟,即得;

与现有技术相比,本发明的技术方案具有以下优点:
本发明所述的复合预混料可显著提高35周龄的蛋鸡的产蛋率和降低料蛋比,改善蛋品质。同时,复合预混料可有效改善蛋鸡体况,如死淘率及羽毛状况,降低圈舍内粪便异味等。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
实施例1本发明是一种用于产蛋鸡的复合预混料,每1千克复合预混料主要营养成分含量为:维生素A 170000IU、维生素D350000IU、维生素E 200IU、维生素K3(以甲萘醌计)30mg、维生素B140mg、维生素B2110mg、维生素B680mg、维生素B120.2mg、叶酸15mg、生物素3.6mg、烟酸700mg、泛酸250mg、铁1800mg、铜160mg、锌1400mg、锰1300mg、碘10mg、硒7mg、蛋氨酸18000mg、氯化胆碱6000mg、植酸酶4000mg、枯草芽孢杆菌100000mg。
一种用于产蛋鸡的复合预混料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:1)先按配方准确称量维生素A、维生素D3、维生素E、维生素K3、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、叶酸、生物素、烟酰胺、泛酸钙,硫酸亚铁、硫酸铜、硫酸锌、硫酸锰、碘化钾、亚硒酸钠、蛋氨酸、氯化胆碱、植酸酶、及枯草芽孢杆菌充分混合8分钟,得到预混合物;
2)再准确称量磷酸氢钙100g、食盐60g、碳酸氢钠20g、沸石粉360g,余量使用稻壳粉补齐,与步骤1)所得混合物共同搅拌混合10分钟,即得。
本发明的载体可用稻壳粉,水分应控制在8%以下。
本发明的复合物在生产实际中的添加使用是:
配方一:玉米61.5%,豆粕26%,石粉7.5%,产蛋鸡复合预混料5%,均匀混合用于蛋鸡饲喂。
配方二:玉米61%,豆粕22%,棉粕3%,麸皮2%,石粉7%,产蛋鸡复合预混料5%,均匀混合用于蛋鸡饲喂。
实施例2
试验采用对比试验设计,选择遗传相近,健康,体重相近的,35周龄,罗曼褐壳产蛋鸡1200只,按体重、来源一致的原则,随机分为2个处理组,每个处理10个重复,每个重复60只,试验期为28天。试验组日粮中添加本品复合预混料,本发明的复合物添加使用量按5%全价料添加,使用配方一方案,对照组采用市场上同类型的复合预混料。
试验结果见下表:

从表中可以看出,该蛋鸡复合预混料可显著提高35周龄的蛋鸡的产蛋率(P<0.05)和降低料蛋比(P<0.05),改善蛋品质。同时,蛋鸡复合预混料可有效改善蛋鸡体况,死淘率及羽毛状况等。

Claims (4)
1.一种用于产蛋鸡的复合预混料,其特征在于,每1千克复合预混料主要营养成分含量为::维生素A 170000IU、维生素D350000IU、维生素E 200IU、维生素K3(以甲萘醌计)30mg、维生素B140mg、维生素B2110mg、维生素B680mg、维生素B120.2mg、叶酸15mg、生物素3.6mg、烟酸700mg、泛酸250mg、铁1800mg、铜160mg、锌1400mg、锰1300mg、碘10mg、硒7mg、蛋氨酸18000mg、氯化胆碱6000mg、植酸酶4000mg、枯草芽孢杆菌100000mg。
2.一种权利要求1所述的用于产蛋鸡的复合预混料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)先按配方准确称量维生素A、维生素D3、维生素E、维生素K3、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、叶酸、生物素、烟酰胺、泛酸钙,硫酸亚铁、硫酸铜、硫酸锌、硫酸锰、碘化钾、亚硒酸钠、蛋氨酸、氯化胆碱、植酸酶、及枯草芽孢杆菌充分混合8分钟,得到预混合物;
2)再准确称量磷酸氢钙100g、食盐60g、碳酸氢钠20g、沸石粉360g,余量使用稻壳粉补齐,与步骤1)所得混合物共同搅拌混合10分钟,即得。
3.一种权利要求1所述的用于产蛋鸡的复合预混料的用法,其特征在于,用于配制全价饲料,其配方为:玉米61.5%,豆粕26%,石粉7.5%,产蛋鸡复合预混料5%,均匀混合后用于蛋鸡饲喂。
4.一种权利要求1所述的用于产蛋鸡的复合预混料的用法,其特征在于,用于配制全价饲料,其配方为:玉米61%,豆粕22%,棉粕3%,麸皮2%,石粉7%,产蛋鸡复合预混料5%,均匀混合用于蛋鸡饲喂。
