Abstract
本发明公开了一种产蛋鸡中草药添加剂复合预混料及其制备方法,所述的复合预混料包括丹参、山楂、艾叶、杜仲叶、芒硝、马齿苋、陈皮和苍术等中药材以及微量元素和维生素等。本发明各中药之间有机配合,相互支持,配制合理,能够促进产蛋鸡的采食、强化消化吸收;明显提高产蛋率,降低料蛋比和蛋破损率;强化机体免疫能力,具有防病作用,对产蛋鸡输卵管炎有一定的预防控制作用。同时,本发明进一步优化调整预混料中的成分,为产蛋鸡的生产提供丰富的营养物质,能够促进产蛋鸡的生产,提高产蛋率。本发明的产蛋鸡复合预混料不含抗生素,饲料安全性高,成本低,具有良好的社会和经济价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及饲料添加剂预混料,特别涉及一种产蛋鸡中草药添加剂复合预混料及其制备方法。
背景技术
产蛋期蛋鸡的生理特点为,已经性成熟,开始产蛋并逐渐达到产蛋高峰;食欲较强,消化机能旺盛,对饲料消化能力较强。蛋鸡的健康状况、产蛋率以及料蛋比,是决定产蛋鸡养殖效益的关键因素。为了控制疾病,生产中普遍使用抗生素、化学合成药物等饲料添加剂,导致产蛋鸡产生耐药性和免疫力下降。同时,抗生素在蛋中的残留影响人类身体健康,并对环境造成污染。中草药添加剂是一种新型的饲料添加剂,它对胃肠道微生物群无影响,具有零药物残留,防病治病等作用,中草药中含有多种有效活性成分,其起着调节免疫,明显提高抗病能力,促进生产性能等作用。因此,研制针对产蛋鸡的中草药添加剂复合预混料具有重要意义。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种提高产蛋鸡免疫力、促进产蛋鸡生长的无抗生素产蛋鸡中草药添加剂复合预混料及其制备方法。

一种产蛋鸡中草药添加剂复合预混料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:先将包膜维生素C、维生素A、维生素D3、维生素E、维生素K3、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、叶酸、生物素、泛酸钙、烟酰胺、氯化钾、氯化胆碱、赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、蛋氨酸亚铁、蛋氨酸铜、蛋氨酸锌、甘氨酸锰、蛋氨酸镁、甘氨酸碘、甘氨酸硒、甘氨酸钴、食盐、非淀粉多糖酶、沸石粉按重量计称量后进行预混合,再与称量粉碎过60目筛的丹参、山楂、艾叶、杜仲叶、芒硝、马齿苋、陈皮、苍术进行混合,再加入石粉充分混匀,即得。
本发明的有益效果:
丹参作用是保肝保心;山楂、陈皮改善饲料适口性,增强胃肠蠕动,增进食欲。马齿苋具有清热解毒、利水祛湿、散血消肿、杀虫杀菌的作用,内服治肠炎、菌痢等多种疾病。杜仲叶具有广谱抗菌,抗氧化、增强免疫力,提高生产性能,改善消化功能等功效。艾叶具有清热解毒,消炎,抗应激,促蛋白质合成。芒硝是一种蛋白质营养强化剂,在动物体内能参与含硫氨基酸的合成,对粗蛋白、纤维素和胆碱的合成起着重要作用。苍术具有健胃、利尿、补充营养及抗应激等药理作用。本发明各中药之间有机配合,相互支持,配制合理,能够促进产蛋鸡的采食、强化消化吸收;明显提高产蛋率,降低料蛋比和蛋破损率;强化机体免疫能力,具有防病作用,对产蛋鸡输卵管炎有一定的预防控制作用。
本发明进一步优化调整预混料中的成分,为产蛋鸡的生产提供丰富的营养物质,能够促进产蛋鸡的生产,提高产蛋率。本发明的产蛋鸡复合预混料不含抗生素,饲料安全性高,成本低,具有良好的社会和经济价值。

1材料与方法
1.1试验设计
本试验采用对照试验设计,试验组添加发明的产蛋鸡复合预混料(实施例1),对照组添加商品产蛋鸡预混料,每千克商品产蛋鸡预混料中所含的成份:维生素A 1800000IU、维生素D3 700000IU、维生素E 440IU、维生素K3 0.09g、维生素B1 0.0355g、维生素B20.095g、维生素B6 0.065g、维生素B12 0.00032g、烟酸0.52g、叶酸0.013g、泛酸0.17g、生物素0.0013g、胆碱5.0g、铜0.4g、铁5g、锌2.0g、锰2.5g、碘0.05g、硒0.007g、金霉素5.0g、土霉素5.0g。
试验日粮配方见表1。

1.2试验产蛋鸡分组及饲养管理
180日龄产蛋罗曼褐蛋鸡600只,随机分为两组,每组设5个重复,每个重复60只,进行饲养试验。饲喂方式为自由采食,自由饮水,预饲期10天,正饲期60天,同舍饲养。试验在新乡辉县某个体养鸡场进行。
1.3测定指标及方法
1.3.1产蛋性能和蛋品质
每日准确记录每组产蛋数、破损和畸蛋数、产蛋鸡的数量、耗料量,根据记录,整理计算产蛋率(包括破、畸蛋)、料蛋比(包括破、畸蛋)、蛋破损率。
产蛋率(%)=总产蛋数/(产蛋鸡数量×天数)×100%
料蛋比(g/g)=总耗料量/总蛋重
蛋破损率=破损和畸蛋数/总产蛋数×100%
1.3.2提高抗病力观察
每天观察产蛋鸡的采食、饮水和精神状况,并注意有无脱肛等现象。如果有采食量下降,精神沉郁或有脱肛等现象,挑出单独饲养观察产蛋情况。如果不产蛋立即淘汰,解剖观察病理变化,诊断疾病。计输卵管炎的病例数,最后计算输卵管炎的发病率。
发病率(输卵管炎)=发病病例数/试验产蛋鸡数量×100%
1.4数据处理和统计方法
以试验处理为单位,用SAS统计软件的t test过程进行T检验。结果用平均值±标准差表示。
2试验结果
2.1产蛋性能和蛋品质
产蛋性能试验结果见表2。与对照组相比,试验组的产蛋率有显著提高(P<0.05),提高了5.81个百分点;试验组的料蛋比有显著的改善(P<0.05),改善了1.26个百分点;破蛋率明显下降(P<0.05),下降了2.65个百分点。试验结果表明,本发明的产蛋鸡复合预混料能显著提高蛋鸡产蛋率,能显著改善料蛋比,能显著降低破蛋率,提高了产蛋鸡的产蛋性能和饲料报酬。

2.2产蛋鸡输卵管炎发病率
产蛋鸡输卵管炎发病率的影响试验结果见表3。与对照组相比,试验组的输卵管炎的发病率有显著下降(P<0.05),下降了5.63个百分点;试验结果表明,本发明的产蛋鸡复合预混料能显著提高产蛋鸡的抗病力,对产蛋鸡输卵管炎有明显的预防和控制作用。
