Abstract
一种直筒式平台筒体甲板与上部设施(2)的建造方法及直筒式平台,所述建造方法如下:上部设施(2)先按模块一一预制,模块预制完成并一一吊装至筒体(1)的最上层甲板所在的预定位置后,再将模块彼此连接,其底部形成一个模块组合底甲板;所述模块组合内的所述模块为可以独立吊装的完整结构模块,或者为由所述模块组合分割而形成的多个分割模块;筒体(1)建造时,在用于安装上部设施(2)的筒体(1)的最上层甲板上预留一个天窗开口,天窗开口允许模块组合底甲板放置其内;天窗开口与模块组合底甲板之间形成现场合拢间隙;通过现场合拢连接结构(3),填补现场合拢间隙,使模块组合底甲板与筒体(1)的最上层甲板共同形成一体化的平台组合甲板。其实现整个平台的结构设计和建造方法优化,节约钢材、降低平台造价,方便建造、有利于生产操作的安全。
