Description

窗玻璃单元

在机动车辆和建筑物中,环境状况或参数的探测对于安全和有效的运行起着越来越重要的作用。因此,现代的汽车以及高端建筑物配备有各种传感器,这些传感器探测相关的环境状况或参数,并将当前值提供给控制车辆或建筑物功能的处理-和控制单元。另外,这不仅适用于机动车辆,而且在某种程度上也适用于特定的水上交通工具。
某些传感器可以有利地安置在汽车的挡风玻璃上或中,或者有时也在后窗玻璃或玻璃车顶单元上或中。相应的装置早已为所谓的雨水传感器所知,通过雨水传感器控制车辆的雨刷器功能。在基本上完全预制车辆组件的总体趋势下,目前的进展在于将相应的传感器集成在车辆的预制窗玻璃单元(例如挡风玻璃或后窗玻璃)中。相应的解决方案在未公开的欧洲专利申请号17192877.3中提及。另外,具有集成或部分集成的传感器的车辆玻璃由EP 2 121 308 B1或CN 101 087 135 A中已知。
特别是广泛用作所谓的“雨水传感器”(或者还用作触摸传感器)的电容传感器在其功能方面基于在基材上彼此间隔开布置的两个电极之间所产生的电场并且其受待测量的物理量的影响。然而,他们的影响往往在很大程度上受到干扰效应而失真。特别地,这种传感器的测量信号高度依赖于基材的介电常数(介电电导率),而介电常数又表现出显著的温度依赖性。因此,必须接受传感器信号的有限有效性,或者设置昂贵的附加测量-和处理设备以便并行和/或随后补偿干扰效应。当然,这增加了相应检测装置中的消耗并因此增加了它们的成本。
基于现有技术,本发明的目的是提供一种所述类型的窗玻璃单元,通过其可以实现利用内置传感器获得的信息的更高的有效性和可靠性。此外,应提供相应改进的检测装置。
该目的在窗玻璃单元方面通过具有权利要求1的特征的窗玻璃单元,和在检测装置方面通过具有权利要求7的特征的检测装置而实现。本发明构思的有利的扩展方案是各个从属权利要求的主题。
在本发明的上下文中,一般意义上的“窗玻璃单元”应理解为意指可用于直接(无框架地)或在插入合适的框架之后关闭车辆或建筑物的窗户开口的产品。在现代的机动车辆中,这通常是复合玻璃质玻璃板,并且在中部和北部的新建筑物中是隔热窗玻璃,但本发明不限于此。相反,它也可以用于简单的单玻璃板窗玻璃单元或多玻璃板窗玻璃单元,其具有特殊结构,例如用于装甲车辆或防爆房间的窗玻璃单元。窗玻璃单元的玻璃板也不一定必须由玻璃组成,而是其至少一部分也可以由透明塑料如聚碳酸酯制成。
这里,一般意义上的电容传感器应理解为意指其功能基于产生和通过相关物理量检测电场变化并且其中检测结果受传感器的基材的介电常数影响的传感器。在汽车工业实践中特别重要的应用中,这是湿度-或“雨水”传感器,但是电容传感器也可用于检测车辆或建筑物中或上的其他量。
本发明最初包括的想法是有意地抛弃对电容传感器信号的电导率-或温度影响的后续计算补偿的通常实践。它进一步包括的想法是,替代地实施直接作用于传感器装置的物理补偿。此外,本发明包括的想法是借助于附加电极和附加电场的结构实施这种传感器固有的补偿,该附加电场遍布传感器基材并因此以相同的方式受到基材的介电常数及其变化的影响(如同实际测量信号)。
本发明实现了为检测装置中的后续信号补偿节省相当大的消耗和相应的成本,而在传感器设备的制造中仅需要很低的附加消耗。此外,直接的传感器固有补偿原则上优于后续的计算补偿,并且基本上提供更准确的结果。
在本发明的一个实践上重要的实施方案中,窗玻璃单元构成为具有第一和第二玻璃质玻璃板和粘合在其间的聚合物膜的复合玻璃质玻璃板,其中第一和第二传感器局部布置在第一玻璃质玻璃板的内表面上,与聚合物膜的第一表面相邻,并且材料特性补偿电极布置在第二玻璃质玻璃板的内表面上,与聚合物膜的第二表面相邻。

所提出的检测装置除了如上示例性阐述的窗玻璃单元,还包括电源单元和读取-和评估设备。电源单元与电容传感器的第二传感器局部以及与材料特性补偿电极接合,并且形成为向第二传感器局部和材料特性补偿电极施加相同的电位。读取-和评估设备形成为用于从电容传感器的第二传感器局部读取电容信号并用于处理该信号以确定物理量的值。

图3示意性地示出了在车辆11中在图1中所示类型的具有集成传感器件7的窗玻璃单元1与评估单元13一起形成湿度检测装置15。检测装置15在输出侧与雨刷器控制单元17接合,该雨刷器控制单元以本身已知的方式根据探测的湿度信号控制车辆11的雨刷器19。
根据本发明,检测装置15包括专门配置的电源单元21,其形成为向传感器件7的第二传感器局部和材料特性补偿电极(参见图1)施加相同的电位。在窗玻璃单元内以及在其与电源单元之间(例如在仪表盘或车辆顶部的区域中),为此设置以第一供电电位用于连接第一传感器局部的第一连接线以及以第二供电电位用于共同连接第二传感器局部和材料特性补偿电极的第二连接线。在最简单的情况下,供电电位在时间上是恒定的,但是如果需要,还可以根据特定的传感器结构和特定的传感器功能具有预定的时间依赖性。在窗玻璃单元内,第一和第二连接线可以特别构成为粘合或印刷的,特别是透明的导体。
评估单元13可以构成为结合来自第二传感器局部的实际读取信号来考虑源自材料特性补偿电极的电压信号。
本发明的实施方案不限于这里阐述的实施例和突出方面,而是也可以存在各种改进方案,这些改进方案在所附权利要求的范围内。

Claims (10)

1.车辆或建筑物的窗玻璃单元,其具有至少一个玻璃质玻璃板或聚合物膜,其中在玻璃质玻璃板或聚合物膜的第一表面上布置电容传感器,该电容传感器包括第一传感器局部和与其在第一表面上间隔开的起到信号读取局部作用的第二传感器局部,其中在传感器运行时在第一和第二传感器局部之间产生电场,该电场部分地穿透玻璃质玻璃板或聚合物膜,其中在相同的玻璃质玻璃板或聚合物膜的第二表面上,与第二传感器局部相对地,安装材料特性补偿电极。
2.根据权利要求1所述的窗玻璃单元,构成为复合玻璃质玻璃板,其具有第一和第二玻璃质玻璃板以及粘合在其间的聚合物膜,其中第一和第二传感器局部布置在第一玻璃质玻璃板的内表面上,与聚合物膜的第一表面相邻,并且材料特性补偿电极布置在第二玻璃质玻璃板的内表面上,与聚合物膜的第二表面相邻,或者布置在第二玻璃质玻璃板的外表面上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的窗玻璃单元,构成为单玻璃板窗玻璃单元,其中第一和第二传感器局部布置在单个玻璃质玻璃板的第一表面上,并且材料特性补偿电极布置在单个玻璃质玻璃板的第二表面上。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的窗玻璃单元,其中所述电容传感器形成为湿度传感器,用于感测所述窗玻璃单元的内侧和/或外侧上或其相应环境中的湿度。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的窗玻璃单元,其中所述电容传感器形成为触摸传感器,用于探测所述窗玻璃单元的内侧和/或外侧的触摸或按压。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的窗玻璃单元,其中设置第一传感器局部的第一连接线以及第二传感器局部和所述材料特性补偿电极的共同的第二连接线。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的窗玻璃单元,其中第一和第二传感器局部和/或所述材料特性补偿电极和所述任选设置的第一和第二连接线具有印刷或粘合在所述玻璃质玻璃板或聚合物膜的相应表面上或与其相邻的其他组件表面上的导体结构。
8.根据权利要求7所述的窗玻璃单元,其中所述印刷或粘合的导体结构构成为至少局部透明的。
9.用于电容式探测车辆-或建筑物窗户内侧和/或外侧上或其紧邻环境中的物理量的检测装置,其具有:
- 根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的窗玻璃单元,用于形成车辆-或建筑物窗户,和
- 与电容传感器的第二传感器局部和材料特性补偿电极接合的电源单元,其形成为向第二传感器局部和材料特性补偿电极施加相同的电位,和
- 读取-和评估设备,用于从电容传感器的第二传感器局部读取电容信号并用于处理该信号以确定物理量的值,
其中读取-和评估设备特别形成为用于考虑源自材料特性补偿电极的电压信号。
10.具有根据权利要求9所述的检测装置的车辆。
