the information transmission unit 10 is configured to identify a topological relation of a low-voltage power grid by using a concentrator of a centralized meter reading system, generate abstract information of the topological relation by using the concentrator, change the abstract information compared with the abstract information of the concentrator at the last time, and query a changed electric energy meter according to the topological relation of the low-voltage power grid of the concentrator and the changed abstract information;
a reported information obtaining unit 20, configured to generate, in the concentrator, reported measurement point change alarm information and a second address corresponding to the measurement point change alarm information according to the measurement point information of the electric energy meter, where the measurement point information is obtained by the concentrator and changed;
an address query unit 30, configured to query, by the concentrator, a first address of a last concentrator for reading the power meter, and compare a second address of the concentrator with the first address of the last concentrator;
a first control unit 40, configured to control the concentrator to report the measurement point change alarm information to a master station according to that the first address and the second address obtained by the address querying unit 30 are inconsistent, and at the same time, control the concentrator to query the master station for the previous concentrator to obtain measurement point information of the previous concentrator, and report the measurement point information to the master station;
and a second control unit 50, configured to control the master station to issue an electric energy meter file operation instruction to the concentrator and to issue an electric energy meter file deletion operation instruction to the previous concentrator according to the measurement point information, the measurement point change alarm information, and the measurement point information if the user of the measurement point information is a non-user meter.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the second control unit 50 is further configured to control the concentrator not to report the measurement point change alarm information to the master station according to a comparison result between the first address and the second address, where the comparison result indicates that the first address is consistent with the second address.
In the embodiment of the present invention, in the address query unit 30, if the queried first address and second address are both empty, the second control unit 50 is further configured to control the concentrator not to report the measurement point change alarm information to the master station.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the first control unit 40 is further configured to control the master station to send an alert to notify a master station staff member according to the fact that the user of the measurement point information is a user table, and the staff member operates the measurement point information.
It should be noted that, in the information transmission unit 10, the electric energy meter is an electric energy meter with changed information, the measurement point information of the electric energy meter changes, and the carrier module in the concentrator receives the measurement point information sent by the carrier module in the electric energy meter. In the reported information obtaining unit 20, the measurement point change warning information corresponding to the registration node and an address corresponding to the measurement point change warning information are generated in the concentrator, and the address is marked as a second address. In the address query unit 30, according to the measurement point change alarm information, the master station queries the concentrator for an address of the concentrator meter reading of the electric energy meter after the information change, and the address is recorded as a first address. Comparing the second address of the concentrator with the first address of the previous concentrator, there are three cases:
the first address is the same as the second address, that is, the first address is the same as the second address, the first control unit 40 controls the concentrator not to report the measurement point change alarm information to the master station, that is, the concentrator does not report the electric energy meter after information change to the master station, which indicates that an electric energy meter file of the electric energy meter after information change already exists, and the measurement point information of the electric energy meter after information change is collected and stored by the previous concentrator. It should be noted that the energy meter is an old meter, which may be moved within a district and/or within the concentrator, i.e. the energy meter of one branch of the low voltage network topology is moved to another branch. A transformer area refers to the power supply range or area of a (single) transformer.
The second is that the first address and the second address are both null, that is, neither the first address nor the second address exists, the first control unit 40 controls the concentrator not to report the measurement point change alarm information to the master station, and also the concentrator does not report the electric energy meter after information change to the master station, which indicates that the electric energy meter after information change is a new meter. It should be noted that the electric energy meter after the change of the description information is not collected by any concentrator before.
Thirdly, the first address is not consistent with the second address, that is, the first address is different from the second address, the first control unit 40 controls the concentrator to report the measurement point change alarm information to the master station, that is, the concentrator reports the electric energy meter with changed information to the master station, and meanwhile, the concentrator queries the master station to acquire the measurement point information of the previous concentrator and reports the measurement point information to the master station, which indicates that the previous concentrator collects measurement point information data of the electric energy meter with changed information. The situation that the electric energy meter archive of the electric energy meter after information change does not exist is explained, the measuring point information of the electric energy meter after information change is not collected by the previous concentrator, and the electric energy meter data collected by the previous concentrator does not contain the electric energy meter after information change, namely the electric energy meter archive in the previous concentrator is inconsistent with the field electric energy meter equipment, so that the data collected by the centralized meter reading system is inaccurate. And the master station establishes the electric energy meter file according to whether the electric energy meter after the information change is a user meter.
It should be noted that, if the first address is not consistent with the second address, the low-voltage power grid topology is changed, for example: the transformer power supply is replaced.
In the embodiment of the present invention, in the second control unit 50, the electric energy meter after information change has two situations, one is that the electric energy meter after information change is a non-user meter, the second control unit 50 controls the master station to issue an electric energy meter file operation instruction of the electric energy meter after information change to the concentrator, controls the master station to delete an electric energy meter file operation instruction of the previous concentrator from the previous concentrator, and executes the electric energy meter measurement point information after information change in the concentrator and deletes the electric energy meter file acquired by the previous concentrator, thereby implementing automatic change of the electric energy meter file of the user in the concentrator. And secondly, the electric energy meter after the information change is a user meter, the master station sends out a warning to inform a master station worker, and the worker operates the information of the measuring point.
According to the processing device for the change information of the centralized meter reading system equipment, provided by the invention, the second control unit is adopted to realize the measurement point information of the newly added or removed electric energy meter, and the second control unit controls the master station to send an instruction to the concentrator to execute the filing or remove the file according to the address of the concentrator inquired by the address inquiry unit, so that the manual filing is not needed, and the workload of workers is reduced; and the master station is controlled by the second control unit to directly adopt an automatic processing mode for the non-user meters, so that the user meters are timely reminded of meter change information, and the information processing efficiency of the electric energy meter equipment after change is improved. The technical problems that under the condition that the electric energy meter files are changed, a worker needs to complete information updating processing and checking, the workload is large, and the accuracy and the timeliness cannot be guaranteed in the conventional centralized meter reading system are solved.
Example three:
the embodiment of the invention provides computer equipment, which comprises a processor and a memory;
the memory is used for storing program codes and transmitting the program codes to the processor;
the processor is used for executing the processing method of the centralized meter reading system equipment change information according to instructions in the program codes.
It should be noted that the processor is configured to execute the steps in the above-mentioned embodiment of the processing method for collecting system device change information according to the instructions in the program code, such as steps S1 to S5 shown in fig. 1. Alternatively, the processor, when executing the computer program, implements the functions of the modules/units in the above-described device embodiments, such as the functions of the units 10 to 50 shown in fig. 4.
Illustratively, a computer program may be partitioned into one or more modules/units, which are stored in a memory and executed by a processor to accomplish the present application. One or more modules/units may be a series of computer program instruction segments capable of performing specific functions, which are used to describe the execution of a computer program in a terminal device.
The terminal device may be a desktop computer, a notebook, a palm computer, a cloud server, or other computing devices. The terminal device may include, but is not limited to, a processor, a memory. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the terminal device is not limited and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some components may be combined, or different components, e.g., the terminal device may also include input output devices, network access devices, buses, etc.
The Processor may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), an off-the-shelf Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components, etc. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
The storage may be an internal storage unit of the terminal device, such as a hard disk or a memory of the terminal device. The memory may also be an external storage device of the terminal device, such as a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), and the like provided on the terminal device. Further, the memory may also include both an internal storage unit of the terminal device and an external storage device. The memory is used for storing computer programs and other programs and data required by the terminal device. The memory may also be used to temporarily store data that has been output or is to be output.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described systems, apparatuses and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed system, apparatus and method may be implemented in other manners. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one logical division, and other divisions may be realized in practice, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or units, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, and can also be realized in a form of a software functional unit.
The integrated unit, if implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
The above-mentioned embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention, and not for limiting the same; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (9)

1. A processing method of equipment change information of a centralized meter reading system is applied to the centralized meter reading system and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, a concentrator of a centralized meter reading system identifies a topological relation of a low-voltage power grid, the concentrator generates abstract information of the topological relation, the abstract information is changed compared with the abstract information of the concentrator at the last time, and a changed electric energy meter is inquired according to the topological relation of the low-voltage power grid of the concentrator and the changed abstract information;
s2, the concentrator acquires the changed measuring point information of the electric energy meter, and generates reported measuring point change warning information and a second address corresponding to the measuring point change warning information in the concentrator;
s3, the concentrator inquires a first address of a last concentrator meter reading of the electric energy meter, and a second address of the concentrator is compared with the first address of the last concentrator;
s4, if the first address is inconsistent with the second address, the concentrator reports the change warning information of the measuring point to a master station, meanwhile, the concentrator inquires the master station of the previous concentrator to acquire the measuring point information of the previous concentrator, and reports the measuring point information to the master station; if the first address and the second address are both empty, the concentrator does not report the change warning information of the measuring point to the master station, and the electric energy meter after the change of the information is a new meter;
and S5, if the user of the measuring point information is a non-user meter, the master station issues an electric energy meter file adding operation instruction to the concentrator and an electric energy meter file deleting operation instruction to the previous concentrator according to the measuring point change alarm information and the measuring point information.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein in step S3, the concentrator does not report the measurement point change alarm information to the master station, when the first address matches the second address as a result of the comparison between the first address and the second address.
3. The method for processing device change information of a centralized meter reading system according to claim 1, wherein in step S4, if the user of the measurement point information is a user table, the master station sends an alert to notify a master station staff member, and the staff member operates the measurement point information.
4. The method for processing device change information of a centralized copying system according to claim 1, wherein in step S5, addition and deletion of profiles for the measurement point information are performed in a concentrator of the centralized copying system.
5. The method for processing device change information of a centralized meter reading system according to claim 1, wherein in step S1, the measurement point information of the electric energy meter is transmitted to the carrier module of the concentrator through the carrier module of the electric energy meter.
6. A processing device for equipment change information of a centralized meter reading system is applied to the centralized meter reading system, and is characterized by comprising the following components:
the information transmission unit is used for identifying the topological relation of the low-voltage power grid by adopting a concentrator of a centralized meter reading system, generating abstract information of the topological relation by the concentrator, comparing the abstract information with the abstract information of the concentrator at the last time, and inquiring the changed electric energy meter according to the topological relation of the low-voltage power grid of the concentrator and the changed abstract information;
the reported information acquisition unit is used for generating reported measuring point change warning information and a second address corresponding to the measuring point change warning information in the concentrator according to the measuring point information of the electric energy meter which is acquired by the concentrator and changed;
the address inquiry unit is used for inquiring a first address of a last concentrator meter reading of the electric energy meter by the concentrator and comparing a second address of the concentrator with the first address of the last concentrator;
a first control unit, configured to control the concentrator to report the measurement point change alarm information to a master station according to a discrepancy between the first address and the second address obtained by the address querying unit, and at the same time, control the concentrator to query the master station for measurement point information of a previous concentrator, and report the measurement point information to the master station; or according to the fact that the first address and the second address are both empty, the concentrator does not report the change warning information of the measuring point to the master station, and the electric energy meter after the change of the information is a new meter;
and the second control unit is used for controlling the master station to issue an electric energy meter file operation instruction to the concentrator and to issue an electric energy meter file deletion operation instruction to the previous concentrator according to the fact that the user of the measuring point information is a non-user meter, the measuring point change alarm information and the measuring point information.
7. The device for processing change information of meter reading system equipment according to claim 6, wherein the second control unit is further configured to control the concentrator not to report the measurement point change alarm information to the master station according to a result of comparing the first address with the second address that the first address is consistent with the second address;
in the address query unit, if the queried first address and second address are both empty, the second control unit is further configured to control the concentrator not to report the measurement point change alarm information to the master station.

The device for processing change information of meter reading system equipment according to claim 6, wherein the first control unit is further configured to control the master station to send an alarm to notify a master station staff member if the user of the measurement point information is a user table, and the staff member operates the measurement point information.
9. A computer device comprising a processor and a memory;
the memory is used for storing program codes and transmitting the program codes to the processor;
the processor is configured to execute the processing method for the equipment change information of the centralized meter reading system according to any one of claims 1 to 5 according to instructions in the program code.
