In another example, when the condition of deleting the electricity meter file generated by removing the waste meter or deleting the original electricity meter file when replacing the meter, namely deleting part of the meter information in the electric meter information platform, after the staff does not acquire the meter information in a fixed number of times (such as three reading periods), the working behaviors such as removing or replacing the meter can be verified on site, if yes, the electricity meter file in the electric meter information platform can be updated in time.
In this embodiment, the information data block is obtained according to the change table information corresponding to one or more change electric meters, and the information data block is sent to the electric power table information platform, so that after checking each change table information in the information data block, the electric power table information platform performs table information update on the electric power table information platform, and automatic table information update under the condition of changing electric meters can be realized.
In one embodiment, the change meter may include a new added meter and/or a meter that is changed to an existing meter, the meter change event may be an event triggered when the new added meter and/or the meter is changed to the existing meter, and the change user information may include a user name, a user address, and a user number.

As shown in fig. 4, the user submitting the application can determine the change user information, the user information of the meter base (i.e. the change user information of the meter base) is input to the meter box intelligent management unit (i.e. the meter box management unit), the meter base and the change user information of the meter base can be bound, when the electric meter (i.e. the change electric meter) is installed, the electric meter and the meter box intelligent management unit can be connected, the electric meter and the change user information of the meter box can be bound, then the meter box intelligent management unit can upload the user information (i.e. the change user information) to the concentrator, the concentrator can identify the electric meter of the area (i.e. the same power supply area) to which the electric meter box intelligent management unit belongs, and then the electric user information platform can automatically update the electric marketing user relationship (i.e. the user information update) by receiving the change user information of the electric meter which is in the same power supply area as the concentrator and sent by the concentrator.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts of fig. 1 and 3 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, these steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not strictly limited to the order of execution unless explicitly recited herein, and the steps may be executed in other orders. Moreover, at least a portion of the steps in fig. 1,3 may include a plurality of steps or stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of the steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed in rotation or alternatively with at least a portion of the steps or stages in other steps or other steps.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, there is provided an electric household meter information processing apparatus applied to a meter box management unit, comprising:

and the change ammeter binding module is used for connecting the meter box management unit with a serial communication port in the installed change ammeter through the serial communication interface line so as to bind the change ammeter with the belonging change user information based on the meter box management unit.
In one embodiment, the modified electric meter includes a newly added electric meter and/or an electric meter that is replaced with an existing electric meter; the ammeter change event is an event triggered when an ammeter is newly added and/or an existing ammeter is replaced; the change user information comprises a user name, a user address and a user number.

The computer program, when executed by a processor, implements a power subscriber table information processing method.
In one embodiment, another computer device is provided, which may be a terminal, and its internal structure may be as shown in fig. 8. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, computer programs, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The database of the computer device is used for storing the electric user table information processing data. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program, when executed by a processor, implements a power subscriber table information processing method.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the structures shown in fig. 7 or 8 are merely block diagrams of portions of structures associated with aspects of the application and are not intended to limit the computer device to which aspects of the application may be applied, and that a particular computer device may include more or less components than those shown, or may be combined with certain components, or may have different arrangements of components.

In one embodiment, the steps of the power subscriber table information processing method in the other embodiments described above are also implemented when the processor executes the computer program.
In one embodiment, another computer device is provided, comprising a memory having a computer program stored therein and a processor that when executing the computer program performs the steps of:
Receiving at least one change user table information sent by a table box management unit; the concentrator is positioned in the communication range of the meter box management unit, the meter box management unit and at least one change meter are positioned in the same meter box, the meter box management unit is respectively connected with the change meter and a meter seat corresponding to the change meter through a serial communication interface circuit, so that data transmission is carried out between the change meter and the meter box management unit and between the meter seat and the meter box management unit based on the serial communication interface circuit, and the change user meter information comprises change user information and meter attribute information of the change meter;

In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor also implements the steps of the power subscriber table information processing method in the other embodiments described above.
In one embodiment, another computer-readable storage medium is provided, having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of:
Receiving at least one change user table information sent by a table box management unit; the concentrator is positioned in the communication range of the meter box management unit, the meter box management unit and at least one change meter are positioned in the same meter box, the meter box management unit is respectively connected with the change meter and a meter seat corresponding to the change meter through a serial communication interface circuit, so that data transmission is carried out between the change meter and the meter box management unit and between the meter seat and the meter box management unit based on the serial communication interface circuit, and the change user meter information comprises change user information and meter attribute information of the change meter;

The nonvolatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical Memory, or the like. Volatile memory can include random access memory (Random Access Memory, RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration, and not limitation, RAM can be in various forms such as static random access memory (Static Random Access Memory, SRAM) or dynamic random access memory (Dynamic Random Access Memory, DRAM), etc.

The method of claim 1, wherein each of the modified electric meters and the corresponding meter base has associated modified user information, and further comprising, prior to the step of obtaining modified user table information for each of the modified user information based on the modified user information and the electric meter attribute information of the modified electric meter:
connecting the meter box management unit with the installed meter base through a serial communication interface line so as to bind the meter base with the affiliated change user information based on the meter box management unit;
And connecting the meter box management unit with a serial communication port in the installed change meter through the serial communication interface line so as to bind the change meter with the change user information based on the meter box management unit.
3. A method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the change meter comprises a new meter and/or a meter that is replaced with respect to an existing meter; the ammeter change event is an event triggered when an ammeter is newly added and/or an existing ammeter is replaced; the change user information comprises a user name, a user address and a user number.
