技术领域
本公开涉及显示技术领域,更具体地,涉及一直像素驱动电路及其驱动方法、显示面板和显示装置。
背景技术
有机发光二极管(Organic Light Emitting Diode,OLED)显示器是当今平板显示器研究领域的热点之一。
与薄膜晶体管液晶显示器(Thin Film Transistor-Liquid Crystal Display,TFT-LCD)利用稳定的电压控制亮度不同,OLED属于电流驱动,需要稳定的电流来控制发光。OLED显示面板的像素驱动电路包括驱动管。当像素单元所处的行被选通时,与驱动晶体管相连的开关晶体管导通,数据电压经由开关晶体管被施加到驱动晶体管,以使驱动晶体管向OLED显示器件输出与数据电压对应的电流,从而驱动OLED显示器件发出相应亮度的光。
然而,随着OLED显示面板的面积增大,显示画面存在灰度不均匀是亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本公开提出了一种像素驱动电路及其驱动方法、显示面板和显示装置。
根据本公开的一个方面,提出了一种像素驱动电路,包括:
驱动子电路,连接至发光元件;
初始化子电路,连接至所述发光元件,所述初始化子电路配置为接收扫描信号和初始化信号,并在所述扫描信号的控制下,利用所述初始化信号对所述发光元件进行初始化;
数据写入子电路,连接至所述驱动子电路,所述数据写入子电路配置为接收所述扫描信号和数据信号,并在所述扫描信号的控制下,将所述数据信号写入所述驱动子电路;以及
发光控制子电路,连接至所述驱动子电路和发光元件,所述发光控制子电路配置为接收控制信号和参考电压信号,并在所述控制信号和参考电压信号的控制下,控制驱动子电路向发光元件输出与所述数据信号相关的驱动电流。
例如,所述发光控制子电路包括第一晶体管、第二晶体管和第一电容;
其中,第一晶体管和第二晶体管的控制极连接为接收控制信号,第一晶体管的第一极连接至驱动子电路,第二极连接至第一电容的第一端;
第二晶体管的第一极连接为接收参考电压信号,第二极连接至第一电容的第一端;
第一电容的第二端连接至发光元件;
其中,第一晶体管的类型是N型晶体管和P型晶体管中的一种,第二晶体管的类型是N型晶体管和P型晶体管中的另一种。

在第一时段,在扫描信号和控制信号的控制下,将数据信号和参考电压信号写入第二电容;
在第二时段,在扫描信号和控制信号的控制下,将数据信号、参考电压信号和驱动晶体管的阈值电压写入第一电容;以及
在第三时段,在控制信号的控制下,将第一电容保持的数据信号、参考电压信号以及驱动晶体管的阈值电压施加在驱动晶体管的栅极和源极之间,驱动晶体管向发光元件输出与数据信号相关的驱动电流。

根据公开实施例的技术方案,提供了一种像素驱动电路结构,通过设置第一电容和第一晶体管,使得在发光阶段流经驱动晶体管的电流与电源电压和驱动晶体管的阈值电压均无关,从而缓解由于电源电压的引线上的电压降以及驱动晶体管的阈值电压偏移对显示画面质量的影响。

本公开实施例中使用开关晶体管的源极、漏极是对称的,所以其源极、漏极可以互换。在本公开实施例中,根据其功能,将栅极称作控制极,将源极和漏极中的一个称为第一极,将源极和漏极中的另一个称为第二极。在以下示例中以开关晶体管为N型薄膜晶体管为例进行描述。本领域技术人员可以理解,本公开实施例显然可以应用于开关晶体管为P型薄膜晶体管的情况。
此外,在本公开实施例的描述中,术语“第一电压信号”和“第二电压信号”仅用于区别两个电平的幅度不同。例如,下文中以“第一电压信号”为相对高电压、“第二电压信号”为相对低电压为例进行描述。本领域技术人员可以理解,本公开不局限于此。
图1示出了一种像素驱动电路的结构示意图。图2示出了如图1所示的像素驱动电路的操作时序图,示出了来自扫描线的扫描信号和来自数据线的数据信号的时序关系。如图1所示,像素驱动电路10是一种2T1C像素驱动电路。该像素驱动电路10包括驱动晶体管DTFT、开关晶体管M1和存储电容C。在图1的示例中,驱动晶体管DTFT和开关晶体管M1均为P型薄膜晶体管。当扫描信号线选通(即扫描)某一行时,扫描信号Vscan为低电平信号,开关晶体管M1导通,数据信号Vdata被写入存储电容C。当该行扫描结束后,Vscan转变为高电平信号,开关晶体管M1关断,存储在存储电容C上的栅极电压驱动DTFT,使其产生电流来驱动OLED,保证OLED在一帧显示内持续发光。驱动薄膜晶体管DTFT的电流公式为
Ioled=K(Vgs-Vth)2,
其中K为与驱动晶体管DTFT的工艺和设计相关的参数,一旦驱动晶体管DTFT制成,该参数K为常数,Vgs为驱动薄膜晶体管的栅源电压,Vth为驱动晶体管的阈值电压。由于Vgs=Vdata-ELVDD,因此,Ioled=K(Vdata-ELVDD-Vth)2。
从上面驱动晶体管DTFT的电流公式中可以看出,在图1的OLED像素驱动电路中,流经驱动晶体管DTFT的电流和驱动晶体管DTFT的阈值电压Vth以及DTFT的源极端接电源电压VDD有二次方的关系。因此,即使像素单元与像素单元之间驱动晶体管DTFT的Vth具有超过0.1V的差异,就会引起驱动电流出现明显偏差,导致发光元件的亮度相应会产生差异,显示画面出现残影现象。
此外,由于OLED像素驱动是电流驱动,随着OLED被点亮,在被点亮的像素单元内的ELVDD上存在用于点亮像素单元的电流。由于ELVDD电源线按列排布,并且为金属线,在一帧发光时间内,驱动电流不断流经ELVDD走线,随着传输距离会产生电压降现象,导致显示屏的近端和远端出现灰度不均的现象,这就是所谓的ELVDD引线电阻压降。因此在显示面板中减小ELVDD电压波动以及减小ELVDD引线电阻压降是需要注意的问题。
本公开实施例提供了一种像素驱动电路结构,能够使得在显示面板的发光阶段中流经驱动晶体管的电流与电源电压和驱动晶体管的阈值电压均无关,从而缓解由于驱动晶体管的阈值电压偏移以及电源电压的引线上的电压降引起的显示画面不均匀问题,从而改善显示面板的显示效果。
图3示出了根据本公开实施例的像素驱动电路30的结构示意图。在图3中,发光元件300被示出为有机电致发光二极管OLED。本领域技术人员可以理解,发光元件300也可以是其他类型的电流驱动型发光元件。如图3所示,根据本公开实施例的像素驱动电路30可以包括驱动子电路301,连接至发光元件300。
像素驱动电路30还可以包括初始化子电路302。初始化子电路302连接至发光元件300。初始化子电路302可以配置为接收扫描信号Vscan和初始化信号Vint,并在扫描信号Vscan的控制下,利用初始化信号Vint对发光元件300进行初始化。例如,可以将发光元件300的一端电压置为初始化信号Vint。
像素驱动电路30还可以包括数据写入子电路303。数据写入子电路303连接至驱动子电路301。数据写入子电路303配置为接收扫描信号Vscan和数据信号Vdata,并在扫描信号Vscan的控制下,将数据信号Vdata写入到驱动子电路301。
像素驱动电路30还可以包括发光控制子电路304。发光控制子电路304连接至驱动子电路301和发光元件300。发光控制子电路304可以配置为接收控制信号CONT和参考电压信号Vref,并在控制信号CONT的控制下,利用参考电压信号Vref控制驱动子电路301向发光元件300输出与数据信号Vdata相关的驱动电流。
图4示出了根据本公开另一实施例的像素驱动电路的电路示意图。如图4所示,驱动子电路401可以包括驱动晶体管Td和存储电容C2。根据本公开实施例,驱动晶体管Td为N型薄膜晶体管。驱动晶体管Td的栅极g连接至存储电容C2的第一端,源极s连接至发光元件OLED,漏极d连接至第一电压信号V1。
发光控制子电路402可以包括第一晶体管T1、第二晶体管T2和电容C1。如图4所示,第一晶体管T1和第二晶体管T2的控制极接收控制信号CONT,第一晶体管M1的第一极连接至驱动子电路401,例如可以连接至驱动晶体管Td的栅极g。第一晶体管T1的第二极连接至电容C1的第一端。第二晶体管T2的第一极接收参考信号Vref,第二极连接至电容C1的第一端。电容C1的第二端连接至发光元件OLED。
在图4的示例中,第一晶体管T1的类型是P型晶体管,第二晶体管T2的类型是N型晶体管。本领域技术人员可以理解,根据本公开实施例,第一晶体管T1的类型可以是N型晶体管和P型晶体管中的一种,第二晶体管T2的类型可以是N型晶体管和P型晶体管中的另一种即可。即,第一晶体管T1和第二晶体管T2是不同类型的晶体管,其栅极导通电平不同。例如,也可以将控制信号CONT称作“发光控制信号”。
此外,为了便于描述,以下将电容C1称为“第一电容”,将存储电容C2称为“第二电容”。本领域技术人员可以理解,第一电容C1和第二电容C2可以被分别实现为单个电容器或多个并联或串联的电容单元,只需能够实现其相应功能即可。此外,为了便于实现,可以将第一电容C1和第二电容C2实现为具有相同类型和相同电容值的电容。
数据写入子电路403可以包括第三晶体管T3。第三晶体管T3的第一极连接为接收数据信号Vdata,第二极连接至驱动晶体管的栅极g,控制连接为接收扫描信号Vscan。
初始化子电路404包括可以第四晶体管T4。第四晶体管T4的第一极连接为接收初始化信号Vint,控制极连接为接收扫描信号Vsccan,第二极连接至发光元件。
根据本公开实施例,第三晶体管T3和第四晶体管T4可以是N型晶体管。本领域技术人可以理解,第三晶体管T3和第四晶体管T4也可以是P型晶体管。第三晶体管T3和第四晶体管T4的类型可以与第一晶体管T1的类型不同并且与第二晶体管T2的类型相同。
根据本公开实施例,像素驱动电路400与发光元件的第一端相连,发光元件的第二端可以连接至第二电压信号V2。本领域技术人员可以理解,发光元件OLED的第二端可以连接至提供第二电压信号V2的第二电压信号线,也可以接地。在图4的示例中,发光元件的第一端可以是OLED的阳极,发光元件的第二端可以是OLED的阴极。
根据本公开实施例,还提供了一种像素驱动电路的驱动方法。图5示出了根据本公开实施例的像素驱动电路的驱动方法的流程图。如图5所示,根据本公开实施例的显示装置的驱动方法50可以包括以下步骤。应注意,以下方法中各个步骤的序号仅作为该步骤的表示以便描述,而不应被看作表示该各个步骤的执行顺序。除非明确指出,否则该方法不需要完全按照所示顺序来执行。
在步骤S501,在第一时段,在扫描信号Vscan和控制信号CONT的控制下,将数据信号Vdata和参考电压信号Vref写入第二电容C2。
在步骤S502,在第二时段,在扫描信号Vscan和控制信号CONT的控制下,将数据信号Vdata、参考电压信号Vref和驱动晶体管Td的阈值电压Vth写入第一电容C1。
在步骤S503,在第三时段,在控制信号CONT的控制下,将第一电容C1保持的数据信号Vdata、参考电压信号Vref以及驱动晶体管的阈值电压Vth施加在驱动晶体管Td的栅极和源极之间,驱动晶体管Td向发光元件输出与数据信号Vdata相关的驱动电流。
图6示出了根据本公开实施例的像素驱动电路的驱动时序图,图7A示出了根据本公开实施例的像素驱动电路在第一时段的等效电路图,图7B示出了根据本公开实施例的像素驱动电路在第二时段的等效电路图,图7C示出了根据本公开实施例的像素驱动电路在第三时段的等效电路图。接下来,将参考图4、图5、图6、图7A、图7B和图7C,来详细描述根据本公开实施例的像素驱动电路的操作。
如图6所示,在第一时段P1,控制信号CONT为高电平,扫描信号Vscan为高电平。在控制信号CONT的控制下,第一晶体管T1关断,第二晶体管T2导通。在扫描信号Vscan的控制下,第三晶体管T3和第四晶体管T4导通。图7A示出了根据本公开实施例的像素驱动电路在第一时段P1的等效电路图。
如图7A所示,第四晶体管T4导通,将初始化信号Vint施加到发光元件,从而对发光元件进行初始化。本领域技术人员可以理解,可以将初始化信号Vint的电压设置为(Vint-V2)<Voled,其中,V2为发光元件OLED的第二端的电压,Voled是发光元件OLED的发光阈值电压,由此可以确保在第一时段P1中发光元件不会发光。在发光元件的第二端接地的示例中,即,第二电压信号V2为零,初始化信号Vint的电压可以为-3V。第一电容C1的第二端(图中示出为A点)的电压VA=Vint。
如图7A所示,第三晶体管T3导通,数据信号Vdata被写入节点C。在驱动晶体管Td为N型晶体管的示例中,驱动晶体管Td导通。在第一时段P1,第二电容C2的第一端(图中示出为C点,即,连接至驱动晶体管Td的栅极一端)的电压VC为数据信号Vdata,即VC=Vdata,从而为向第二电容C2写入Vth作准备,其中Vth为驱动晶体管Td的阈值电压。此时,由于第二晶体管T2导通,第二电容C2的第二端(图中示出为B点)的电压为参考电压信号Vref,即VB=Vref。因此,在第一时段P1,第一电容C1两端的电压为VC1=VA-VB=Vint-Vref,第二电容C2两端的电压为VC2=VB-VC=Vref-Vdata。
由于在第一时段P1完成像素驱动电路的初始化,可以将第一时段P1称为“初始化时段”。
接下来,如图6所示,在第二时段P2,控制信号CONT为高电平,第一晶体管T1关断,第二晶体管T2导通。扫描信号Vscan为低电平,第三晶体管T3和第四晶体管T4关断。
图7B示出了根据本公开实施例的像素驱动电路在第二时段P2的等效电路图。如图7B所示,第二晶体管T2导通,节点B的电位仍为VB=Vref。驱动晶体管Td导通,利用第一电压信号V1向节点A充电。由于第四晶体管T4关断,由此节点A的电压VA从Vint开始升高。由于第二电容C2,在第二时段P2节点C的电压VC=Vdata。驱动晶体管Td的栅源电压Vgs=Vg-Vs=VC-VA。由于VA逐渐升压,驱动晶体管Td的栅源电压Vgs逐渐减小,直到Vgs<Vth,驱动晶体管Td关断。此时节点A的电压VA=Vdata-Vth。此时,节点C的电位VC为Vdata1。Vdata1的数值与输入到像素驱动电路的数据信号Vdata相关。当达到平衡时,第一电容C1两端的电压为VC1=VA-VB=Vdata-Vth-Vref。第二电容C2两端的电压为VC2=VB-VC=Vref-Vdata1。
由于在第二时段P2,实质上将数据信号写入第一电容C1,可以将第二时段P2称为“数据写入时段”。
接下来,在第三时段P3,控制信号CONT和扫描信号Vscan为低电平,第一晶体管T1导通,第二晶体管T2、第三晶体管T3和第四晶体管T4关断。
图7C示出了根据本公开实施例的像素驱动电路在第三时段P3的等效电路图。如图7C所示,由于第一晶体管T1导通,第二电容C2被短路,因此很快节点B的电位VB和节点C的电位VC相等。在达到平衡时,VB=VC=Vdata2。与上文所述的Vdata1相类似,Vdata2的数值与输入到像素驱动电路的数据信号Vdata相关。Vdata2使得驱动晶体管Td再次导通。
因此,节点B的电压由第二时段P2中的Vref改变为Vdata2,因此节点B的电压VB的变化量ΔVB=Vdata2-Vref。由于第一电容C1的耦合作用,节点A的电位由第二时段P2中的Vdata-Vth改变为VA=(Vdata-Vth)+ΔVB=(Vdata-Vth)+Vdata2-Vref。
此时驱动晶体管Td的栅极源极电压Vgs=VC-VA=Vdata2-((Vdata-Vth)+Vdata2-Vref)=Vth+Vref-Vdata。
根据IDS=K(Vgs-Vth)2,可以得出流经驱动晶体管Td的驱动电流IDS=K(Vth+Vref-Vdata-Vth)2=K(Vref-Vdata)2。
如上文中参考图1所述,K为与驱动晶体管Td的工艺和设计相关的参数,一旦驱动晶体管Td制成,该参数K为常数。
根据本公开实施例,参考电压信号Vref的幅度应大于数据信号Vdata的幅度。在第三时段P3,驱动晶体管Td的栅极源极电压Vgs=Vth+Vref-Vdata。为了保证发光元件发光,需要Vgs>Vth。即,Vth+Vref-Vdata>Vth。由此需要(Vref-Vdata)>0,即,Vref>Vdata。在实际应用中,同一时刻施加到一行像素电路的每一个像素电路的数据信号并不相同,不同时刻施加到同一像素电路的数据信号也不相同,因此可以将Vref的数值设置为大于数据信号中的最大值。例如,可以将Vref的数值设置为大于与最大灰阶值255相对应的数据信号。
由于在第三时段P3,驱动发光元件发光,可以将第三时段P3称为“发光时段”。
可以看出,以上电流IDS与驱动晶体管Td的漏极电压V1以及驱动晶体管Td的阈值电压Vth均无关。因此,根据本公开实施例的像素驱动电路能够对驱动晶体管Td管的阈值Vth以及漏极电压V1进行补偿。
根据本公开实施例,通过引入控制信号CONT对第一晶体管T1和第二晶体管T2的导通和关断进行控制,使得电路结构随控制信号CONT的高低电平变化而改变。同时,通过设置第一电容C1,使得在发光阶段,驱动晶体管Td的栅极源极电压与驱动晶体管的阈值电压Vth和漏极电压V1均无关,从而能够缓解由于阈值电压Vth偏移和背板电源ELVDD压降造成的发光亮度不均的问题。
本领域技术人员已知的是,当像素驱动电路工作了一段时间后,驱动晶体管Td的阈值电压Vth会发生偏移。根据本公开实施例的像素驱动电路可以补偿该偏移。图8示出了根据本公开实施例的像素驱动电路中,经仿真得到的驱动晶体管Td的阈值电压Vth变化时流过发光元件的电流i_oled的变化示意图。例如,可以使用SmartSpice等仿真软件,通过对如图4所示的像素电路中的驱动晶体管Td设置不同的阈值电压Vth,得到在不同阈值电压Vth的情况下在发光阶段流经发光元件的驱动电流i_oled的仿真示意图。如图8所示,驱动晶体管Td的阈值电压Vth偏移前为1.2V,偏移后为(1.2V±0.3V)。阈值电压Vth的偏移率达到25%,i_oled的变化率Δi_oled%没有超过10%。这说明根据本公开实施例的像素驱动电路,可以较好地补偿驱动晶体管Td的阈值电压Vth的偏移。
图9示出了根据本公开实施例的像素驱动电路中,经仿真得到的驱动晶体管Td的漏极电压V1变化时流过发光元件的电流i_oled的变化示意图。如图9所示,驱动晶体管Td的漏极电压V1从4.7V下降到4.2V的过程中,i_oled的变化率Δi_oled%没有超过2%。这说明根据本公开实施例的像素驱动电路,可以消除驱动晶体管Td的漏极电压V1的压降对发光元件的发光电流的影响。
根据本公开实施例,提供了一种显示面板。图10示出了根据本公开实施例的显示面板的结构示意图。如图10所示,根据本公开实施例的显示面板1000可以包括扫描信号线SL1~SLN,配置为提供扫描信号;数据信号线DL1~DLM,配置为提供数据信号,其中M和N为正整数;连接至所述数据信号线和扫描信号线的根据本公开实施例的像素驱动电路1110;以及发光元件1120。发光元件1120的第一端连接至所述像素驱动电路1110,发光元件的第二端可以连接至第二电压信号V2。
根据本公开实施例,提供了一种显示装置。图11示出了根据本公开实施例的显示面板1100的结构示意图。如图11所示,根据本公开实施例的显示面板1100可以包括根据本公开实施例的显示面板1111。根据本公开实施例的显示装置1100可以是电子纸、手机、平板电脑、电视机、显示器、笔记本电脑、数码相框、导航仪等任何具有显示功能的产品或部件。
应当注意的是,在以上的描述中,仅以示例的方式,示出了本公开实施例的技术方案,但并不意味着本公开实施例局限于上述步骤和结构。在可能的情形下,可以根据需要对步骤和结构进行调整和取舍。因此,某些步骤和单元并非实施本公开实施例的总体发明思想所必需的元素。
至此已经结合优选实施例对本公开进行了描述。应该理解,本领域技术人员在不脱离本公开实施例的精神和范围的情况下,可以进行各种其它的改变、替换和添加。因此,本公开实施例的范围不局限于上述特定实施例,而应由所附权利要求所限定。
Claims (13)
1.一种像素驱动电路,包括:
驱动子电路,连接至发光元件;
初始化子电路,连接至所述发光元件,所述初始化子电路配置为接收扫描信号和初始化信号,并在所述扫描信号的控制下,利用所述初始化信号对所述发光元件进行初始化;
数据写入子电路,连接至所述驱动子电路,所述数据写入子电路配置为接收所述扫描信号和数据信号,并在所述扫描信号的控制下,将所述数据信号写入所述驱动子电路;以及
发光控制子电路,连接至所述驱动子电路和发光元件,所述发光控制子电路配置为接收控制信号和参考电压信号,并在所述控制信号和参考电压信号的控制下,控制驱动子电路向发光元件输出与所述数据信号相关的驱动电流。
2.根据权利要求1所述的像素驱动电路,其中,所述发光控制子电路包括第一晶体管、第二晶体管和第一电容;
其中,第一晶体管和第二晶体管的控制极连接为接收控制信号,第一晶体管的第一极连接至驱动子电路,第二极连接至第一电容的第一端;
第二晶体管的第一极连接为接收参考电压信号,第二极连接至第一电容的第一端;
第一电容的第二端连接至所述发光元件;
其中,第一晶体管的类型是N型晶体管和P型晶体管中的一种,第二晶体管的类型是N型晶体管和P型晶体管中的另一种。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的像素驱动电路,其中,所述驱动子电路包括驱动晶体管和第二电容;
其中,驱动晶体管的栅极连接至所述第二电容的第一端和第一晶体管的第一极,源极连接至所述发光元件,漏极连接至第一电压信号;
其中,所述第二电容的第二端连接至第一电容的第一端。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的像素驱动电路,其中,所述数据写入子电路包括第三晶体管;
其中,第三晶体管的第一极连接为接收所述数据信号,第二极连接至驱动晶体管的栅极,控制极连接为接收所述扫描信号。
5.根据权利要求4所述的像素驱动电路,其中,所述初始化子电路包括第四晶体管,第四晶体管的第一极连接为接收所述初始化信号,控制极连接为接收所述扫描信号,第二极连接至所述发光元件。
6.根据权利要求5所述的像素驱动电路,其中,所述第三晶体管和第四晶体管的类型与第一晶体管的类型相同。
7.根据权利要求1所述的像素驱动电路,其中,所述驱动电流为K*(Vref-Vdata)2,其中K为与驱动晶体管相关的常数,Vref为所述参考电压信号的幅度,Vdata为所述数据信号的幅度。
8.一种显示面板,包括:
扫描信号线,配置为提供扫描信号;
数据信号线,配置为提供数据信号;
如权利要求1-7之一所述的像素驱动电路;以及
发光元件,所述发光元件的第一端连接至所述像素驱动电路,所述发光元件的第二端连接至第二电压信号。
9.一种显示装置,包括如权利要求8所述的显示面板。
10.一种像素驱动方法,应用于根据权利要求1-7之一所述的像素驱动电路,所述像素驱动方法包括:
在第一时段,在扫描信号和控制信号的控制下,将数据信号和参考电压信号写入第二电容;
在第二时段,在扫描信号和控制信号的控制下,将数据信号、参考电压信号和驱动晶体管的阈值电压写入第一电容;以及
在第三时段,在控制信号的控制下,将第一电容保持的数据信号、参考电压信号以及驱动晶体管的阈值电压施加在驱动晶体管的栅极和源极之间,驱动晶体管向发光元件输出与数据信号相关的驱动电流。
11.根据权利要求10所述的像素驱动方法,其中,
在所述第一时段,在扫描信号的控制下,第三晶体管导通,将数据信号写入第二电容的第一端;第二晶体管导通,将参考电压信号写入第二电容的第二端;第四晶体管导通,将初始化信号施加到发光元件;
在所述第二时段,在控制信号的控制下,第一晶体管关断,第二晶体管导通,将数据信号和驱动晶体管的阈值电压施加至第一电容的第二端;以及
在所述第三时段,在控制信号的控制下,第一晶体管导通,第二晶体管关断。
12.根据权利要求10所述的像素驱动方法,其中,所述参考电压信号的幅度大于所述数据信号的幅度。
13.根据权利要求10所述的像素驱动方法,其中,所述初始化信号的电压与第二电压信号的电压之差小于所述发光元件的发光阈值电压。
