Technical Field
The invention relates to an automatic bar code identification and detection system which can effectively identify and detect repeated numbers, wrong numbers and interrupted numbers appearing in one-dimensional codes and two-dimensional codes and store data.
Background
Digital automatic identification technology business services (including bar code manufacturing, label manufacturing, research and development and sale of related software and hardware and the like) have increasingly strict requirements on the quality of bar code manufacturing by customers along with the increasingly wide application of bar code technology. At present, the single-piece management of product parts is more and more extensive in the manufacturing industry, such as: in the automobile assembling process of an automobile manufacturing enterprise, if 10000 automobiles of a type of automobile are off-line in a certain month in a certain year, 5 hubs of a specific model are needed for each automobile, 50000 hubs are needed in total, in order to facilitate automatic workshop production and later quality tracing management, barcodes are required to be attached to the 50000 hubs before leaving factories, and except for the same product fixation, each hub has a unique serial number corresponding to the hub. Therefore, the 50000 bar codes are required to be clear and readable, the fixed information is correct, the serial numbers are from 00001 to 50000, the phenomena of repeated number, wrong number, no number interruption in the middle and the like cannot occur, otherwise, the automatic assembly line of the automobile is stopped, and great loss is caused to enterprises.
The traditional bar code detection equipment can only solve the problems of reading bar code information, evaluating bar code appearance and the like, but can not solve the problems of whether the bar code data source information is correct, whether a bar code required by sequence has a repeated number, a wrong number or a discontinuous serial number in a required number segment (such as 00001-50000) and the like. Therefore, how to eliminate the above phenomenon is a problem that needs to be solved urgently at present.
