本发明提供一种智能汽车尾气排放管,用于解决目前的汽车尾气排放管及三元催化器不能对尾气进行更好地处理的问题,其包括壳体、进气口、传感器、等离子发生器、智能检测系统、过滤挡板、出气口,汽车尾气的有害物质经完全分解和净化排出到排气管外,并最终实现零排放。

本发明是一种涉及汽车尾气过滤的装置,其涉及一种智能汽车尾气排放管。
背景技术
汽车作为现代化交通工具,给人们的生产与生活带来十分方便的同时,汽车的副产品尾气排放物,给大气环境所造成的污染却日益严重,同时严重影响着给人们的身体健康。
汽车排气系统的主要净化装置就是三元催化器,它将有机化合物(氮氧化合物、碳氧化合物等)分化成离子状态的氮离子、氢离子、碳离子、氢氧根离子等无害物质,使尾气得以净化;但三元催化器必须在发动机的温度达到600℃才会进行分解和净化,在600℃以前是不工作也不会净化,汽车尾气的有害物质无法得到有效处理。
发明内容
本发明的目的旨在提供一种智能汽车尾气排放管,用于解决目前的汽车尾气排放管及三元催化器不能对尾气进行更好地处理的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案。
一种智能汽车尾气排放管,其结构包括壳体,所述的壳体呈椭圆形管状;其所述的汽车尾气排放管的一端为进气口,另一端为出气口;在壳体内安装有若干个传感器,分别位于壳体内前部与后部的两侧,所述的传感器具有耐高温、防水、防腐蚀等特性;壳体内安装有若干过滤挡板,位于壳体内前部, 所述的过滤挡板之间相隔有一定的距离;壳体外部安装有等离子发生器,所述的等离子发生器相关模块嵌入在壳体内;在等离子发生器一侧安装有智能检测系统,所述的智能检测系统带有可显示检测数据的液晶显示屏,智能检测系统的模块侧嵌入在壳体内;所述的智能汽车尾气排放管,其所用的电源为汽车自身的电源。

具体实施方式
汽车尾气经三元催化器进入本发明的一种智能汽车尾气排放管,在壳体1内前部的4传感器实时检测尾气的情况,把相关数据传输到7智能检测系统进行分化并把数据进行显示;尾气进入1壳体内的一排5过滤挡板,由于挡板与挡板之间有一定的间距,当尾气从进气口进入后变成曲线状流动,能够减缓气体前进速度,有利于尾气的过滤和处理;尾气经过滤挡板流出后,在壳体内的6等离子发生器,对尾气中的有机物进行分解净化处理,等离子体不会过分电离,也不会产生臭氧;尾气经过完全分解净化后,安装在出气口前的4传感器能够及时检测到净化后的情况,并把数据传输到7智能检测系统进行分化并把数据进行显示,可以随时掌握尾气的排放情况;最后,经完全分解和净化的尾气从出气口排出到排气管外面,并最终实现零排放的目的。

Claims (6)

1.一种智能汽车尾气排放管,其特征在于,采用先进的等离子分解技术,全智能检测系统,其结构包括壳体、进气口、传感器、等离子发生器、智能检测系统、过滤挡板、出气口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的智能汽车尾气排放管,其壳体采用优质不锈钢材质或者其他同等质量的高级金属材质,壳体的一端为进气口,另一端为出气口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的智能汽车尾气排放管,在进气口与过滤挡板之间装有传感器,分别位于壳体的两侧,在出气口前安装有传感器在壳体的两侧,该种传感器的质量非常高,具有耐高温、防腐蚀、防水等特性。
4.根据权利要求1所述的智能汽车尾气排放管,在进气口的传感器后面安装有一排过滤挡板,分别位于壳体的两侧,挡板与挡板之间有一定的间距,当尾气从进气口进入后变成曲线状流动。
5.根据权利要求1所述的智能汽车尾气排放管,在壳体外底面的中间位置分别安装有等离子发生器和智能检测系统,等离子发生器能够有效净化尾气中的有害物质,智能检测系统检测尾气中有害物质的净化情况。
6.根据权利要求1所述的智能汽车尾气排放管,其所使用的电源为汽车自身的电源。
