The specific structure of each of the above modules is exemplarily set forth below.
In one possible case, the swing module 2 comprises a driving member, a transmission member and a clothes rail, wherein the driving member is connected with the clothes rail through the transmission member, and the driving member can drive the transmission member to drive the clothes rail to reciprocate. The driving member may be a driving component such as a driving motor, a cylinder, a hydraulic rod, etc., the transmission member may be a structure in which a crank and a connecting rod are engaged, or a structure in which a rocker group is engaged, or a structure in which a cam and a push rod are engaged, and those skilled in the art may flexibly set the specific structures of the driving member and the transmission member and the manner of mutual assembly in practical applications, as long as the driving member is driven by the driving member to drive the clothes hanging rod to reciprocate, and in addition, the reciprocating motion of the clothes hanging rod may be linear reciprocating motion, swinging reciprocating motion, or rotating reciprocating motion, and those skilled in the art may flexibly set the motion manner of the clothes hanging rod in practical applications, as long as the clothes hanging rod can reciprocate to shake clothes hung on the clothes hanging rod.
In another possible situation, the temperature and humidity detecting module 3 includes a temperature sensor and a humidity sensor, and the temperature in the cabinet 1 can be detected by the temperature sensor, and the humidity in the cabinet 1 can be detected by the humidity sensor.
In another possible situation, the air circulation module 4 adopts a structural form of matching a fan and an air duct, the fan is arranged in the air duct, an inlet and an outlet of the air duct are communicated with the inside of the cabinet body 1, and circulating air can be formed in the cabinet body 1 under the action of the fan.
In another possible situation, the temperature and humidity adjusting module 5 can generate cool air and warm air, and can also generate dry air by condensing water vapor, so as to adjust the temperature and humidity in the cabinet 1, generally, the clothes just put into the cabinet 1 generally have higher humidity and lower temperature, and are adhered by the wet and cold water vapor, so specifically, the temperature and humidity adjusting module 5 can adopt a cooler (such as a refrigeration semiconductor structure), a heater (such as a structure formed by heating elements such as PTC or resistance wires) and a matching structure of a humidity adjuster, the air can be cooled by the cooler, the air can be heated by the heater, the humidity can be adjusted by the humidity adjuster, and for example, the structure of a heat pump system (such as a combined structure of an evaporator, a condenser and a compressor) can be adopted, and the refrigerant can be compressed by the compressor, The air conditioner has the advantages that the air conditioner flows between the evaporator and the condenser repeatedly in a circulating mode, the surface temperature of the evaporator can be very low through evaporation heat absorption, the surface temperature of the condenser can be very high through condensation heat release, when the air firstly passes through the evaporator, moist air is directly condensed into water drops on the surface of the evaporator when meeting cold, so that the humidity of the air is reduced, the dehumidified air is directly heated by the condenser when passing through the condenser, the temperature of the air is increased, and through the mode, the moist cold air is changed into dry high-temperature air after passing through the evaporator and the condenser, so that the effects of temperature and humidity adjustment are achieved.
In yet another possible case, the steam generating module 6 may employ a steam generator, which is composed of a heat generating plate, a water storage heating chamber, and a protection element and a detection element, and by which water can be heated to generate steam, and by which steam sterilization and disinfection of laundry can be performed.
In yet another possible case, the high voltage generation module 7 may employ a plasma generator, by which the sterilization, odor removal, and static electricity elimination of the laundry can be performed.
It should be noted that, a person skilled in the art can flexibly set the specific structures of the middle swing module 2, the temperature and humidity detecting module 3, the air circulation module 4, the temperature and humidity adjusting module 5, the steam generating module 6 and the high pressure generating module 7 in practical applications, and the above exemplary structures are intended to illustrate the principle of the control method of the present invention and do not constitute any limitation to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, the control method of the present invention includes: acquiring the temperature and/or humidity in the cabinet body 1; according to the temperature and/or humidity, a corresponding laundry treating operation is performed. The determination of the laundry treatment operation may be performed by temperature alone or by humidity alone, but it is most preferable to determine the laundry treatment operation to be performed by a combination of temperature and humidity.
Preferably, the step of "performing the corresponding laundry treating operation according to temperature and/or humidity" specifically comprises: if the temperature is not within the first preset temperature range or the humidity is not within the first preset humidity range, the temperature and humidity adjusting module 5 of the clothes treating apparatus is turned on. That is, at this time, at least one of the temperature and the humidity in the cabinet 1 does not satisfy the condition of the laundry treatment, and therefore, the temperature/humidity control module 5 of the laundry treatment apparatus needs to be turned on to perform temperature and/or humidity control. The step of performing the corresponding laundry treating operation according to the temperature and/or humidity further includes: if the temperature is within a first preset temperature range and the humidity is within a first preset humidity range, the temperature and humidity adjusting module 5 of the laundry treating apparatus is turned off. That is to say, the temperature and the humidity in the cabinet 1 are already within the appropriate ranges at this time, and at this time, temperature and humidity regulation is not required, and the temperature and humidity regulation module 5 needs to be turned off. In the present invention, a skilled person can flexibly set the first preset temperature range and the first preset humidity range in practical application, that is, the value selection interval of the first preset temperature range and the first preset humidity range can be flexibly adjusted in combination with practical situations, as long as whether temperature and humidity adjustment is performed can be determined through the first preset temperature range and the first preset humidity range.
Preferably, the step of "performing the corresponding laundry treating operation according to temperature and/or humidity" specifically comprises: if the temperature reaches a first preset temperature, the temperature and humidity adjusting module 5 of the laundry treating apparatus is turned off and the steam generating module 6 of the laundry treating apparatus is turned on. That is, when the temperature reaches the first preset temperature, it is indicated that the temperature is already at the proper temperature, and steam sterilization can be performed without temperature adjustment. The step of performing the corresponding laundry treating operation according to the temperature and/or humidity further includes: if the temperature does not reach the first preset temperature, the temperature and humidity adjusting module 5 of the laundry treating apparatus is turned on and the steam generating module 6 of the laundry treating apparatus is turned off. That is, if the temperature does not reach the first preset temperature, it is indicated that the temperature is still not appropriate, and the temperature control should be continued and the steam sterilization is not performed for a while. The skilled person in the art can flexibly set the first preset temperature in practical application, as long as the demarcation point determined by the first preset temperature can determine whether the temperature and humidity adjustment module 5 continues to adjust the temperature.
Preferably, the step of "performing the corresponding laundry treating operation according to temperature and/or humidity" specifically comprises: if the temperature is within a second preset temperature range and the humidity is within a second preset humidity range, the temperature and humidity adjusting module 5 of the laundry treating apparatus is turned off and the high voltage generating module 7 of the laundry treating apparatus is turned on. That is to say, the temperature and humidity in the cabinet body 1 are within the appropriate range at this time, and at this time, temperature and humidity regulation is not required, and at this time, the temperature and humidity regulation module 5 needs to be closed, and the high-pressure generation module 7 is opened to sterilize and remove the odor and the like from the clothes. The step of performing the corresponding laundry treating operation according to the temperature and/or humidity further includes: if the temperature is not within the second preset temperature range or the humidity is not within the second preset humidity range, the temperature and humidity adjusting module 5 of the laundry treating apparatus is turned on and the high voltage generating module 7 of the laundry treating apparatus is turned off. At this time, at least one of the temperature and the humidity in the cabinet 1 does not satisfy the condition of the clothes treatment, and therefore, the temperature and humidity adjusting module 5 of the clothes treatment device needs to be turned on to adjust the temperature and/or humidity, and the high pressure generating module 7 is temporarily turned off to not sterilize the clothes and remove the odor. In practical application, a person skilled in the art can flexibly set the second preset temperature range and the second preset humidity range, that is, the value selection interval of the second preset temperature range and the second preset humidity range can be flexibly adjusted in combination with practical situations, as long as whether temperature and humidity adjustment is performed and the operation to be performed by the high-voltage generation module 7 can be judged through the second preset temperature range and the second preset humidity range.
It should be noted that the above control logics may be performed individually or in combination, that is, only one of the above control logics may be used in a complete laundry treatment process, or the above control logics may be used simultaneously, and those skilled in the art may flexibly set the control logic applied in the laundry treatment process in practical applications as long as the optimum laundry treatment can be performed. In addition, it should be further noted that "turning on" of each module may be from turning off to turning on, or the module may be turned on originally and then continues to maintain the on state.
Preferably, before the step of "acquiring the temperature and/or humidity in the cabinet 1", the control method of the present invention further comprises: the air circulation module 4 of the laundry treating apparatus is turned on. That is, before the temperature and humidity are determined, the air in the cabinet 1 is circulated, so that the clothes can be fully stretched, and other clothes treatment operations can be conveniently performed in the subsequent process.
Preferably, before, simultaneously with or after the step of turning on the air circulation module 4 of the laundry treating apparatus, the control method of the present invention further includes: the laundry swing module 2 of the laundry treating apparatus is turned on. That is, before, simultaneously with or after circulating the air in the cabinet 1, the laundry can be shaken sufficiently, so that the laundry and the circulating air can be contacted as much as possible under the action of the air circulation, the contact area between the laundry and the circulating air is increased, the laundry is subjected to impurity operations such as dust removal in advance, and the laundry can be further treated later.
The preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to an example of a complete laundry treatment process.
As shown in fig. 3, it is first detected whether there is clothes in the cabinet 1 (it can be determined by installing a weighing module on the clothes rail or the clothes hanger of the clothes rail, and of course, the user may select a corresponding clothes processing program by himself after putting in the clothes, for example, clothes made of fur, and the user may directly select the fur clothes processing program), if there is no clothes, no clothes processing operation is performed, and if there is clothes, the swing module 2 and the air circulation module 4 are turned on.
During the swinging of the laundry and the circulation of the air inside cabinet 1, the temperature and humidity inside cabinet 1 are detected, it is determined whether the current temperature is between T1 and T2 (T1 < T2) and the current humidity is between RH1 and RH2 (RH1 < RH2), and if so, the temperature and humidity adjusting module 5 is turned off and the swinging module 2 and the air circulation module 4 are continued for the operation time T1; if not, the temperature and humidity adjusting module 5 needs to be started until the temperature in the cabinet 1 is between T1 and T2 and the humidity is between RH1 and RH 2.
After the swing module 2 and the air circulation module 4 are operated for time t1 or the temperature and humidity adjustment is completed, the swing module 2 and the air circulation module 4 are continuously kept operated, and the high voltage generation module 7 is turned on for time t 2.
After the time lasts for T2, the high-voltage generation module 7 is closed, the temperature and humidity adjustment module 5 starts a heating mode, whether the current temperature reaches T3 or not is judged, if the current temperature reaches T3, the temperature and humidity adjustment module 5 is closed, and if the current temperature does not reach T3, heating is continued.
And (3) starting the steam generation module 6, judging whether the temperature reaches T4 and the humidity reaches RH3, if the temperature reaches T4 and the humidity reaches RH3, closing the steam generation module 6, and if the temperature does not reach T4 or the humidity does not reach RH3, continuing steam treatment.
After T3 time, the temperature and humidity adjusting module 5 starts the heating mode, determines whether the current temperature is between T5 and T6 (T5 < T6) and whether the current humidity is between RH4 and RH5 (RH4 < RH5), and if yes, turns off the temperature and humidity adjusting module 5 and turns on the high voltage generating module 7 for time T4; if not, heating is continued.
The temperature and humidity adjusting module 5 starts a cooling mode, judges whether the current temperature is between T7 and T8 (T7 < T8) and the current humidity is between RH6 and RH7 (RH6 < RH7), and if so, closes the temperature and humidity adjusting module 5 to finish the clothes treatment; if not, the refrigeration is continued.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
