A control method of the laundry treating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 4.
The main body of the control method of the laundry treatment apparatus may be the laundry treatment apparatus, or a control device of the laundry treatment apparatus communicatively connected to the laundry treatment apparatus, or a server communicatively connected to the laundry treatment apparatus, or may be a user terminal communicatively connected to the laundry treatment apparatus, including but not limited to a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a watch, or the like.
As shown in fig. 1, the control method of the laundry treating apparatus includes: step 110, step 120 and step 130.
Step 110, controlling the inner cylinder of the clothes treatment equipment to accelerate to a first rotating speed for rotation at a first time to a second time, and controlling the fan of the clothes treatment equipment to decelerate to a second rotating speed for rotation; wherein the gravity of the clothes to be treated is not more than the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the inner cylinder at the first rotation speed;
in this step, the laundry treating apparatus may be an apparatus for performing a process such as drying of laundry to be treated, such as a dryer, or the like.
The garment to be treated may be any type of garment including, but not limited to, wool, silk, and other materials of garment and the like.
The clothes treatment equipment is provided with an inner cylinder for placing clothes to be treated. When the clothes treatment equipment works, the inner cylinder can rotate and drive clothes to be treated to rotate.
The clothes treatment equipment is also provided with a fan for conveying air flow to the inner cylinder.
The motor of the inner cylinder and the motor of the fan are arranged independently, namely the air quantity of the fan can be independently regulated and controlled.
It will be appreciated that in the case where the laundry treating apparatus is operating normally, the laundry treating apparatus corresponds to a target operation period, which may include a plurality of laundry treating cycles therein. Wherein each laundry treatment cycle in turn comprises a plurality of time periods.
When the laundry treating apparatus is operating normally, the rotational direction of the drum is required to be kept uniform for each laundry treating cycle within the target operating time.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, this step is explained with t1 to t5 as one laundry treatment cycle.
In this step, the laundry treatment cycle includes a first period of time formed by a first time t1 and a second time t 2.
In the actual execution, the duration of the laundry treatment period and the duration of each time period within each laundry treatment period may be set based on the actual situation.
For example, the duration of each laundry treatment period may be set to 10 to 20 minutes, or 5 to 15 minutes, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
The first period of time formed by the first time t1 and the second time t2 is a shorter period of time.
In the actual execution, the duration of the first period may be set to 0.5s or 1s or the like.
As shown in fig. 2, in the first period, the rotation speed of the inner cylinder is controlled to be accelerated to a first rotation speed v1 for rotation;
as shown in fig. 3, in the first period, the rotational speed of the control fan is reduced to the second rotational speed v2 for rotation.
And, in addition, the method comprises the steps of,
wherein g is gravity acceleration, and r is the radius of the inner cylinder.
The first rotation speed v1 is used for providing a higher rotation speed so as to control the inner cylinder to rotate at a high speed.
Under the action of the first rotating speed v1, the centrifugal force of the clothes to be treated is larger than the gravity of the clothes to be treated, so that the clothes to be treated can be clung to the inner wall of the inner cylinder to rotate along with the inner cylinder, and no relative movement exists between the clothes to be treated and the inner wall of the inner cylinder, so that the beating times of the clothes to be treated are reduced.
In an actual implementation, v1 may be set to be generally 65r/min-80r/min.
It should be noted that the inner cylinder may rotate in a clockwise direction or may also rotate in a counterclockwise direction, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
The second rotating speed v2 is used for providing lower wind speed so as to control the wind quantity and prevent the wind quantity from blowing off the clothes to be treated stuck on the inner wall of the inner cylinder.
In the actual execution process, the motor of the inner cylinder can be controlled to accelerate to v1 at the highest acceleration in the first time period, so that the clothes to be treated reach the attached cylinder when the inner cylinder is started each time and are only rubbed for 1-2 times before rotating along with the inner wall of the inner cylinder, and the beating times are effectively reduced. The inventor finds that for the clothes with the scale structure on the surface, such as the clothes of wool, cashmere and other easily-felted materials, the friction force is smaller in the scale direction and larger in the scale reversing direction, so that the special directional friction effect is achieved. In the related drying technology, in order to accelerate the heat exchange efficiency of the clothes in the drum and the hot air and shorten the drying time, the clothes to be treated are often dried by adopting a drying mode that the clothes are frequently beaten by the inner drum at high temperature in the drum, and the method has great damage to the clothes of the easily felted materials such as the wool or the cashmere.
In the embodiment of the invention, at the time t1-t2, the inner cylinder is controlled to rapidly accelerate to high-speed rotation so that the clothes to be treated are clung to the inner wall of the inner cylinder and rotate along with the inner cylinder, and the fan is controlled to rapidly decelerate to lower rotation speed so as to provide lower air quantity so that the clothes to be treated are not blown off, so that no relative movement between the clothes to be treated and the inner wall of the inner cylinder can be effectively ensured, the beating times of the clothes to be treated are reduced, and the clothes of easy felting materials such as sheep wool or cashmere are protected.
Step 120, controlling the inner cylinder to maintain the first rotation speed and controlling the fan to maintain the second rotation speed to rotate at the second time to the third time;
with continued reference to fig. 2 and 3, in this step, the laundry treatment cycle further includes a second period of time formed by the second time t2 and the third time t 3.
In the actual execution, the duration of the second period may be set to 10min or 12min or the like.
As shown in fig. 2, during the second period of time, the inner cylinder is controlled to maintain the first rotation speed v 1;
as shown in fig. 3, the fan is controlled to maintain the second rotation speed v2 for a second period of time.
Wherein the first rotational speed v1 is used for providing a higher rotational speed and the second rotational speed v2 is used for providing a lower wind speed.
In the second time period, the inner cylinder is controlled to rotate at a high speed, so that the clothes to be treated cling to the inner wall of the inner cylinder and rotate along with the inner cylinder, and the lower air quantity is provided by the control fan so that the clothes to be treated cannot be blown down, and therefore, the clothes to be treated and the inner wall of the inner cylinder can be effectively ensured to have no relative motion, the beating times of the clothes to be treated are reduced, and the clothes of easily-felted materials such as sheep wool and cashmere are protected.
130, controlling the inner cylinder to be decelerated to rotate at a third rotating speed and controlling the fan to be accelerated to rotate at a fourth rotating speed at the third time to the fourth time;
with continued reference to fig. 2 and 3, in this step, the laundry treatment cycle further includes a third period of time formed by a third time t3 and a fourth time t 4.
The third time period is also a shorter time period, and may be, for example, 0.5s or 1 s.
The duration of the third period of time may be the same as the duration of the first period of time.
As shown in fig. 2, in the period of t3-t4, the inner cylinder is controlled to be decelerated to a third rotation speed v3 for rotation;
as shown in FIG. 3, in the period of t3-t4, the fan is controlled to accelerate to a fourth rotating speed v4 for rotation.
Wherein the first rotational speed is greater than the third rotational speed, and the second rotational speed is less than the fourth rotational speed; the gravity of the clothes to be treated is larger than the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the inner cylinder at the third rotating speed.
And, in addition, the method comprises the steps of,
wherein g is gravity acceleration, and r is the radius of the inner cylinder.
The third rotational speed v3 is used to provide a lower rotational speed.
Under the action of the third rotating speed v3, the centrifugal force of the clothes to be treated is smaller than the gravity of the clothes to be treated, so that the clothes to be treated can drop from the inner cylinder at the target position, and the heat exchange surface of the clothes to be treated and air is changed.
The target position can be any position of the inner wall of the inner cylinder.
The fourth rotating speed v4 is used for providing higher wind speed, and the heat exchange of the clothes to be treated and the air is quickened by larger circulating air quantity, so that the drying time is shortened.
In the actual execution process, the motor of the inner cylinder can be controlled to decelerate to v3 at the highest acceleration in the third time period, so that the clothes to be treated are rubbed for 1-2 times from the state of being stuck to the cylinder and rotating along with the inner wall of the inner cylinder to the falling state when the inner cylinder is decelerated every time, and the beating times are effectively reduced.
Note that in some embodiments, v3=0.
In the case where v3=0, the rotational speed of the control inner tube is rapidly reduced from the first rotational speed v1 to 0 after the control inner tube maintains the first rotational speed v1 to rotate to the third timing.
According to the embodiment, the air quantity of the fan is increased under the condition that the inner cylinder rotates at a low speed or stops rotating, so that heat exchange between clothes to be treated and air can be accelerated, and drying time is effectively shortened.
It will be appreciated that the manner of control of the drum and blower in each laundry treatment cycle is similar and will not be described in detail herein.
According to the control method of the clothes treatment equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention, the inner cylinder is maintained to rotate at a high speed and the fan is controlled to keep a low air quantity to work at the second time to the third time, so that the clothes to be treated are enabled to rotate along with the inner cylinder and not to move relative to the inner cylinder, the beating times of the clothes to be treated are effectively reduced, and the clothes of easy-felt materials such as sheep wool or cashmere are protected; through at the third moment to the fourth moment, the inner tube is controlled to be rapidly decelerated, the fan is controlled to be rapidly increased to a higher air quantity, the beating times of the clothes to be treated can be further reduced, the heat exchange surface of the clothes to be treated and the air is changed, and the heat exchange of the clothes to be treated and the air is accelerated, so that the drying effect is improved.
In some embodiments, after controlling the inner barrel to decelerate to the third rotational speed v3 and the blower to accelerate to the fourth rotational speed v4, the method may further include:
and at the fourth time to the fifth time, controlling the inner cylinder to maintain the rotation of the third rotating speed, and controlling the fan to maintain the rotation of the fourth rotating speed.
With continued reference to fig. 2, in this embodiment, the laundry treatment cycle further includes a fourth period of time formed by a fourth time t4 and a fifth time t 5.
In the actual execution, the duration of the fourth period may be set to 3s or 5s or the like.
As shown in fig. 2, in the fourth period, the inner cylinder is controlled to maintain the third rotation speed v 3;
as shown in fig. 3, the fan is controlled to maintain the fourth rotation speed v4 for a fourth period of time.
The third rotational speed v3 is used to provide a lower rotational speed.
In some embodiments, v3=0.
In the case of v3=0, then after the fifth instant t5, the rotational speed of the control inner cylinder increases rapidly from 0 to the first rotational speed v1.
In this embodiment, the inner drum is controlled to stop rotating or rotate at a smaller rotational speed in the fourth period, so that the laundry to be treated can drop from the inner drum at the target position, and the number of times of beating the laundry to be treated can be reduced as much as possible while changing the heat exchange surface of the laundry to be treated and air.
The target position can be any position of the inner wall of the inner cylinder.
Meanwhile, the fan is controlled to maintain a higher rotating speed in a fourth time period to provide higher air quantity, so that the circulation of air in the inner cylinder can be quickened, the heat exchange between clothes to be treated and the air is quickened, and the drying time is shortened.
After the fourth period of time, i.e., from the fifth time t5, the next laundry treatment cycle is entered. In the first time period in the next period, the control is carried out to increase the rotating speed of the inner cylinder to the first rotating speed v1 again, and the control is carried out to reduce the rotating speed of the fan to the second rotating speed v2 again.
According to the control method of the clothes treatment equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention, the fan is controlled to rotate at a higher rotating speed while the inner cylinder is controlled to rotate at a lower speed from the fourth moment to the fifth moment of each clothes treatment period, and the air quantity of the fan is increased under the condition that the inner cylinder rotates at a lower speed or stops rotating, so that the heat exchange between the clothes to be treated and the air can be accelerated on the basis of changing the heat exchange surface between the clothes to be treated and the air, the drying time is effectively shortened, and the drying effect is improved.
In some embodiments, in case that the laundry treatment cycle is the start cycle, the method may further include, prior to step 110:
in a first time period from the starting moment, the rotating speed of the inner cylinder is controlled to be accelerated from zero to a first rotating speed v1, and the rotating speed of the fan is controlled to be accelerated from zero to a second rotating speed v2.
In this embodiment, it should be noted that, in the initial period, in the first period, the initial rotational speeds of the inner cylinder and the fan are both 0, and in the first period, the inner cylinder is controlled to accelerate to the first rotational speed v1, and the fan is controlled to accelerate to the second rotational speed v2, respectively.
The control modes of the rotational speeds of the inner cylinder and the fan in other time periods in the initial period are the same as the control modes of the rotational speeds of the inner cylinder and the fan in the corresponding time periods in other processing periods, and are not described in detail herein.
It will be appreciated that the laundry treatment apparatus may also comprise a heat pump system.
The heat pump system is used for drying clothes to be processed in the inner cylinder.
The heat pump system is provided with a temperature sensor, and the temperature sensor is used for collecting the temperature of the outlet of the condenser of the heat pump system in real time.
Next, control logic of the heat pump system in the control method of the laundry treating apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 4.
In some embodiments, the method may further comprise:
at the starting moment when the clothes treatment equipment starts to work, controlling a heat pump system of the clothes treatment equipment to be started;
determining that the obtained target temperature value reaches a first temperature threshold value, and controlling the heat pump system to be turned on for a first time period and then turned off;
determining that the target temperature value is lower than a second temperature threshold value, and controlling the fan to rotate at a fifth rotating speed when the working time length of the clothes treatment equipment reaches the target time length;
the fourth rotating speed is smaller than the fifth rotating speed, the target temperature value is a real-time temperature value of a condenser outlet of the clothes treatment equipment, and the first temperature threshold value is higher than the second temperature threshold value.
In this embodiment, the heat pump system is used to heat the air entering the inner barrel.
The target temperature value is one of a condenser outlet real-time temperature, a condenser inlet real-time temperature, a compressor discharge real-time temperature, and an inlet real-time temperature of the capillary tube of the laundry treating apparatus.
The target temperature value is changed in real time.
In an actual implementation, the target temperature value may be acquired by a temperature sensor provided at the condenser outlet of the heat pump system.
The acquisition of the temperature value may be performed based on a set time interval, such as acquiring the target temperature value every 30s or every 1 min.
The first temperature threshold is an upper limit value of a temperature threshold of the condenser outlet, and the second temperature threshold is a lower limit value of the temperature threshold of the condenser outlet.
By controlling the target temperature value to be between the first temperature threshold value and the second temperature threshold value, it is ensured that the air temperature in the inner cylinder is kept at a constant value.
The first temperature threshold and the second threshold may be user-defined based or may be determined based on laundry to be treated.
In some embodiments, prior to step 110, the method may further comprise:
acquiring weight information of clothes to be treated;
Based on the weight information, a second temperature threshold and a first temperature threshold are determined, wherein the second temperature threshold and the first temperature threshold are temperature thresholds corresponding to one of a condenser outlet, a condenser inlet, a compressor discharge outlet and a capillary inlet of the clothes treatment device, and the first temperature threshold is higher than the second temperature threshold.
In this embodiment, the weight information of the laundry may be collected by the weight sensor, or the weight information of the laundry may be input by the user.
After the weight information of the laundry is obtained, a temperature value required for drying the laundry under the weight is determined based on the weight information, thereby determining an upper limit and a lower limit of the condenser outlet temperature threshold.
For example, the first temperature threshold is typically set to between 60 ℃ and 75 ℃, the second temperature threshold is set to between 58 ℃ and 73 ℃, and the temperature of the air in the inner tube can be maintained at about 65 ℃ when the condenser outlet temperature is within the temperature threshold.
The first time period may be user-defined, for example, the first time period may be set to 15s-30s.
The operation time of the laundry treating apparatus is the total time from the start time of the laundry treating apparatus to the current time.
The target duration may be user-defined based.
The target time period may be set to, for example, a period of time between a start time at which the laundry treating apparatus starts to operate and 1min or 2min before the target operation time period ends.
The target working time is all the working time required by the clothes treatment equipment for treating the clothes to be treated.
The target working time period may be customized based on a user or determined based on laundry to be treated.
In some embodiments, prior to step 110, the method may further comprise:
acquiring weight information of clothes to be treated;
based on the weight information, a target operating time period is determined.
In this embodiment, the weight information of the laundry may be collected by the weight sensor, or the weight information of the laundry may be input by the user.
After the weight information of the laundry to be treated is obtained, the working time required for drying the laundry to be treated under the weight, that is, the target working time, is determined based on the weight information.
For example, the target operating time period may be generally set between 2h-5 h.
The fifth rotating speed v5 is a rotating speed greater than the fourth rotating speed v4 and is used for increasing the circulating air quantity so as to enable the clothes to be treated to be cooled rapidly.
As shown in fig. 4, in the actual execution process, firstly, a suitable control program is determined based on the weight information of the laundry to be processed, and the target working time length, the first temperature threshold value and the second temperature threshold value corresponding to the laundry to be processed under the weight information are determined based on the control program.
And then starting the clothes treatment equipment, controlling a heat pump system of the clothes treatment equipment to be started at the starting moment when the clothes treatment equipment starts to work, controlling the rotating speed of the inner cylinder to be rapidly increased from 0 to a first rotating speed v1, and controlling the rotating speed of the fan to be increased from 0 to a second rotating speed v2.
Then, the inner cylinder is controlled to keep v1 rotating speed, after the fan is controlled to keep v2 rotating speed to rotate for a first target period, the rotating speed of the inner cylinder is controlled to be rapidly reduced from the first rotating speed v1 to the third rotating speed v3, the rotating speed of the fan is controlled to be increased from the second rotating speed v2 to the fourth rotating speed v4, the inner cylinder is maintained to rotate for a certain period at the third rotating speed v3, and the fan is maintained to rotate for a certain period at the fourth rotating speed v4, so that a first clothes treatment period is completed, and the next clothes treatment period is entered.
The control flow of each laundry treatment cycle has been described in the previous embodiments, and will not be described here.
And when the inner cylinder and the fan rotate according to the control flow, acquiring a target temperature value at any one position of the condenser outlet, the condenser inlet, the compressor exhaust port and the capillary inlet in real time through a temperature sensor arranged at the position, and comparing the target temperature value with a first temperature threshold.
And under the condition that the target temperature value reaches the first temperature threshold value, controlling the heat pump system to be turned on for a first time period, and then turning off the heat pump system, taking the target temperature value as a real-time temperature value at the outlet of the condenser as an example, for example, after the target temperature value reaches the first temperature threshold value, maintaining the temperature for 15s-30s, and then controlling the heat pump system to be turned off so as to start cooling the air in the inner cylinder.
At this time, the inner cylinder and the fan are kept to continue to operate.
Then, the target temperature value at the outlet of the condenser is continuously collected, and the target temperature value is compared with a second temperature threshold value.
And continuously detecting whether the working time length of the clothes treatment equipment reaches the target time length or not after the first time length is continued under the condition that the target temperature value is lower than the second temperature threshold value. For example, after determining that the target temperature value is lower than the second temperature threshold value, the temperature is maintained for 15s-30s, and then it is detected whether the operation time period of the laundry treating apparatus reaches the target time period.
When the working time of the clothes treatment equipment reaches the target time, if the working time reaches 1min before the end of the target working time, controlling the rotating speed of the fan to be increased to a fifth rotating speed v5 so as to accelerate the temperature reduction of the inner cylinder and the surface of the clothes to be treated; after a period of time, the drying process is ended.
In this embodiment, the heat pump system is used to heat the air inlet side by using the heat of the condenser, for example, by collecting the real-time temperature at the outlet or the inlet of the condenser, and controlling the opening and closing of the heat pump system based on the real-time temperature at the position, and the measured value is more accurate by using the characteristic that the state of the outlet of the condenser is the single-phase liquid state of the refrigerant.
In addition, based on the fixed temperature difference existing between the real-time temperature of the outlet of the condenser and the surface temperature of the clothes to be treated in the inner cylinder, the surface temperature of the clothes to be treated can be controlled more accurately, so that the clothes to be treated can be effectively protected.
In some embodiments, the method may further comprise:
at the starting moment when the clothes treatment equipment starts to work, controlling a heat pump system of the clothes treatment equipment to be started;
determining that the obtained target temperature value reaches a first temperature threshold value, and controlling the heat pump system to be turned on for a first time period and then turned off;
