Example 2
A second object of the present invention is to propose a control method of the above-mentioned laundry treatment apparatus, comprising an ironing phase during which the operating conditions of the steam generating means 7 are controlled by detecting the humidity value in the treatment chamber 1.
In the above-mentioned solution, since the steam generated by the steam generator 7 flows between the supply air path 11 and the return air path 12 after entering the treatment chamber 1, and the steam is recycled, the steam generator 7 does not need to generate steam all the time, but is used for supplementing steam when the steam amount in the treatment chamber 1 is insufficient, and the invention can effectively reduce the energy consumption of the equipment by detecting the humidity value in the treatment chamber 1 to control the opening of the steam generator 7.
Further, the steam generating device 7 is controlled to be turned off when the humidity value in the detection processing chamber 1 is greater than or equal to a first preset value, and the steam generating device 7 is controlled to be turned on when the humidity value in the detection processing chamber 1 is less than or equal to a second preset value, wherein the first preset value is greater than the second preset value.
In the above scheme, the humidity value of the processing chamber 1 represents the amount of steam in the processing chamber 1, and the humidity value is measured by a humidity sensor disposed in the processing chamber 1. When the humidity range in the processing chamber 1 is between the second preset value and the first preset value, the steam amount in the humidity range can obtain better ironing effect, when the detected humidity value exceeds the humidity range, the steam generating device 7 is controlled to be closed, a part of steam is attached to clothes to cause loss along with ironing, when the detected humidity value is lower than the humidity range, the steam generating device 7 is controlled to be closed, and the first preset value and the second preset value are stored in the controller. Further, in the process of the ironing stage, after the steam generating device 7 operates for a first preset time, the condensing device 9 is controlled to be started to enter a drying stage, the process of the drying stage further comprises the step of controlling the heating device 10 to be started, when the humidity value in the processing chamber 1 is detected to be smaller than or equal to a third preset value, the heating device 10 is controlled to be stopped to enter a cooling stage, the first preset value is larger than the second preset value and larger than the third preset value, and in the process of the cooling stage, the condensing device 9 is controlled to operate for a second preset time, then the condensing device 9 is controlled to be stopped and the operation is finished.
In the above scheme, because steam can be attached to the clothes to moisten the clothes in the ironing process, the clothes need to be dried after ironing is finished, hot and humid air generated in the drying process is condensed by the condensing device 9 and then becomes cold air, and the cold air is heated by the heating device 10 and then enters the processing chamber 1 again under the action of the air supply device 8. Meanwhile, the surface temperature of clothes dried by hot air is high, the clothes need to be cooled by a cooling stage, the heating device 10 is closed in the cooling process, and cold air generated after air in the air supply duct is condensed by the condensing device 9 enters the processing chamber 1 through the air supply device 8 to reduce the temperature of the clothes. Preferably, the first preset time is controlled to be 5-10 min.
Further, in the process of treating the clothes, the wind direction of the air inlet 4 is changed by controlling the starting of the wind direction control adjusting device to enable the clothes to swing, and/or the swinging device 13 is controlled to swing to drive the clothes to swing. And, the air supply means 8 are controlled to have the same or different air speeds in different stages of the laundry treatment, and/or the oscillating means 13 are controlled to have the same or different oscillation amplitudes, preferably the rotation speed of the fan in the drying stage is greater than the rotation speed in the ironing stage and the condensation stage.
As shown in fig. 4, the process flow of the present invention is as follows:
a steam preparation stage: controlling a fan, a wind direction adjusting device 14 and a steam generating device 7 to start, enabling air in the cabinet to flow circularly, enabling an air inlet 4 to change the wind direction, blowing clothes to swing freely (mainly swinging in an X-axis direction, and blowing the clothes in a Z-axis direction), heating the steam generating device 7 to prepare for generating steam, entering an ironing stage when detecting that the humidity value in the treatment chamber 1 is greater than or equal to the minimum humidity value, wherein the minimum humidity value at the moment is the humidity value when the steam just enters the treatment chamber 1;
and (3) ironing: the swing device 13 is controlled to be started, the steam generating device 7 generates steam and then fills the steam into the closed space, the steam is fully contacted with clothes through circulating air, after a proper amount of steam is added, the clothes are fully contacted with the steam and then are wetted, and shaping and wrinkle removal are realized by means of gravity action and continuous swing of the swing mechanism and combined with auxiliary blowing of the circulating air. In the ironing stage process, the operation state of the steam generating device 7 is controlled by detecting the humidity value in the processing chamber 1, and the drying stage is started after the operation for a first preset time, wherein the first preset time is about 5-10 min. And (3) drying: controlling the steam generating device 7 to be closed, controlling the condensing device 9 to be started and condense water, simultaneously controlling the heating device 10 to be started, assisting in blowing hot air to enable clothes to fully absorb heat, quickly drying, and entering a cooling stage when the humidity in the detection processing chamber 1 is smaller than or equal to a preset value;
and (3) cooling: and controlling the heating device 10 to be closed, blowing cold air by the air supply device 8 to cool and blow cold air to the clothes, and ending the operation after the operation for a second preset time, wherein the second preset time is about 3-5 min.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
