Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of clothes care, and particularly provides a control method of clothes care equipment.
Background
In daily life, people are often troubled by clothes which are difficult to dry and have peculiar smell caused by continuous rainy days, or by residual smoke and wine taste and seasoning taste on the clothes after polymerization, or wrinkles on the clothes which are difficult to remove, and the clothes care equipment generally has at least one part of functions of drying, deodorizing, sterilizing, fumigating, removing wrinkles and the like, and can help people to get rid of the trouble. A steam generator is arranged in a box body of the clothes care equipment to supply steam to clothes in the box body for steam care, so that odor removal, sterilization and wrinkle removal are realized. A humidity sensor is arranged in a box body of the existing clothes care equipment, a humidity value detected by the humidity sensor is compared with a preset value, and when the detected humidity value reaches the preset value, a steam generator is controlled to be turned off. However, merely comparing the humidity value with the preset value does not actually determine whether the laundry absorbs enough steam at this time, that is, the steam generator cannot be turned off at a proper time, and the current control logic for controlling the turning off of the steam generator still has room for improvement.
Therefore, there is a need in the art for a new control method of a laundry care appliance to solve the above-mentioned problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems in the prior art, that is, to solve the problem that the conventional laundry care apparatus cannot be turned off at a proper time by controlling the turning off of the steam generator only by comparing the detected humidity value with a preset value, the present invention provides a control method of a laundry care apparatus, the laundry care apparatus includes a cabinet, a partition structure and a controller, the partition structure is disposed in the cabinet, the partition structure partitions an inner space of the cabinet into a laundry accommodating chamber and a component mounting chamber, the upper and lower laundry accommodating chambers are vertically disposed, the component mounting chamber is internally provided with a steam generator in communication connection with the controller, the partition structure is formed with a steam outlet, the steam generator is communicated with the steam outlet to supply steam into the laundry accommodating chamber, the laundry care apparatus further includes a first humidity sensor and a second humidity sensor in communication connection with the controller, the first humidity sensor is arranged to be capable of detecting the humidity below the clothes, and the second humidity sensor is arranged to be capable of detecting the humidity above the clothes; the control method comprises the following steps: acquiring a humidity value below the clothes in the process of performing steam nursing on the clothes; judging whether the humidity value below the clothes reaches a first set value or not; if the humidity value below the clothes reaches a first set value, further acquiring the humidity value above the clothes; calculating a difference between the humidity value below the laundry and the humidity value above the laundry; judging whether the difference value between the humidity value below the clothes and the humidity value above the clothes is smaller than a first preset humidity value or not; and if the difference value between the humidity value below the laundry and the humidity value above the laundry is less than a first preset humidity value, stopping the operation of the steam generator.
By the arrangement, whether the steam generator is turned off is judged, the humidity values below and above the clothes are comprehensively considered instead of only depending on the humidity values below or above the clothes, and the steam generator is determined to be turned off through a comparison structure of the difference value of the humidity values below and above the clothes and the preset humidity value, so that the steam generator can be turned off at a proper time, and the steam generator is prevented from being turned off when the clothes still need steam.
In a preferred embodiment of the above control method, the control method further includes: if the difference value between the humidity value below the clothes and the humidity value above the clothes is not less than the first preset humidity value, acquiring the humidity value below the clothes again; judging whether the humidity value below the clothes reaches a second set value or not; if the humidity value below the clothes reaches a second set value, further acquiring the humidity value above the clothes; calculating a difference between the humidity value below the laundry and the humidity value above the laundry; judging whether the difference value between the humidity value below the clothes and the humidity value above the clothes is smaller than a second preset humidity value or not; stopping the operation of the steam generator if the difference between the humidity value below the laundry and the humidity value above the laundry is less than a second preset humidity value; wherein the second set value is greater than the first set value.
Through such an arrangement, namely through setting the second set value and the second preset humidity value, when the humidity value in the clothes accommodating cavity continues to rise to a certain degree after reaching the first set value, whether the clothes absorb sufficient steam or not can be judged, and whether the steam generator can be turned off or not can be judged, so that the steam generator is further prevented from being turned off when the clothes still need steam.
In a preferred embodiment of the above control method, the control method further includes: if the humidity value below the clothes does not reach the second set value, further judging whether the set condition is met; if the set condition is met, further acquiring a humidity value above the clothes; calculating a difference between the humidity value below the laundry and the humidity value above the laundry; judging whether the difference value between the humidity value below the clothes and the humidity value above the clothes is smaller than the first preset humidity value or not; and if the difference value between the humidity value below the clothes and the humidity value above the clothes is less than the first preset humidity value, stopping the operation of the steam generator.
Through the arrangement, when the humidity value below the clothes does not reach the second set value, the difference value of the humidity values above and below the clothes can be calculated for multiple times, and the difference value is compared with the first preset humidity value, so that whether the steam generator needs to be turned off or not can be judged more accurately.
In a preferred embodiment of the above control method, the setting conditions are: and judging whether the difference value between the humidity value below the clothes and the humidity value above the clothes is smaller than the first preset humidity value or not.
Through the arrangement, when the execution times of the step of judging whether the difference value between the humidity value below the clothes and the humidity value above the clothes is smaller than the first preset humidity value reaches the preset times, the humidity value below the clothes rises more, the first preset humidity value is no longer suitable for judging whether the clothes absorb enough steam, and the steam generator needs to be turned off, at the moment, the difference value between the humidity values below and above the clothes is not calculated, and the difference value is compared with the first preset humidity value, so that unnecessary calculation and comparison can be reduced, and the control method is simplified.
In a preferred embodiment of the above control method, the setting conditions are: and judging whether the difference value between the humidity value below the clothes and the humidity value above the clothes is smaller than the first preset humidity value or not, wherein the steam nursing time length after the step of finishing the step does not reach the preset time length.
Through the arrangement, when the steam nursing time after the step of judging whether the difference value between the humidity value below the clothes and the humidity value above the clothes is smaller than the first preset humidity value reaches the preset time, the humidity value below the clothes is increased more, the first preset humidity value is no longer suitable for judging whether the clothes absorb enough steam, and whether the steam generator needs to be closed, at the moment, the difference value between the humidity value below the clothes and the humidity value above the clothes is not calculated, and the difference value is compared with the first preset humidity value, so that unnecessary calculation and comparison can be reduced, and the control method is simplified.
In a preferred embodiment of the control method, the set value having the largest numerical value is a stop value.
Through such setting for clothing care apparatus can make steam generator stop operation when the humidity of clothing below reaches the certain degree, stops to hold the chamber to the clothing and supply steam, can avoid steam volume further to increase and cause the influence to the user, for example: if the steam volume further increases, then steam is changeed from internal outflow, condensation of box, makes the ground around the clothing care apparatus drenched, in addition, if need dry after the steam nursing, then this kind of setting can also avoid the further extension of stoving time, promotes user experience.
In a preferred embodiment of the above control method, the first preset humidity value is the smallest value during each steam treatment of the laundry.
By such an arrangement, when the first set value in the control method is small, whether the laundry exists in the laundry accommodating chamber or not can be detected in a timely manner, or whether the laundry absorbs enough steam when the amount of the laundry is small can be detected in a timely manner, so that the steam generator can be turned off in a timely manner.
In a preferred technical solution of the above control method, a weight sensor is further disposed in the box body, and the weight sensor can detect the weight of the clothes in the clothes accommodating cavity; before the steam care is performed to the laundry, the control method further includes: acquiring the weight of clothes; determining all set values corresponding to the weight of the laundry according to the weight of the laundry; and before the step of determining whether the humidity value under the laundry reaches the first set value, the control method further includes: and taking the set value with the minimum value in the set values which are not adopted in the steam nursing process as a first set value.
By means of this arrangement, the set value can be determined in a targeted manner as a function of the weight in the laundry receiving chamber, so that the control method can stop the operation of the steam generator more promptly after sufficient steam has been absorbed by the laundry.
In a preferred embodiment of the above control method, the control method further includes: before the step of determining whether the humidity value under the laundry reaches the second set value, the control method further includes: and taking the set value with the minimum value in the set values which are not adopted in the steam nursing process as a second set value.
By means of this arrangement, the set value can be determined in a targeted manner as a function of the weight in the laundry receiving chamber, so that the control method can stop the operation of the steam generator more promptly after sufficient steam has been absorbed by the laundry.
In a preferred embodiment of the above control method, the control method further includes: stopping the operation of the steam generator once the humidity value under the laundry reaches a stop value.

It should be noted that, all the above steps may be executed once or repeatedly during the steam nursing process, when the cycle is executed multiple times, the humidity value below the clothes may be obtained again when the difference between the humidity value below the clothes and the humidity value above the clothes is not less than the first preset humidity value, and the subsequent steps are executed, and in the cycle processes of different times, a person skilled in the art may flexibly adjust the specific value of the setting value compared with the humidity value below the clothes each time, for example, the setting value set in the cycle process of the next time is higher than the setting value set in the cycle process of this time, and such adjustment does not limit the present invention, and all should be limited within the protection scope of the present invention.
The control method of the invention is explained in detail below in connection with a preferred embodiment of a control method of a garment care device.
As shown in fig. 3, the control method of the laundry care appliance of the present invention includes:
s01, acquiring a humidity value below the clothes in the process of steam nursing of the clothes;
s02, judging whether the humidity value under the clothes reaches a first set value (for example: 10%), if so, executing step S03, otherwise, executing step S01;
s03, further acquiring a humidity value above the clothes;
s04, calculating the difference between the humidity value below the clothes and the humidity value above the clothes;
s05, judging whether the difference value between the humidity value below the clothes and the humidity value above the clothes is smaller than a first preset humidity value (for example: 6%), if so, executing a step S15, and if not, executing a step S06;
s06, acquiring the humidity value below the clothes again;
s07, judging whether the humidity value under the clothes reaches a second set value (for example, 70%), if so, executing step S09, otherwise, executing step S08;
s08, further judging whether a first set condition is satisfied or not, namely 'judging whether the difference value between the humidity value below the clothes and the humidity value above the clothes is smaller than a first preset humidity value' step, wherein the execution frequency of the step does not reach a preset frequency (for example: 4 times), if so, executing a step S03, and if not, executing a step S06;
s09, further acquiring a humidity value above the clothes;
s10, calculating the difference between the humidity value below the clothes and the humidity value above the clothes;
s11, judging whether the difference value between the humidity value below the clothes and the humidity value above the clothes is smaller than a second preset humidity value (for example: 8%), if so, executing a step S15, and if not, executing a step S12;
s12, acquiring the humidity value below the clothes again;
s13, judging whether the humidity value under the clothes reaches a third set value (for example, 95%), if so, executing step S15, otherwise, executing step S14;
s14, further determining whether a second setting condition is satisfied- "determining whether a difference between a humidity value under the laundry and a humidity value over the laundry is less than a second preset humidity value" the step is performed not more than 4 times, if yes, performing step S09, and if not, performing step S12;
and S15, stopping the operation of the steam generator.
Through a large number of experimental observations, if the amount of the clothes in the clothes accommodating cavity is small, when the humidity value below the clothes reaches the first set value of 10%, the clothes are likely to absorb enough steam, and if no clothes exist in the clothes accommodating cavity, when the humidity value below the clothes reaches the first set value of 10%, the humidity is small, and the detection time is proper, so that water and electricity waste can be avoided well. When the humidity value below the clothes reaches the first set value of 10%, the humidity value above the clothes is further acquired, and the difference value between the humidity value below the clothes and the humidity value above the clothes is compared with the first preset humidity value of 6%. In case that the humidity under the laundry reaches 10% of the first set value, if the difference is less than 6%, it means that the steam is easily and rapidly distributed in the laundry-accommodating chamber, and the side surface means that there is no laundry in the laundry-accommodating chamber, or the laundry has a small amount, and the laundry has absorbed enough steam, it is necessary to stop the operation of the steam generator in order to stop supplying the steam. Through the arrangement, the steam generator can be stopped to operate shortly after steam is supplied when no clothes exist in the clothes accommodating cavity, and the steam generator can be stopped to operate when the amount of clothes in the clothes accommodating cavity is small and the clothes absorb enough steam, so that the steam generator is prevented from being continuously started to a certain extent when the steam generator is not required to be started, and water and electricity are saved. In the case that the humidity value under the laundry reaches 10% of the first set value, if the difference is not less than 6%, it indicates that the steam cannot be rapidly distributed in the laundry receiving cavity, and the side indicates that the laundry is present in the laundry receiving cavity, and the laundry does not yet absorb enough steam, and the steam is difficult to distribute over the laundry, and at this time, the steam generator is required to maintain the supply of steam so that the laundry can absorb enough steam.
Under the condition that the humidity value under the clothes reaches 10% of the first set value, if the difference is not less than 6%, the humidity value under the clothes is continuously obtained except that the steam generator is not turned off, and based on the specific situation of the humidity value under the clothes or further in combination with whether the first set condition is met, the following steps to be executed are determined, specifically:
if the humidity under the laundry does not reach the second set value of 70% (through a lot of experimental observations, if the amount of the laundry in the laundry receiving cavity is large, when the humidity under the laundry reaches the second set value of 70%, it is highly likely that sufficient steam has been absorbed), and the first set condition of 'determining whether the difference between the humidity under the laundry and the humidity over the laundry is less than the first preset humidity' step 'is not performed 4 times than the preset number of times', the humidity over the laundry is further obtained, the difference between the humidity under the laundry and the humidity over the laundry is compared with the first preset humidity of 6% again, and the subsequent steps to be performed are determined according to the comparison result as described above. That is, after the humidity value under the laundry reaches the first set value and the difference calculated for the first time is not less than 6%, the difference is calculated again and compared with the first preset humidity value of 6%. After determining that the first setting condition is satisfied, step S03 may be executed immediately, or step S03 may be executed after waiting for a certain period of time; in addition, the execution engine of S04 may execute step S04 immediately after the execution of step S03 is finished, may execute step S04 after waiting for a certain time after the execution of step S03 is finished, may execute step S05 immediately after the execution of step S04 is finished, or may execute step S05 after waiting for a certain time after the execution of step S04 is finished. That is, after the first setting condition is satisfied, the comparison between the new difference and the first preset humidity value of 6% may be immediately completed, or the comparison between the new difference and the first preset humidity value of 6% may be completed at intervals (e.g., 15 to 20 s).
If the humidity value below the clothes does not reach the second set value of 70% and does not meet the first set condition of ' judging whether the difference value between the humidity value below the clothes and the humidity value above the clothes is less than the first preset humidity value ' the execution times of the step does not reach the preset times of 4 ', acquiring the humidity value below the clothes again and judging whether the humidity value below the clothes reaches the second set value of 70%.
If the humidity value below the clothes reaches the second set value of 70%, the humidity value above the clothes is further acquired, and the difference value of the humidity values above and below the clothes is compared with the second preset humidity value of 8%.
In case that the humidity value under the laundry reaches 70% of the second set value, if the difference is less than 8%, it means that the steam is easily distributed in the laundry-receiving cavity, and the side means that the amount of the laundry in the laundry-receiving cavity is large, the capacity of the laundry to absorb the steam is strong, and the laundry has absorbed enough steam, it is necessary to stop the operation of the steam generator in order to stop supplying the steam. Through the arrangement, when the amount of clothes in the clothes containing cavity is large and the clothes absorb enough steam, the steam generator stops running, the steam generator is prevented from being continuously started when the steam generator is not required to be started to a certain extent, and water and electricity are saved. In case that the humidity value under the laundry reaches 70% of the second set value, if the difference is not less than 6%, it indicates that the amount of the laundry in the laundry receiving cavity is large and sufficient steam is not absorbed yet, and the steam is difficult to be spread over the laundry, and at this time, the steam generator is required to maintain the supply of the steam so that the laundry can absorb sufficient steam.
And under the condition that the humidity value under the clothes reaches 70% of the second set value, if the difference is not less than 8%, not only the steam generator is not turned off, but also the humidity value under the clothes is continuously obtained, and the subsequent steps needing to be executed are determined based on the specific condition of the humidity value under the clothes or further in combination with whether the second set condition is met. Specifically, similar to the aforementioned "determining the subsequent steps to be executed based on the specific situation of the humidity value under the laundry or further in combination with whether the first setting condition is satisfied or not when the difference is not less than 6% in the case that the humidity value under the laundry reaches the first setting value of 10%", the difference is that: and if the humidity value under the clothes reaches the third set value of 95%, stopping the operation of the steam generator. It can be seen that the third set value of 95% is actually a stop value, and the operation of the steam generator is controlled to stop when the humidity value under the laundry reaches 95%. When the humidity value below the clothes reaches 95% of the third set value, the humidity in the clothes accommodating cavity is too large, the steam generator stops running, the steam supply to the clothes accommodating cavity is stopped, and the influence on the user caused by the further increase of the steam quantity can be avoided, for example: if the steam volume further increases, then steam is changeed from internal outflow, condensation of box, makes the ground around the clothing care apparatus drenched, in addition, if need dry after the steam nursing, then this kind of setting can also avoid the further extension of stoving time, promotes user experience.
In the preferred embodiment of the above control method, in the whole control method, the first set value and the first preset humidity value are set, and the second set value and the second preset humidity value are set, that is, two sets of the set value and the preset humidity value are set, however, in the practical application, the skilled person may set the set value and the preset humidity value as only one set, or three or more sets, and the skilled person may flexibly set the values of the set value and the preset humidity value of different sets, for example: the method can be that 0 to 100 percent is directly divided into a plurality of sections with equal intervals, the boundary of two adjacent sections is used as a set value, so as to obtain different groups of set values, and then the size of the preset humidity value is specifically set for each set value (for example, under a certain set value, the preset humidity value is set to be how much to judge whether the clothes absorb enough moisture or not by observing the clothes through steam nursing by using the clothes nursing equipment); the maximum clothes treating weight allowed by the clothes treating equipment can be combined, and the clothes treating weight of the clothes treating equipment is divided into: few, medium, many, for each weight, taking the weight as "few" as an example, it is highly likely that the laundry has absorbed enough steam when the humidity value under the laundry is in a certain range, then one humidity value in the range may be selected as a setting value corresponding to the weight as "few" and then the magnitude of the preset humidity value is specifically set (i.e., a set of the setting value and the preset humidity value is set for the weight as "few"), or a plurality of humidity values in the range may be selected as setting values corresponding to the weight as "few" and then the magnitude of the preset humidity value is specifically set for different setting values (i.e., a plurality of sets of the setting value and the preset humidity value are set for the weight as "few").
In a preferred embodiment of the above control method, the set value having the largest numerical value is a stop value. Specifically, in the entire control method, there are three set values, a first set value, a second set value and a third set value, and among the three set values, the value of the third set value is 95% at the maximum, and the humidity value under the laundry reaches 95%, the steam generator is controlled to stop operating, that is, the third set value is a stop value in magnitude. Of course, the numerical value of the shutdown value is not limited to 95%, and those skilled in the art can flexibly set the numerical value of the shutdown value in practical applications.
In a preferred embodiment of the above control method, the first preset humidity value is minimized in value during each steam treatment of the laundry. Specifically, in the whole control method, two preset humidity values exist, namely a first preset humidity value and a second preset humidity value, wherein the first preset humidity value is the first preset humidity value, and the first preset humidity value is the smallest value of the first preset humidity value and the second preset humidity value. In addition, it should be noted that the above "process of performing steam care on laundry at a time" refers to a process of performing steam care on laundry at a time when the steam generator is turned on and off.
In an alternative embodiment, if the humidity value under the laundry does not reach the second humidity value, the humidity value under the laundry may be directly detected again until the humidity value under the laundry reaches the second humidity value.
In an alternative embodiment, the first set condition is: and judging whether the difference value between the humidity value below the clothes and the humidity value above the clothes is smaller than a first preset humidity value or not, wherein the steam nursing time length after the step is finished does not reach the preset time length. It should be noted that, the steam nursing time period after the end of the step of "determining whether the difference between the humidity value below the laundry and the humidity value above the laundry is less than the first preset humidity value" means the steam nursing time period after the step of "determining whether the difference between the humidity value below the laundry and the humidity value above the laundry is less than the first preset humidity value" is performed for the first time.
Preferably, before the steam care is performed to the laundry, the control method further includes: acquiring the weight of clothes; determining all set values corresponding to the weight of the laundry according to the weight of the laundry; and, before the step of determining whether the humidity value under the laundry reaches the first set value, the control method further includes: and taking the set value with the minimum value in the set values which are not adopted in the steam nursing process as a first set value. That is, the weight value of the laundry is obtained first, and for a certain weight value of the laundry, it is highly likely that the laundry has absorbed enough steam when the humidity value under the laundry is in a certain range, then one or more humidity values in the range may be selected as the set value corresponding to the weight, and the set value with the smallest value among the set values that have not been used in the steam nursing process may be selected as the first set value. The controller or a cloud server capable of being in communication with the controller may pre-store for different values of the weight of the laundry, in which range the humidity value under the laundry is, the laundry is highly likely to have absorbed sufficient steam, and may also pre-store a preset humidity value corresponding to each humidity value in the range. Further preferably, the control method further includes: before the step of determining whether the humidity value under the laundry reaches the second set value, the control method further includes: and taking the set value with the minimum value in the set values which are not adopted in the steam nursing process as a second set value.
Although in a preferred embodiment of the control method the magnitude of the third set point is set to the shutdown value, in an alternative embodiment the control method comprises: once the humidity value under the laundry reaches the stop value, the steam generator is stopped. Of course, the skilled person is reasonably flexible in setting the value of the shutdown value, e.g. the value of the shutdown value may be set to be at least larger than the first of all the settings, or e.g. in a most preferred case the value of the shutdown value is larger than all the settings.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
