Working process
The bottle blanks 20 are transferred to the position of the arc-shaped track 23 under the action of the distributing disc 22, the handles 10 are arranged and conveyed to the discharge port 112 along the arrangement track 11, and the translation clamping hand 125 clamps one handle 10 to pass over the baffle 113 and convey the handle to one side of the bottle blank 20 at the arc-shaped track 23;

the clamping mechanism (42) is driven by the rotating mechanism (41) to rotate to the position of the tail end of the bottle blank conveying device (2), and the clamping mechanism (42) clamps a bottle blank (20) at the tail end of the bottle blank conveying device (2) and a handle (10) on the translation mechanism (12); a preheating device (5) is arranged on a rotating path of the clamping mechanism (42), and when the rotating mechanism (41) drives the clamping mechanism (42) together with the clamped bottle blank (20) and the handle (10) to rotate through the preheating device (5), the preheating device (5) preheats the handle (10);
the bottle blowing device (3) comprises a bottle blowing mold mechanism (31) and a pushing mechanism (32), and when the clamping mechanism (42) together with the clamped bottle blank (20) and the handle (10) rotate to one side of the bottle blowing mold mechanism (31), the pushing mechanism (32) pushes the clamping mechanism (42) together with the clamped bottle blank (20) and the handle (10) to enter the bottle blowing mold mechanism (31).

The handle preheating bottle blowing production line according to claim 1, wherein the arrangement mechanism (11) comprises a limiting rail (111), a discharge port (112) is formed in one side of the tail end of the limiting rail (111), a baffle (113) is arranged at the discharge port (112), and the baffle (113) is elastically and rotatably arranged;
