A preparation method of a recombinant intimate collagen peptide nursing antibacterial gel comprises the following steps of (1) decocting cranberry, glossy privet fruit, dodder, radix sophorae flavescentis, fructus cnidii, safflower, fructus kochiae, golden cypress and garden burnet with 8 times and 6 times of distilled water for two times respectively, wherein the amount of the distilled water is 2 hours for the first time and 1.5 hours for the second time, filtering respectively, and combining filtrates; (2) vacuum concentrating the above combined filtrates into fluid extract with relative density of about 1.05; (3) adding gel excipient into the above fluid extract, and making into gel in homogenizer; (4) finally, sequentially adding recombinant human collagen, hydrolyzed collagen, sodium hyaluronate, borneol, menthol and polyhexamethylene biguanide, continuing homogenizing for half an hour, and vacuumizing; (5) the prepared gel is filled by a full-automatic gel filling machine, and the filling amount is 3.5 g/piece.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the skin-moistening cream has better permeability to skin, is more favorable for absorption, has longer bacteriostatic time and has better moistening and repairing effects.
Detailed Description
In the description of the embodiments of the present invention, the meaning of "a plurality" means two or more unless otherwise specified. For example, a plurality of elements refers to two elements or more.
The term "and/or" herein is an association relationship describing an associated object, and means that there may be three relationships, for example, a display panel and/or a backlight, which may mean: there are three cases of a display panel alone, a display panel and a backlight at the same time, and a backlight alone. The symbol "/" herein denotes a relationship in which the associated object is or, for example, input/output denotes input or output.

The invention provides a nursing antibacterial gel containing a group-private collagen peptide, which is prepared from the following raw materials, by mass, 0.1-0.3 part of recombinant human-derived collagen, 0.5-1 part of collagen peptide, 8-15 parts of cranberry, 8-16 parts of garden burnet, 7-12 parts of glossy privet fruit, 7-13 parts of fructus cnidii, 6-9 parts of golden cypress, 3-7 parts of semen cuscutae, 11-15 parts of safflower, 3-9 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis, 3-6 parts of fructus kochiae, 0.1-0.3 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.2-0.5 part of borneol, 0.1-0.6 part of menthol and 0.01-0.03 part of polyhexamethylene biguanide. The antibacterial capsule solves the technical problems that the antibacterial capsule in the prior art is poor in permeation effect, harmful bacteria are killed, beneficial bacteria are easily killed, and organism ecological imbalance is caused, has better permeability to skin, is more beneficial to absorption, has longer antibacterial time, and has better moistening and repairing effects.
Illustratively, the group of intimate collagen peptide nursing bacteriostatic gel is composed of, by mass, 0.1 part of recombinant human collagen, 0.5 part of collagen peptide, 8 parts of cranberry, 8 parts of sanguisorba officinalis, 7 parts of glossy privet fruit, 7 parts of fructus cnidii, 6 parts of cortex phellodendri, 3 parts of semen cuscutae, 11 parts of safflower carthamus, 3 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis, 3 parts of fructus kochiae, 0.1 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.2 part of borneol, 0.1 part of menthol and 0.01 part of polyhexamethylene biguanide.

Illustratively, the group of intimate collagen peptide nursing bacteriostatic gel is composed of, by mass, 0.3 parts of recombinant human collagen, 1 part of collagen peptide, 15 parts of cranberry, 16 parts of garden burnet, 12 parts of glossy privet fruit, 13 parts of common cnidium fruit, 9 parts of golden cypress, 7 parts of dodder, 15 parts of safflower, 9 parts of lightyellow sophora root, 6 parts of broom cypress fruit, 0.3 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.5 part of borneol, 0.6 part of menthol and 0.03 part of polyhexamethylene biguanide.
A preparation method of a recombinant intimate collagen peptide nursing antibacterial gel comprises the following steps of firstly, decocting cranberry, glossy privet fruit, dodder, radix sophorae flavescentis, fructus cnidii, safflower, fructus kochiae, golden cypress and garden burnet with 8 times and 6 times of distilled water twice respectively for 2 hours for the first time and 1.5 hours for the second time, filtering respectively, and combining filtrates. Secondly, vacuum concentrating the combined filtrate into clear paste with the relative density of about 1.05 for later use; next, adding a gel excipient into the clear paste, and preparing a gel in a homogenizer; then sequentially adding recombinant human collagen, hydrolyzed collagen, sodium hyaluronate, borneol, menthol and polyhexamethylene biguanide, continuing homogenizing for half an hour, and vacuumizing; and finally, filling the prepared gel by a full-automatic gel filling machine, wherein each gel is 3.5 g.
The gel prepared by the formula is used for cleaning two hands before sleeping at night, lying down, taking one side of the gel, removing a protective cap at the front end of the auxiliary device, pushing the gel to the deep part of the vagina, withdrawing the auxiliary device, and keeping the buttocks to stand upwards for 10-15 minutes. The skin-moistening cream has better permeability to skin, is more favorable for absorption, has longer bacteriostatic time and has better moistening and repairing effects.
While embodiments of the present invention have been described, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, which are intended to be illustrative rather than limiting, and it will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art in light of the teachings of the present invention that many more modifications can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.

A recombined private collagen peptide nursing antibacterial gel is characterized in that: the composition comprises, by mass, 0.1-0.3 part of recombinant human collagen, 0.5-1 part of collagen peptide, 8-15 parts of cranberry, 8-16 parts of garden burnet, 7-12 parts of glossy privet fruit, 7-13 parts of common cnidium fruit, 6-9 parts of amur corktree bark, 3-7 parts of Chinese dodder seed, 11-15 parts of safflower, 3-9 parts of lightyellow sophora root, 3-6 parts of broom cypress fruit, 0.1-0.3 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.2-0.5 part of borneol, 0.1-0.6 part of menthol and 0.01-0.03 part of polyhexamethylene biguanide.

The recombinant intimate collagen peptide care bacteriostatic gel of claim 1, wherein: the composition comprises, by mass, 0.1 part of recombinant human collagen, 0.5 part of collagen peptide, 8 parts of cranberry, 8 parts of garden burnet, 7 parts of glossy privet fruit, 7 parts of common cnidium fruit, 6 parts of amur corktree bark, 3 parts of south dodder seed, 11 parts of safflower, 3 parts of lightyellow sophora root, 3 parts of broom cypress fruit, 0.1 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.2 part of borneol, 0.1 part of menthol and 0.01 part of polyhexamethylene biguanide.

The recombinant intimate collagen peptide care bacteriostatic gel of claim 1, wherein: the composition comprises, by mass, 0.15 part of recombinant human collagen, 0.5 part of collagen peptide, 11 parts of cranberry, 10 parts of garden burnet, 9 parts of glossy privet fruit, 9 parts of common cnidium fruit, 8 parts of amur corktree bark, 6 parts of south dodder seed, 11 parts of safflower, 5 parts of lightyellow sophora root, 4 parts of broom cypress fruit, 0.1 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.2 part of borneol, 0.2 part of menthol and 0.02 part of polyhexamethylene biguanide.

The recombinant intimate collagen peptide care bacteriostatic gel of claim 1, wherein: the composition comprises, by mass, 0.3 part of recombinant human collagen, 1 part of collagen peptide, 15 parts of cranberry, 16 parts of garden burnet root, 12 parts of glossy privet fruit, 13 parts of common cnidium fruit, 9 parts of amur corktree bark, 7 parts of south dodder seed, 15 parts of safflower, 9 parts of lightyellow sophora root, 6 parts of broom cypress fruit, 0.3 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.5 part of borneol, 0.6 part of menthol and 0.03 part of polyhexamethylene biguanide.

A method for preparing the recombinant intimate collagen peptide care bacteriostatic gel of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the method comprises the following steps: comprises the following steps of (1) decocting cranberry, glossy privet fruit, dodder seed, lightyellow sophora root, common cnidium fruit, safflower, belvedere fruit, amur corktree bark and garden burnet root with 8 times and 6 times of distilled water for two times, wherein the first time is 2 hours, the second time is 1.5 hours, filtering respectively, and merging filtrate; (2) vacuum concentrating the above combined filtrates into fluid extract with relative density of about 1.05; (3) adding gel excipient into the above fluid extract, and making into gel in homogenizer; (4) finally, sequentially adding recombinant human collagen, hydrolyzed collagen, sodium hyaluronate, borneol, menthol and polyhexamethylene biguanide, continuing homogenizing for half an hour, and vacuumizing; (5) the prepared gel is filled by a full-automatic gel filling machine, and the filling amount is 3.5 g/piece.
