背景技术

目前，有相当一部分心脑血管疾病患者不是单一病症，其病因主要有4个方面：动脉粥样硬化、高血压性小动脉硬化、动脉炎等血管性因素；高血压等血流动力学因素；高脂血症、糖尿病等血液流变学异常；白血病、贫血、血小板增多等血液成分因素。
心脑血管疾病、高血压、冠心病、脑梗塞，一旦患病，患者需要终身吃药，长久使用易导致瘫痪等症状，而市场供应的是治单一病症的药物，对于同时患有高血压、高血糖、高血脂等多种病症的患者要同时服用多种药物，给患者带来了不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术不足，而提供一种治疗心脑血管疾病的中药，它针对心脑血管疾病的病因做出治疗，通过对多种并发症同时治疗渗透，达到彻底治疗心脑血管疾病的效果。
为实现本发明的目的，现依据了如下技术方案，该药物是由以下重量配比的原料制成：黄芪30克、代赭石30克、丹参20克、川芎15克、白芍15克、红花15克、降香20克、炮何首乌15克、丹皮15克、葛根20克、猪苓20克、天花粉15克、甘草10克、北沙参15克、铁皮石斛20克、白蒺藜15克。
本发明的制取方法如下：
1）称取代赭石30克，量取等体积55%乙醇进行蒸馏，60分钟后，将蒸馏出的提取物再次进行蒸馏，50分钟后完成；2）称取黄芪30克、川芎15克、白芍15克、红花15克、降香20克、炮何首乌15克，量取等体积55%乙醇进行蒸馏，60分钟后，将蒸馏出的提取物再次进行蒸馏，50分钟后完成；3）称取丹参20克、丹皮15克、葛根20克、猪苓20克、天花粉15克、甘草10克、北沙参15克、铁皮石斛20克、白蒺藜15克量取等体积55%乙醇进行蒸馏，60分钟后，将蒸馏出的提取物再次进行蒸馏，50分钟后完成；4）将上述前三步的蒸馏提取物混合均匀后制成药粉或者药膏即可。
优选地，所述炮何首乌的制备方法为，将何首乌：黑豆：黑芝麻=5:2:2称取何首乌500克、黑豆200克、黑芝麻200克，将何首乌、黑豆、黑芝麻在黄酒中浸泡2小时，再将何首乌、黑豆、黑芝麻在黄酒中蒸40分钟，蒸好后取出何首乌、黑豆、黑芝麻晾干，将何首乌中的黑豆和黑芝麻去除后用黄酒蒸40分钟后完成。
天花粉，性凉，酸、甘、苦，归胃、肺经，清热生津，消肿排脓，用于热病烦渴，肺热燥咳，内热消渴，疮疡肿毒。
猪苓，性平，甘、淡，归肾、膀胱经，利水渗湿，用于小便不利，水肿，泄泻，淋浊，带下。
北沙参，性凉，甘，归胃、肺经，养阴清肺，益胃生津，用于肺热燥咳，劳咳痰血，热病津伤口渴。
甘草，性平，甘，归胃、脾、肺经，清热解毒，润肺止咳，调和诸药，炙甘草能补脾益气，主治咽喉肿痛，咳嗽，脾胃虚弱，胃、十二指肠溃疡，肝炎，癔病，药物及食物中毒。
代赭石，性寒，苦、甘，入肝、心经，平肝泻热，镇逆降气，凉血止血，用于头痛，眩晕，心悸，癫狂。

实施例一：将蒸馏提取物混合均匀后烘干至膏状，适用于病症较轻者，采用服用药膏的方法。
实施例二：将蒸馏提取物混合均匀后烘干至粉状，适用于病症一般者，采用服用内装药粉胶囊的方法。
实施例三：病症较重者，采用同时服用药膏和内装药粉胶囊的方法。
临床治疗效果：
申请人在研制出本方后，经过半年时间的临床使用，共接诊相关心脑血管类疾病患者90余例，采用本方进行跟踪使用，各患者经4个月左右的跟踪观察，痊愈者达到30余例，效果显著者达50余例，治疗效果良好。经过后续跟踪回访，用药痊愈后无反弹，基本恢复正常生活。
特殊病例：

2.如权利要求1所述的治疗心脑血管疾病的中药，其特征在于：本发明的制取方法是：1）称取代赭石30克，量取等体积55%乙醇进行蒸馏，60分钟后，将蒸馏出的提取物再次进行蒸馏，50分钟后完成；2）称取黄芪30克、川芎15克、白芍15克、红花15克、降香20克、炮何首乌15克，量取等体积55%乙醇进行蒸馏，60分钟后，将蒸馏出的提取物再次进行蒸馏，50分钟后完成；3）称取丹参20克、丹皮15克、葛根20克、猪苓20克、天花粉15克、甘草10克、北沙参15克、铁皮石斛20克、白蒺藜15克量取等体积55%乙醇进行蒸馏，60分钟后，将蒸馏出的提取物再次进行蒸馏，50分钟后完成；4）将上述前三步的蒸馏提取物混合均匀后制成药粉或者药膏即可。
3.如权利要求1所述的治疗心脑血管疾病的中药，其特征在于：所述的炮何首乌的制备方法为，将何首乌：黑豆：黑芝麻=5:2:2称取何首乌500克、黑豆200克、黑芝麻200克，将何首乌、黑豆、黑芝麻在黄酒中浸泡2小时，再将何首乌、黑豆、黑芝麻在黄酒中蒸40分钟，蒸好后取出何首乌、黑豆、黑芝麻晾干，将何首乌中的黑豆和黑芝麻去除后用黄酒蒸40分钟后完成。
