Abstract

The invention discloses a beer brewing waste residue extract for skin care, which is an extract prepared by taking beer brewing waste residue as a raw material, adding auxiliary materials acceptable in cosmetics for extraction and freeze-drying an extracting solution. Compared with the skin care product formula of the existing beer functional components, the functional extract of the skin care product based on the beer brewing waste residue extract is the beer brewing waste residue extract, is absent in the functional components of the skin care product formula on the market at present and is in the blank field; meanwhile, the beer brewing waste residue extract added in the formula changes 'waste' of beer enterprises into 'baby', so that the economic cost for treating the waste is saved, and the original economic cost is changed into economic benefit.

Description

Cosmetic based on beer brewing waste residue extract and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a cosmetic based on a beer brewing waste residue extract and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The beer brewing process comprises the steps of crushing, gelatinizing and saccharifying, fermenting, filling and the like, obtaining a mixture containing components such as starch, protein, amino acid, enzyme and the like after the gelatinizing and saccharifying process, and filtering liquid and solid components. Adding flos Lupuli into the filtrate, heating to dissolve the fragrance, bitterness and anti-inflammatory components of flos Lupuli into the filtrate, adding yeast, and allowing the wort to form a solution containing CO2Alcohol and a substance with flavor, namely 'light beer', are added with diatomite and a diatomite filter aid for filtration to obtain the beer to be filled and the beer brewing waste residue.
The beer yeast fermentation liquor and the hops in the beer production process have certain antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects and are used in cosmetic formulations for oral cavity, hair washing, face care and the like. However, since a large amount of brewery waste generated by breweries as production waste requires additional economic cost for disposal, at present, most of brewery waste is treated as waste, and there are reports on producing feed additives by fermentation.
The principle of the facial mask aims to temporarily isolate outside air and pollution, improve skin temperature, expand skin pores, and promote sweat gland secretion and skin metabolism within a time range of covering facial skin. The use of the facial mask is beneficial to exerting the effects of secondary cleaning, moisturizing, whitening, anti-aging and the like on the skin, and is beneficial to maintaining a healthy skin barrier. At present, no research report exists that a large amount of beer brewing waste residues generated in the beer production process are specially treated, and then are changed into valuables to obtain a beer brewing waste residue extract with anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and other effects, and the extract is applied to daily skin care.

3-marked erythema, edema, blisters; 4-severe erythema, edema, bullae, erosion, pigmentation or hypopigmentation, acne-like changes;
(2) efficacy property
① 10 sensitive skin volunteers were screened, and after cleaning the skin for 2h, the TEWL value of the transdermal water loss on the face before the product was used was determined and recorded as the base value before the product was used.
② the application method comprises cleaning face, applying the facial mask on face, and cleaning after 15-20 min.
③ the TEWL value of the same position of the face skin of the subject is determined 2 weeks and 4 weeks after the product is used, the measurement is carried out on the same target position under sufficient light and relatively constant environmental conditions (23 + -2 ℃) and humidity (50 + -5%), meanwhile, the subject should avoid strenuous exercise before each measurement, and the measurement is carried out after the rest for 15min in a stable indoor environment before each measurement.
④ the TEWL values before and after product use were counted and the results are shown in Table 9.
Table 9: TWEL values before and after use of anti-allergy soothing mask (g/hm)2)
Figure BDA0002376491700000121
From the results, it can be seen that: the anti-allergy soothing mask disclosed by the invention has good safety; meanwhile, before and after the anti-allergy soothing mask is clinically used for a human body, compared with a blank control group of a subject, the anti-allergy soothing mask can obviously improve the transdermal water loss of sensitive skin, and the measurement index TWEL value of the anti-allergy soothing mask is obviously reduced before and after the mask is used, so that the skin barrier is repaired to a certain extent, and the anti-allergy soothing mask has a good anti-allergy soothing effect.
