本发明提供了一种防翘曲高光水松纸用仿玻璃卡涂料及制备方法,所述涂料包括以下重量份数的各组分:水性苯乙烯丙烯酸酯乳液50‑60份;水性自交联丙烯酸酯乳液10‑20份;氧化铝5‑10份;乙醇5‑10份;去离子水2‑5份;蜡乳液2‑5份;消泡剂0.1‑0.2份;交联剂0.2‑1份。该涂料可保证生产时纸张不易卷曲,在放置时,涂层停留在纸张表面,光泽度不会下降,且耐温和耐溶剂性能达到转移涂料的水平。

一种防翘曲高光水松纸用仿玻璃卡涂料及制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种防翘曲高光水松纸用仿玻璃卡涂料及制备方法。
背景技术
高光水松纸在烟包接装纸的应用越来越广泛,高光水松纸主要使用转移工艺,涂料有油性和水性产品,加上复合胶水,纸张上有2层,工序复杂,成本高。高光纸还可使用仿玻璃卡工艺,只有一道工序,简化了生产过程,降低生产成本。普通的仿玻璃卡涂料,如专利CN102363934A中记载了一种环保型快干水性仿玻璃卡转移涂料,由以下组分及重量份含量为原料:水性树脂80~95;助溶剂0~8;去离子水0~8;成膜助剂0~3;抗擦伤剂0~3;润湿剂0~0.5;流变控制剂0~0.2;消泡剂0~0.3;但该涂料不能使用在水松纸上,因为水松纸更薄,且吸水性强,普通仿玻璃卡涂料在生产时易出现纸张卷曲严重的问题,且表面光泽度低于转移工艺,导致成品纸褶皱、印刷失光等问题。
而本发明人前期申请的专利CN103556530B中公开了一种水松纸用防渗水性高光涂料组合物,包括如下重量份数的各组分:主体树脂6~80份,碱溶树脂20~30份,膨润土0~4份,增稠剂0.1~0.2份,消泡剂0.1~0.2份。其制得的涂料印刷适性好、防渗效果好,解决了一般仿玻璃卡涂料渗透到纸张背面导致涂层光泽度低及渗透的涂料粘到导辊上影响生产的难题。但是由于碱溶树脂和增稠剂等组份有较强的保水作用,导致涂层不易干燥,需要的熟化时间较长,影响生产效率。
发明内容
针对现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种防翘曲高光水松纸用仿玻璃卡涂料及制备方法。该涂料可保证生产时纸张不易卷曲,在放置时,涂层停留在纸张表面,光泽度不会下降,且耐温和耐溶剂性能达到转移涂料的水平。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明提供了一种防翘曲高光水松纸用仿玻璃卡涂料,包括以下重量份数的各组分:

优选地,所述水性丙烯酸酯乳液的Tg值为:20≤Tg≤80℃,固含量≥46%。采用该水性丙烯酸酯乳液可保证配方高固含,降低水份含量;若Tg太高,涂料成膜性太差,影响光泽;Tg太低,涂层太软,耐温、耐溶剂性下降。所述水性苯乙烯丙烯酸酯乳液具体可采用A-1092,Joncryl 77,Joncryl 537等。
优选地,所述水性自交联丙烯酸酯乳液的MFFT≤50℃,固含量≥40%。保证配方高固含;若最低成膜温度(MFFT)太高,将导致自交联效率低下。所述水性自交联丙烯酸酯乳液具体可采用A-1188,A-1127,Joncryl FLX5040等。
优选地,所述氧化铝为气相法氧化铝,粒径≤1微米。加入氧化铝对纸张进行填充,可降低纸张对树脂的吸收;若氧化铝粒径太大,涂层表面细腻度下降,影响光泽;若使用其他如二氧化硅、硫酸钡、二氧化钛等填料,则将导致涂料的表面细腻度变差。
优选地,所述蜡乳液为聚乙烯蜡、聚丙烯蜡的一种或两种。用于防止背粘。
优选地,所述消泡剂为有聚醚改性硅氧烷和矿物油类的一种或两种。
优选地,所述交联剂为氮丙啶。由于本发明产品的使用条件为:烘干温度低于100℃,若采用其他交联剂,在此温度下交联效率差。在此烘干条件下涂层没有完全成膜,增加快速交联组份氮丙啶,可防止在放置熟化的时候树脂被纸张吸收,导致表面光泽度下降。
本发明还提供了一种防翘曲高光水松纸用仿玻璃卡涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将水性苯乙烯丙烯酸酯乳液和水性自交联丙烯酸酯乳液混合均匀后,再将去离子水和乙醇的混合液加入,然后依次加入氧化铝、蜡乳液、消泡剂,搅拌均匀后过滤后即得混合物;
S2、在使用时再在混合物中加入交联剂,搅拌均匀后即得所述涂料。
优选地,所述搅拌的转速各为1100-1300转/分钟,搅拌时间为20-30分钟。
优选地,步骤S1中,所述过滤采用120目滤网。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:
1、表面光泽度高,接近转移工艺产品。
2、纸张平整度好。
3、耐温、耐溶剂性能优异,与水性转移类产品相当,保证了后续印刷、烫金工艺的正常进行。

以下实施例采用的组分满足下述条件时,均能制备得到本发明所述的防翘曲高光水松纸用仿玻璃卡涂料:
所述水性苯乙烯丙烯酸酯乳液的Tg值为:20≤Tg≤80℃,固含量≥46%;具体可采用A-1092,Joncryl 77,Joncryl 537等。
所述水性自交联丙烯酸酯乳液的MFFT≤50℃,固含量≥40%;具体可采用A-1188,A-1127,Joncryl FLX5040等。
所述氧化铝为气相法氧化铝,粒径≤1微米;
所述蜡乳液为聚乙烯蜡、聚丙烯蜡的一种或两种;
所述消泡剂为有聚醚改性硅氧烷和矿物油类的一种或两种;
所述交联剂为氮丙啶。
具体地,实施例1-5及对比例1-2中所采用的水性苯乙烯丙烯酸酯乳液的Tg值为21℃,固含量为46%;水性自交联丙烯酸酯乳液的MFFT为7℃、固含量为44%;气相法氧化铝粒径为0.82微米;蜡乳液为聚乙烯蜡;消泡剂为有聚醚改性硅氧烷;交联剂为氮丙啶。
所述的防翘曲高光水松纸用仿玻璃卡涂料制备方法如下:
S1、将水性苯乙烯丙烯酸酯乳液和水性自交联丙烯酸酯乳液混合均匀后,再将去离子水和乙醇的混合液加入,然后依次加入氧化铝、蜡乳液、消泡剂,搅拌均匀后采用120目滤网过滤后即得混合物;
S2、在使用时再在混合物中加入交联剂,搅拌均匀后即得所述涂料。
所述搅拌的转速各为1100-1300转/分钟,搅拌时间为20-30分钟。

对比例3:在实施例3的基础上,仅将氧化铝的含量减少至2重量份,其他组分及含量不变。
对比例4:在实施例1的基础上,仅将氧化铝的含量增加至13重量份,其他组分及含量不变。
对比例5:在实施例1的基础上,将水性苯乙烯丙烯酸酯乳液的含量减少至45重量份、而水性自交联丙烯酸酯乳液的含量增加至25重量份,其他组分及含量不变。
对比例6:在实施例3的基础上,将水性苯乙烯丙烯酸酯乳液的含量增加至65重量份、而水性自交联丙烯酸酯乳液的含量减少至5重量份,其他组分及含量不变。
测试方法:
按仿玻璃卡工艺将上述实施例和对比例制备的涂料进行上机涂布(如12小时未使用完,需再补加等量的交联剂),做成纸张后,放置熟化一晚,再剥离OPP膜,进行性能测试。
耐温测试:用五点热封仪,在0.2kpa压力下,1秒时间,观察涂层发白泛彩的温度。
表面光泽度:用光泽度仪器,85°进行测试。
耐溶剂性:用棉签蘸乙酯,轻轻擦拭涂层表面,观察涂层被破坏时擦拭的次数。
测试数据如下表1所示:

从对比结果可看出,自交联树脂通过交联剂交联后,可大大提高表面光泽度,但加入量太高,则会提高薄膜的剥离力,导致剥离不净,表面光泽度则明显下降。氧化铝对耐温的提高明显,但对表面光泽度有一定影响。

5.一种根据权利要求1所述的防翘曲高光水松纸用仿玻璃卡涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、将水性苯乙烯丙烯酸酯乳液和水性自交联丙烯酸酯乳液混合均匀后,再将去离子水和乙醇的混合液加入,然后依次加入氧化铝、蜡乳液、消泡剂,搅拌均匀后过滤后即得混合物;
S2、在使用时再在混合物中加入交联剂,搅拌均匀后即得所述涂料。
6.根据权利要求5所述的防翘曲高光水松纸用仿玻璃卡涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述搅拌的转速各为1100-1300转/分钟,搅拌时间为20-30分钟。
