10-20份月桂酸酰二甲基丙烯酸胺、15-25份仲醇聚氧乙烯醚、5-10份聚乙烯醇、10-15份助洗剂、20-30份烷基二甲基甜菜碱、10-12份N-月桂酰肌氨酸钠,30-50份椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、10-20份羟丙基甲基纤维素、4-7份增溶剂、10-20份椰子油、10-20份月桂酰精氨酸乙酯盐酸盐、3-5份酪朊酸钠、5-10份异噻唑啉酮、10-13份膨胀珍珠岩、15-20份滑石粉、8-10份矾泥和400-600份水。

酪朊酸钠具有良好的乳化作用和稳定作用,能够提高清洗剂的去污能力。酪朊酸钠的重量份数为3-5份;优选地,酪朊酸钠的重量份数为3.5-4.5份。
异噻唑啉酮作为防腐剂能够避免油烟机清洗后的腐蚀问题。异噻唑啉酮的重量份数为5-10份;优选地,异噻唑啉酮的重量份数为7-9份。
膨胀珍珠岩的重量份数为10-13份;优选地,膨胀珍珠岩的重量份数为11-12份。
滑石粉的重量份数为15-20份;优选地,滑石粉的重量份数为17-18份。
矾泥的重量份数为8-10份;优选地,矾泥的重量份数为8.5-9.5份。
需要说明的是,膨胀珍珠岩的粒径5-10μm,滑石粉的粒径0.1-0.2μm,矾泥的粒径为1-2μm。膨胀珍珠岩、滑石粉、矾泥采用不同的粒径进行级配,能够提高清洗剂与油烟机的摩擦力,利于除去油烟机上的污垢;同时还能够提高油烟机的抗菌性能。
还包括香精,香精的重量份数为0-2份,优选地,香精的重量份数为0.5-1.5份。香精可以通过分子扩散引起人们的快感,闻到香味感到优雅和舒适。
水的重量份数为400-600,优选地,水的重量份数为450-550份。
本发明还提供了上述经济环保型油烟机清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
将月桂酸酰二甲基丙烯酸胺、仲醇聚氧乙烯醚、助洗剂、烷基二甲基甜菜碱、N-月桂酰肌氨酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、羟丙基甲基纤维素加入到水中,在室温下,搅拌1-2h;
向上述得到的混合物中加入聚乙烯醇,在温度为50-65℃下搅拌2-4h;
将混合物的温度降至室温后,加入增溶剂、椰子油、月桂酰精氨酸乙酯盐酸盐、酪朊酸钠、异噻唑啉酮、膨胀珍珠岩、滑石粉、矾泥充分搅拌15-25min,送入陈化机中常温自然陈化2-3d,即得。
需要说明的是,还包括向步骤3)中加入香精。
为了进一步说明本发明,下面结合实施例对本发明提供的一种经济环保型油烟机清洗剂及其制备方法进行详细地描述,但不能将它们理解为对本发明保护范围的限定。
实施例1
经济环保型油烟机清洗剂,包括以下重量份数的原料:
10份月桂酸酰二甲基丙烯酸胺、15份仲醇聚氧乙烯醚、5份重均分子量为50000的聚乙烯醇、10份碳酸钠、20份烷基二甲基甜菜碱、10份N-月桂酰肌氨酸钠,30份椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、10份羟丙基甲基纤维素、4份异丙醇、10份椰子油、10份月桂酰精氨酸乙酯盐酸盐、3份酪朊酸钠、5份异噻唑啉酮、10份粒径5-10μm的膨胀珍珠岩、15份粒径0.1-0.2μm的滑石粉、8份粒径为1-2μm的矾泥和400份水。
实施例2
经济环保型油烟机清洗剂,包括以下重量份数的原料:
20份月桂酸酰二甲基丙烯酸胺、25份仲醇聚氧乙烯醚、10份重均分子量为80000的聚乙烯醇、15份硅酸钠、30份烷基二甲基甜菜碱、12份N-月桂酰肌氨酸钠,50份椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、20份羟丙基甲基纤维素、7份丙二醇、20份椰子油、20份月桂酰精氨酸乙酯盐酸盐、5份酪朊酸钠、10份异噻唑啉酮、13份粒径5-8μm的膨胀珍珠岩、20份粒径0.1-0.15μm的滑石粉、10份粒径为1-1.6μm的矾泥和600份水。
实施例3
经济环保型油烟机清洗剂,包括以下重量份数的原料:
12份月桂酸酰二甲基丙烯酸胺、20份仲醇聚氧乙烯醚、5份重均分子量为60000的聚乙烯醇、12份柠檬酸钠、22份烷基二甲基甜菜碱、10份N-月桂酰肌氨酸钠,35份椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、15份羟丙基甲基纤维素、5份丙二醇单甲醚、14份椰子油、15份月桂酰精氨酸乙酯盐酸盐、3.5份酪朊酸钠、7份异噻唑啉酮、11份粒径7-10μm的膨胀珍珠岩、17份粒径0.15-0.2μm的滑石粉、8.5份粒径为1.5-2μm的矾泥和450份水。
实施例4
经济环保型油烟机清洗剂,包括以下重量份数的原料:
15份月桂酸酰二甲基丙烯酸胺、24份仲醇聚氧乙烯醚、6份重均分子量为70000的聚乙烯醇、15份葡萄糖酸钠、24份烷基二甲基甜菜碱、11份N-月桂酰肌氨酸钠,40份椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、18份羟丙基甲基纤维素、6份乙二醇丁醚、17份椰子油、20份月桂酰精氨酸乙酯盐酸盐、4.5份酪朊酸钠、9份异噻唑啉酮、12份粒径6-8μm的膨胀珍珠岩、18份粒径0.12-0.15μm的滑石粉、9.5份粒径为1.4-1.8μm的矾泥和550份水。
实施例5
经济环保型油烟机清洗剂,包括以下重量份数的原料:
14份月桂酸酰二甲基丙烯酸胺、22份仲醇聚氧乙烯醚、5.5份重均分子量为65000的聚乙烯醇、13份柠檬酸钠、23份烷基二甲基甜菜碱、10.5份N-月桂酰肌氨酸钠,36份椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、16份羟丙基甲基纤维素、5.5份二乙二醇丁醚、16份椰子油、18份月桂酰精氨酸乙酯盐酸盐、4份酪朊酸钠、8份异噻唑啉酮、11.5份粒径5-10μm的膨胀珍珠岩、17.5份粒径0.1-0.2μm的滑石粉、9份粒径为1-2μm的矾泥和500份水。
实施例6
按照实施例1提供的经济环保型油烟机清洗剂的配方制备经济环保型油烟机清洗剂,经济环保型油烟机清洗剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将月桂酸酰二甲基丙烯酸胺、仲醇聚氧乙烯醚、助洗剂、烷基二甲基甜菜碱、N-月桂酰肌氨酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、羟丙基甲基纤维素加入到水中,在室温下,搅拌1h;
2)向步骤1)得到的混合物中加入聚乙烯醇,在温度为50℃下搅拌4h;
3)步骤2)得到的混合物的温度降至室温后,加入增溶剂、椰子油、月桂酰精氨酸乙酯盐酸盐、酪朊酸钠、异噻唑啉酮、膨胀珍珠岩、滑石粉、矾泥充分搅拌15min,送入陈化机中常温自然陈化3d,即得。
实施例7
按照实施例2提供的经济环保型油烟机清洗剂的配方制备经济环保型油烟机清洗剂,经济环保型油烟机清洗剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将月桂酸酰二甲基丙烯酸胺、仲醇聚氧乙烯醚、助洗剂、烷基二甲基甜菜碱、N-月桂酰肌氨酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、羟丙基甲基纤维素加入到水中,在室温下,搅拌2h;
2)向步骤1)得到的混合物中加入聚乙烯醇,在温度为65℃下搅拌2h;
3)步骤2)得到的混合物的温度降至室温后,加入增溶剂、椰子油、月桂酰精氨酸乙酯盐酸盐、酪朊酸钠、异噻唑啉酮、膨胀珍珠岩、滑石粉、矾泥充分搅拌25min,送入陈化机中常温自然陈化2d,即得。
实施例8
按照实施例3提供的经济环保型油烟机清洗剂的配方制备经济环保型油烟机清洗剂,经济环保型油烟机清洗剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将月桂酸酰二甲基丙烯酸胺、仲醇聚氧乙烯醚、助洗剂、烷基二甲基甜菜碱、N-月桂酰肌氨酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、羟丙基甲基纤维素加入到水中,在室温下,搅拌1.5h;
2)向步骤1)得到的混合物中加入聚乙烯醇,在温度为60℃下搅拌3h;
3)步骤2)得到的混合物的温度降至室温后,加入增溶剂、椰子油、月桂酰精氨酸乙酯盐酸盐、酪朊酸钠、异噻唑啉酮、膨胀珍珠岩、滑石粉、矾泥充分搅拌20min,送入陈化机中常温自然陈化2.5d,即得。
实施例9按照实施例4提供的经济环保型油烟机清洗剂的配方制备经济环保型油烟机清洗剂,制备方法与实施例11的制备方法相同。
实施例10按照实施例5提供的经济环保型油烟机清洗剂的配方制备经济环保型油烟机清洗剂,制备方法与实施例11的制备方法相同。
实施例6-10制得的经济环保型油烟机清洗剂按照GB/T35833-2018检测油烟机的去污力,结果见表1。

Claims (8)

1.一种经济环保型油烟机清洗剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:
10-20份月桂酸酰二甲基丙烯酸胺、15-25份仲醇聚氧乙烯醚、5-10份聚乙烯醇、10-15份助洗剂、20-30份烷基二甲基甜菜碱、10-12份N-月桂酰肌氨酸钠,30-50份椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、10-20份羟丙基甲基纤维素、4-7份增溶剂、10-20份椰子油、10-20份月桂酰精氨酸乙酯盐酸盐、3-5份酪朊酸钠、5-10份异噻唑啉酮、10-13份膨胀珍珠岩、15-20份滑石粉、8-10份矾泥和400-600份水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的经济环保型油烟机清洗剂,其特征在于,助洗剂为碳酸钠、硅酸钠、柠檬酸钠或葡萄糖酸钠。
3.根据权利要求1所述的经济环保型油烟机清洗剂,其特征在于,增溶剂为异丙醇、丙二醇、丙二醇单甲醚、乙二醇丁醚或二乙二醇丁醚。
4.根据权利要求1所述的经济环保型油烟机清洗剂,其特征在于,聚乙烯醇的重均分子量为50000-80000。
5.根据权利要求7所述的经济环保型油烟机清洗剂,其特征在于,还包括香精,香精的重量份数为0-2份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的经济环保型油烟机清洗剂,其特征在于,膨胀珍珠岩的粒径5-10μm,滑石粉的粒径0.1-0.2μm,矾泥的粒径为1-2μm。
7.一种如权利要求1~6任一项所述经济环保型油烟机清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)将月桂酸酰二甲基丙烯酸胺、仲醇聚氧乙烯醚、助洗剂、烷基二甲基甜菜碱、N-月桂酰肌氨酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、羟丙基甲基纤维素加入到水中,在室温下,搅拌1-2h;
2)向步骤1)得到的混合物中加入聚乙烯醇,在温度为50-65℃下搅拌2-4h;
3)步骤2)得到的混合物的温度降至室温后,加入增溶剂、椰子油、月桂酰精氨酸乙酯盐酸盐、酪朊酸钠、异噻唑啉酮、膨胀珍珠岩、滑石粉、矾泥充分搅拌15-25min,送入陈化机中常温自然陈化2-3d,即得。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于,还包括向步骤3)中加入香精。
